This is the receipe I was looking for. In many videos they use potatoes three times than onion. You use equal quantities. This brings taste. And using water to boil onions is perfect. Others just caramelize the onion. Thank you so much for the video. Spreading the batter on tawa is beautiful. And presentation is too good.
