People out there just don't appreciate audio quality so much, it makes all the difference and this is the place for that to hear all the cooking and background and noises out, see if it can be improved even more, certainly it's better than most youtube "HD" videos out there, either people recode or do horrible things prior uploading IDK, I'm not that of an audio guy as much as I can't be more specific, but this channel would really become even more credible if it did some really good audio quality which is lacking so much out there. I really like this no-person format as well, no talk, no selfies, no chewing, no blabing, really like this type of content for a change, great channel !!!!!!!
I love your videos. The outdoor cooking is so calming to me. The sounds of the birds, the sizzle of the food and crackling of the fire. Even the sound of you pouring your drinks is so soothing. And the outdoor scenery is so pleasing to the eye. Thank you so much for sharing with us ❤️
This is the Bistecca alla Fioentina video I've been looking for. Nicely done. Cooking mine in three days-- a birthday gift to myself. Thank you for a great demonstration.
I like your videos, and that’s a nice steak, but it is not Bistecca Fiorentina, which is served with olive oil and salt, not herb butter. It’s also overcooked but that comes down to chef’s choice. And to respond to another comment, it isn’t snobbery, it just isn’t factual. Like if you ordered an American-style hamburger off a menu somewhere and got a deer burger with butternut squash topping. Maybe it’s good, but it isn’t snobbery to point out that it is not an American-style hamburger. All that said, I’d like a bite of your steak...
Bistecca alla Fiorentina is supposed to be RARE, almost like raw tuna, served with salt, Tuscan olive oil and lemon. I could see all the Italians roll their eyes.
Usually bistecca is eaten on its own, but some ppl, as you said, also use lemon and olive oil and that s perfectly acceptable, although you won't see that happening in restaurants or ppl would think that the quality of the meat is poor. If you want that kind of condiment you have to specifically ask for it. I'm glad to see someone who knows Tuscany traditions, thumbs up for you.
In Firenze we call this thing "Stracotto" (Overcooked Beef) a delicious recipe where tough and inexpensive cuts of meat are cooked for a long time to make them tender (apart the fact that a steak is not properly a tough and inexpensive cut of meat)
An inspired concert for four violins by Vivaldi - a perfect counterpoint to the ancient concert concocted in front of us. You relax the hell out of me. Thank you.
Aden, é fantástico. Me lembrou minha infância no estado do Paraná no Brasil. Os bois eram erados, grandes diferentes, as Bistecas eram gigantes!! Um show meu amigo!! Abraços.
Following mistakes in my opinion: 1. Turning too many times: 6 min. at least each side and up to 5-7 vertical on the bone is enough 2. By adding erbs butter (disaster!🙅🏻♂️) 3. Overcooked: use a termometer (much better than timing), when inside reach 55 °C, you are done!
1. By making it turn more times it cooke more evenly and you get pink all the way thru 2. That’s his own preference 3. It’s not overcooked he probably wanted his steak medium
There's just something so enticing about cooking steak over a wood fire and eating it outdoors off of a cutting board. Provided the weather's nice and it isn't buggy af.
Hi, see the next time you do one them videos, can you video yourself building the fire and lighting it up. Also, maybe cut the music out, all natural sounds are loads better ta love your vids.x
Trust me, i'm italian and i really know that there are no green things or nothing else on a fiorentina steak. No sauces, only salt and, if you want, oil and pepper
Most people from countries with little to no meat culture usually have terrible taste when it comes to sides, they're as clueless and nonsensical as it gets.
Obrigado.

Same. And then you have people fighting in the comments and I wonder... how can so many people miss the point entirely
Gud get a life

Sei italiano?
🤣🤣🤣👍
No, I'm not Italian. I went to Florence for a trip and I listened to this words in a restaurat close to Ponte Vecchio
🇮🇹😂😂😂
I watch these videos just for the snobby comments from master chefs.
no just comments from people who have a bit more knowledge about something ,but ignorance is bliss
FlowTactics it was unevenly cooked on the tip. He should have rotated the steak more often to a cooler side.
That was also not enough salt for a steak that huge and no pepper? But that's his preference of course. No hate here.
so you actually do not watch the video. Just scroll through comments?
Imagine treating your way of doing things like some universal truth when taste is absolutely and only subjective
That was one of the best steaks I have seen in a very long time, well done to you, sir :-)
I'm getting hooked on these videos!
They're just so real! I love them
Keep it up mate ;)
The first kiss with my beloved husband and the fiorentina eaten in Florence when I was 20 are the best memories I have in this moment
I like how you did the worlds oldest steak PLUS the super old cup. Gives the steak respect lol Good job again man 👍
Your cup looks mad, and it started to cry, but the steak looks happy, now iam hungry, thanks for sharing the video.
Crackling fire, birds chirping, baroque music, beef sizzling and popping, being seared.
Thank you for posting, rich man!
Nuevo suscriptor.
Love ur vids everything ty.😁
This is the Bistecca alla Fioentina video I've been looking for. Nicely done. Cooking mine in three days-- a birthday gift to myself. Thank you for a great demonstration.
Herb butter on a Fiorentina. What a shame.
I can never get that 7-10 diamond look damn you🤣🤣🤣
I find the lack of scotch disturbing.
I find the lack of olive oil disturbing.
As for the Scotch, always remember.
The chef must also be Basted.
your videos are pure class!

