  • Crispy masala dosa hotel style is an all-time favorite. In this video, I am going to show you on how to make crispy masala dosai recipe in Tamil, including step by step process on how to make the dosa batter as well as the tips and techniques for a golden brown crispy dosai.

    Dosa batter
    Ingredients Qty
    Idly rice 1 cup
    Raw rice 1 cup
    Urid dal 1/2 cup
    Channa dal 1 tbs
    Toor dal 1 tbs
    Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
    salt to taste
    sugar 1/4 tsp
    Dosa masala
    Ingredients Qty
    Oil 2 tbs
    Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
    Urid dal 1/2 tsp
    Channa dal 1/2 tsp
    Cashewnut 8 no
    Ginger 1/2 tsp
    Green chilli 1 no
    Onion 1 no
    Curry leaf 1 string
    Potato 2 no
    Coriender chop 1 tbs
    Salt to taste
