One of my favorites from Tim yet! The visualization portions were a revelation - excellent! I literally felt a little euphoria at the "take as much space as you deserve" part. Being a bit past beginner stage now (or at least feeling that way), the slightly increased pace with less explanation is appreciated. It allows me to pack more work into roughly the same 1/2 hour.

Great, as always! I really like the extra core work with the planks. Also, the cueing you do with coming up into Warrior 1 is really helpful. I feeel like now I'm using more core a lot more throughout my practice to rise up and stay steady rather than swinging my arms and using momentum to rise. Also, the humor throughout keeps me smiling!

Really really like how you explain the details of how to stretch specific muscles to get into a pose. I feel stronger, steadier, and most importantly, safer (so I'm not hurting myself). Did the 30 day challenge a couple months ago and made great progress. Been on your videos every day as part of my routine. Your slower, detailed instruction is spot on. Keep on truckin'. G

I'm working through some shoulder issues that just came to light, which affect my low back, hips, hamstrings, IT and yield some good ole PF. This video encapsulated and complements my treatment plan so much. Thank you!!! PS The raise the roof like it's the 90's comment had me rolling :D

I like how you modify for your shoulder injury. I have to modify for my knee injury so I substitute down dog for child's pose. Yoga helps me to feel in more control of my body when pain is trying to take over. Thanks Tim!

I did a hatha practice today and got so frustrated with the video that I actually told the teacher to shut up! I've been doing either your, Lesley Fightmaster or yoga with Adriene practices and I find they suit what stage I'm at better now than hatha. Which is where I started with yoga. Don't get me wrong there's certain postures, pigeon for example, that I have to pause the video because the hold isn't long enough for me! I really appreciate your practices at the moment especially showing the modifications because vinyasa at a faster pace is relatively new to me and this helps me loads and I love how precise you are in what, why and how to engage your muscles. Definitely feel stronger after these practices, yours and Lesleys especially and my abs always hurt the day after your practice but that's a good thing, it's where I need it! Wonderfully balanced practice! I loved the stool touch. I thought I was going to do abs afterwards but then they showed up, too. As someone who modifies quite a bit, I admire the way you are showing how to respect an injury and make adjustments. The only thing I couldn't quite get was making my very lowest spinal discs float... any suggestions? Thanks for this practice and your example. Namaste.

This was a great alignment class! I'm having some shoulder issues as well, upper traps, rotator and under the arm pit. All on the left side so this was a great class for not putting too much stress on it. Any suggestions? Namaste, Ella