the irony of your comment
It's not overcooked, pink meat looks grey in natural light
Enjoying these videos more with the music, keep it up mate
For those wondering the music is Vivaldi Concerto No. 10 in B Minor
Thank you kindly.
mvp
Could you please tell me what knife is that? is beautiful
Beautiful yard, and i love the crackling fire. And the piece of meat. Life is good.
In the Toscana region they eat the Fiorentina with red wine and nothing else, absolutely nothing else. 2 kilos of meat and booze. Good choice IMHO :p
Sanchez King sometimes beans . Been there did it!
And wtf is your problem if he likes it that way??
@@levisenpai124 for godness sake...please eat only hamburghers or fish and chips...bleah!!!
Italian food is the best in the world 😍
@@SOVIETNEMESIS why do you assume he eats that
Steak cooking: nice, drink pouring: needs work 😂😂 - great video friend. Great knife too
you have a very nice garden! 💭🎼🍽👍💐
mainmajo I really hope that this guy is seeing a cardiologist regularly. With all of the steak he consumes, he must have very Hugh cholesterol.
There was a garden????
That steak should be practically blue. It does however look amazing
Probably lighting.
Beautiful video, can you please tell us where we can find the same barbecue and grill? Thks :-)
Cutting your steak properly makes a huge difference. Every video I've seen from this guy he cuts the meat like a 5 year old.
I bet that meat will give your jaw a major workout!
your videos are very psychedelic and enticing. I want to eat all of this!!!
The same day they bring Wolly Mammoths back, you know Aden will be there waiting to cook one up.
Beautiful steak and beautiful music. That grill is awesome too.
Nice editing
Brilliant! Just the environs, the fire, the steak, and Vivaldi. Thank you for sparing us the over-bearing chatty chef/host.

@Uncle Astaroth Not in Tuscany, i live there, can assure that 😜

Ok, this is way better than the previous steak you cooked. Well done
In Firenze we call this thing "Stracotto" (Overcooked Beef) a delicious recipe where tough and inexpensive cuts of meat are cooked for a long time to make them tender (apart the fact that a steak is not properly a tough and inexpensive cut of meat)
You ate a 2500 year old steak? Well, at least you didn't try to cook it in a hole wrapped in cabbage this time.
This looks absolutely delightful
Very well created
Drink 1/10
Steak 5/10
Video 7/10
Audio 9/10
Usually i eat a rare fiorentina, and just for knowledge the real name is “carbonata” because is usually coocked on “Carboni ardenti”
An inspired concert for four violins by Vivaldi - a perfect counterpoint to the ancient concert concocted in front of us.
You relax the hell out of me. Thank you.
I was worried, but that looks fantastic!
My friend, you are one master steak chef.
Ron Swanson approves this video
Aden, é fantástico. Me lembrou minha infância no estado do Paraná no Brasil. Os bois eram erados, grandes diferentes, as Bistecas eram gigantes!! Um show meu amigo!! Abraços.
I thought your video without music was just better, but in fact your video with classical pieces is just the best
What kind of cup was that at the beginning?
how to make that butter & herbs sauce for that cooked steak plz? i need that receipe please
Cooking a fine steak to the point of well done is nearly criminal.
What did you have for dinner? A heart attack
Where can I find the same knife ? or a similar one ?
OH god he almost finishes the GIANT steak
Did the steak walk away at the end?
loooooool
Gordon Ramsay "is so raw that he asked me the time"
I want to see the birds too 😊

3. It’s not overcooked he probably wanted his steak medium
SMC Cinematics no, in this case do not call it Fiorentina, Fiorentina MUST be red inside, cooked 6 minutes each side and without Any
herbs or butter
Tygo klein Tank nope man. Fiorentina has got only one type of cooking style, and needs to be rare. Trust some italian guys man
There's just something so enticing about cooking steak over a wood fire and eating it outdoors off of a cutting board. Provided the weather's nice and it isn't buggy af.
Oh yes, and leave me the bone with the board and some bread (scarpetta)!)
Aden, we need to see your Pug at least a couple times for a proper video.
Buonissima bistecca! Mi piace anche quella musica di sottofondo.
Hi, see the next time you do one them videos, can you video yourself building the fire and lighting it up. Also, maybe cut the music out, all natural sounds are loads better ta love your vids.x
The cup leaks when he poured wine in it. Lol
I was going to go and get some ribeyes to eat tonight while watching Mr. Robot...

I think this the first time a steak beat you?
Still waiting on that bear to come through
Overcooked
That is one good looking Porterhouse.
Not a lot of marbling but it really
has the look of a little age and
tenderness.
Nice....as I’m eating water for breakfast.....
Ya, it's hard to cook such a thick steak evenly without an oven. I bet it still tastes good though!
I give you kudos for finishing that whole steak.

First piece of music??? help!
Guga Foods has to been the best UA-camr when it comes to cooking steaks🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Saludos. Cómo se llama la canción?
I will gladly accept the bone! 😋
Oh wow.. I finally can fall asleep with the sound of meat grilling love it

Is anyone else seeing a frowny face in the wooden cup? I shit myself when the water droplet seeped out of the crack. Looked like it was crying.
Johnny Khomlately i see it

If ppl eat out less and get the cooking passion, they can eat better at home

Was in the freezer for years

is this your garden or do you just go to a random forrest and start a fire?
Amazing video. Steak look marvelous. I like it a bit redder, but it remains juicy. 👍🏽 🥩 🤩
where was this filmed :)
Love the butter topping!!!!😊💖

It's the best meal in a nice view!😁
What do you mean with "oldest"? The animal died from aging and natural causes?
