For price and performance difference mini 2 se or 4k if available in your country. Unless you need to have many attachments such as heat or night vision no need to really get anything other the mini lineup. Why have more regulations and rules doing the samething you could do with a mini but with basically 0 regulations other then dint be dymb well for here in Canada atleast I will never need anything bigger even tho I have a license to fly 250 to 25kg.
