One of the distinctions of Bazlama is that it's made with Greek yogurt, making the bread super tender and giving it a tasty tang.
Made the bread here in Copan Ruinas, Honduras. I'm 68. May be the first time I've ever made bread. Possibly back in my early 20's. Turned out super tasty. Looked a little funky. The dough was so sticky that it was a little tricky working with. Definitely a keeper recipe. I put some fresh chile cheese and tomatoes on top for breakfast this morning. Yummy! Kind of endless possibilities and tweaks. Thanks for sharing!
That's fantastic to hear! Sticky dough often means deliciously soft bread. 🍞 The chili cheese and tomato topping sounds like a wonderful Honduran twist! 😋 Keep experimenting and enjoying your bread-making journey!
I love this. It is fast and tasty. My mother could not believe how simple it is and how tasty :D I even bought new pan for this. Kids love it with marmalade, butter and salt or just plain instead of bread.
As a Turk. What you created is part of Turkish bread family. We produce those types of breads for kebaps and restaurants. İt called pide. But this is not normal size pide. This one in the video is mini pide.😊 Also we use them for breakfast. Those type of breads mainly find in remote parts of Türkiye.
This is great, it reminds me of my times in Antalya. I will be attempting to make this delicious bread myself now that I've seen how simple the recipe is. Tesekkurler from Spring Lake, North Carolina, USA.

I've wanted to start making these types of bread at home for a while now. Grocery stores make a killing off this stuff, it can be expensive with an average family.
I'm from NZ and made this for the first time cooking dinner for my family - it was delicious and so easy to follow along so thank you so much 🤗🙏 I'll definitely be trying more of your recipes 🥰
Your comment made my day! It's always a pleasure to hear that my recipes are being enjoyed by families around the world. Thank you for trying it out and I'm excited for you to explore more of my recipes!
1- A regular flour would do. 2- Cook it all of it or just use flour of the sufficient amount that you can consume before It gets rotten. Keeping the bread in fridge and also in a closed bag. helps a lot.. This is the bread my mom cooked all the time in my childhood. It is traditional bread cooked in central Turkey.
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm glad you enjoyed the visuals, focus, and music in the video. I hope it inspired you to try making Bazlama yourself! 😊🥖
Amazing recipe, thank you so much - I just tried it. Simple and effective! The only disadvantage is that my pan got slightly burnt on the 3rd one but that was my mistake - I turned on the gas stove too high. It really should be done on medium temperature.
WOW!, Que sabroso se ve!! ya he visto otros de tus vídeos y son muy antojables, los voy a hacer, lo que me encanta es que no necesito el horno!!! Gracias!!
I did try this yesterday and it turned out yummy. We ate it with a gravy called 'nihari', a slow-cooked meat based gravy, usually eaten for breakfast. Btw, where are you from?
These are delicious. I've lost count of how many different breads I've made, but this recipe was absolutely 'perfect'. It's printed off and I've put it inside my cookery book. Thank you for sharing x

In India, we call it Naan. But Turkish version is bit different from the Indian version. I will definitely try this bread for sure. Looks yummy.
Thanks😉😋✌️
maa'm I think naan is different, kulcha is more accurate word.. chhola kulcha😋

Hi - just tried this recipe - turned out exactly as promised - added garlic/parsley butter and served with spag bol - wonderful, thanks! 😊 UK
Chuffed to hear it turned out well for you! Garlic and parsley butter sounds like a brilliant touch for a spag bol side. Cheers from the UK! 🍞👌😊

I love this. It is fast and tasty. My mother could not believe how simple it is and how tasty :D I even bought new pan for this.
Kids love it with marmalade, butter and salt or just plain instead of bread.
Thank you!😃
As a Turk. What you created is part of Turkish bread family. We produce those types of breads for kebaps and restaurants. İt called pide. But this is not normal size pide. This one in the video is mini pide.😊
Also we use them for breakfast. Those type of breads mainly find in remote parts of Türkiye.
Thanks for your support! 😎
@@FastEasyRecipeswhat kind of flour is used please
good educational info, well done and thanks.
We're glad you enjoyed our mini pide! 😊 It's always exciting to discover different variations of Turkish bread.
This is great, it reminds me of my times in Antalya. I will be attempting to make this delicious bread myself now that I've seen how simple the recipe is. Tesekkurler from Spring Lake, North Carolina, USA.
In India we call it 'Kulche'
Tastes so good with 'Chhole' 🤤🤤🤤
Thank you so much for sharing this amazing Indian dish! I'm definitely going to try it out. Can't wait to taste the deliciousness!
But for kulche we add yougurt instead of warm milk and rest of the recipe is same😊
This is our Greek pita bread :) And the recipe is the easiest I've ever found, thanks!!!
Amk. hırsızları herşey sizin!.. baklavada sizin değil mi? Döner'de sizin, Adana Kebap, Urfa Kebap'ta sizin. Siz ne biçim insanlarsınız ya. Miçotakis'in uşakları :)
Appreciate the support! What dishes are you craving right now? 😊
No bro The Turks found this dish once you can be pita because Greece was in the Ottoman Empire, but the Turks did it
I wasnt Arguing where this came from, I was simply stating that it's what We make. In case you don't know, many cultures make this bread and it's Delicious! @@QezzyX

Hello.😊
We call this 'Kulcha' in India. It's quite popular here.
Thank you SO much! Making this right now and it’s coming out beautifully!!
And thank you for all those who made it and commented it helps so much !!
❤❤❤
Personal notes:
The texture came out great, it is a light on flavor/taste, so add more salt and maybe more fat/flavor next time
You're welcome! I hope you find the recipe easy to follow. 😊 What's your favorite dish to cook for special occasions?

I've wanted to start making these types of bread at home for a while now. Grocery stores make a killing off this stuff, it can be expensive with an average family.
😋 👌 😍
Right? That’s why I’m here. Making chicken shawarma tonight and didn’t want to pay $4-5 for 2 pitas at the store

Hello, how are you doing?
Hello, how are you doing?
I have some question,
1. What type of flour did you use?
2. How to keep the leftover dough?(to use the other day)
1- A regular flour would do.
2- Cook it all of it or just use flour of the sufficient amount that you can consume before It gets rotten. Keeping the bread in fridge and also in a closed bag. helps a lot..
This is the bread my mom cooked all the time in my childhood. It is traditional bread cooked in central Turkey.
At least we Turks use all purpose flower as far as i known. Leftover dough? Huh never saw that happening before
all purpose flour is fine and you can keep your dough in the fridge up to 1-2 days.
@@fidanras Thanks for your detailed explanation!

Senang mendengarnya! Semoga hasil Bazlama buatanmu enak, selamat mencoba! 😊🍞👩🍳 Matur nuwun sudah menonton!
Amazing recipe, thank you so much - I just tried it. Simple and effective! The only disadvantage is that my pan got slightly burnt on the 3rd one but that was my mistake - I turned on the gas stove too high. It really should be done on medium temperature.
Glad you enjoyed the recipe! 😄👍 It's best to cook it on medium temperature to avoid burning the pan.
WOW!, Que sabroso se ve!! ya he visto otros de tus vídeos y son muy antojables, los voy a hacer, lo que me encanta es que no necesito el horno!!! Gracias!!
