Excellent Flow sequence Tim! You can tell that you have significant time both practicing and teaching yoga. The timing and flow of your instructions are clear and very helpful! Thanks so much!
I am indeed grateful for this practice. Thanks for the reminder that adding prana to one's life is an achievable goal. Today my happy baby pose after the practice was not so happy. Tight, tight hips. Does anyone else experience this? I'm out of practice recently since my 12yr old dog Chester got ill. Haven't been motivated to practise as I sat with the deep grief of losing that little boy. Thank you for sharing this video Tim. Tomorrow I will combine it with the previous one as suggested and see where that leads. Namaste
Hey Tim! I like the calm soft white curtain...but don't mind the views either. Thanks for the reminder to pay attention to our flow of prana, being mindful so we can be our best calmer selves.
Hi Tim, I'm all the way over in little old New Zealand and I wake up to yoga with you every day. You are a great teacher and I'm learning so much and challenging myself, gently, every day. Thank you - your videos are great and there's something for everyone and every mood, state of mind and state of body. Namaste.
Thanks Tim, this was a great workout (again). I like that you use the blocks so much, it helps loosening the hamstrings on a Monday morning (after a weekend in high heels, it's necessary). I will definitely do this video more than once this week and add last week's video, as you suggested. I've been using your videos for more than a year now and I can really feel a difference in my body and mind. Have a great week - Namaste :-) PS. I like the view best - love that you have the surfboard outside (maybe because I live by the ocean myself)
I returned to the practice after a week's break because of the holidays and it felt so good! I like the white curtains better! :D Keep up the good work, I'm so glad to be a part of this community with you!
Very nice well rounded flow Tim! Namaste! Don't mind the background, whatever you in the mood for is great for me.... I try to concentrate in the poses, some of them are quite challenging but the work out was great today and I am so pleased and greatful for the practice!
Thanks Tim. I like the slow steady pace and clarity of instruction. I especially love knowing whats supposed to go on internally, muscles joints etc. I don't care about the setting view or no.
I enjoy both sets....curtains soft, surf board inspiring ;) Awesome practice, good to get back to basics in a slower flow. As always, cueing rocks! Sending tons of gratitude your way for all you do and share. Namaste....
Hi Tim, I have watched many of your videos, also newer ones, but this is one of your best. I have the tendency of overdoing yoga, but here I understood how to bring calm into the poses and be there.
Thank you so much Tim! I just loved this video. "Mes voeux ont été exaucés" :p Definitely gonna try practice this one couple of times this week. Have an amazing one. Ps: I love the view and the surfboard looks super cool , kind of resonate with your chill yoga style and makes me want to move to California.
I just did this one after doing a version of a 13 minute warm up that I learned from your warm up video. I like the softer background because although I liked seeing your diving suit, or surfboarding suit hanging on your balcony & it's reflection would show your camera man. Not a big deal, though. I really enjoy your vibe, your patience, your depth of yoga. Wish I could do some yoga with you so you could tell me how to correct my crooked left stance etc. :-) ~ Namaste
Thank you Tim! Yoga has helped me to breathe in and restore my prana. I never had heard that but now I understand what you mean. I become conscious of it when I help someone, smile at strangers, say polite things to people to raise them up. Oh! The backdrop looks great but I like the surfing board on the back with the deep perspective in the background. The one environment I just loved when you did it with a beautiful garden. I think it was the Yoga Workout Flow Strength and Stretch.
Great session, Tim. I loved it! I like the new white curtain background. Love your puppy was snipping in while you were teaching ;-) Btw, if you can provide a little longer video such as 50 min to one hour, it would be cool! Again, thank you, Tim!
Awesome feeling of accomplishment and relaxation after a quick run and this yoga session. As always, thank you for your generous practice and teaching. Have a wonderful Sunday.
Great video. Really enjoy how mellow and thought out it is. Btw my favourite settings are when your surfboard is in the background :) that board looks like a lot of fun.
I haven't done this one for a a while but it was fantastic after a difficult day at work with way too much sitting. Lovely and gentle, hands on blocks and vinyasa on knees. You are such an inspiring and gentle teacher.
Just what I needed today after a busy weekend. Always immensely grateful for you taking the time to make these videos Tim. The curtains look great but don't mind the windows either!
Great routine Tim thanks as always for bringing balance and happiness into my life. Will you be exploring more of the prana concepts back this month? Have really started to notice a change from just an exercise routine to a whole consciousness/meditation practice and feel those kinds of teachings help a lot.
Hey Tim, you're the best Yoga teacher I've ever had. I don't care if the background is a slum, what matters if you being at the center and doing what you do best!
I like how you used the blocks as a starting point in this video. It was something I hadn't thought of and using the blocks was very helpful in getting warmed up.
After a month hiatus, this was a great workout - the intensity, pace and length. Felt a lot more energized after this practice! Thank you - you are so awesome!
There was a dog in the video?! I totally missed him/her as well as the new curtains, I guess it's pretty obvious I just listen most of the time. :) This was another great practice, thank you, Tim!
Just started following you Tim having tried several other videos. Love just getting right to it with good instructions without lots of chatter with some of the other instructors(personal preference only) I find the balances all quite challenging following heel surgery but I do my best! Thanks for the videos...as for the background...Im too busy trying to balance to notice :) Rajni
Thank you for all that you do, Tim. It is becoming the go-to for online yoga for me. It's not the easiest at home exercise to get motivated to do. You have so many offerings and such a welcoming honest style, it helps.
Thanks Tim, havent done yoga in a long time, instead, running and lifting weights. Now when i really have a high workload at work i feel sometimes it is hard to breath easily. But tonight when i did this flow it felt so good. I think i might come back to this morning routine i had with your videos a year ago. Thanks again from sweden
I really appreciate the great work you do, you defiantly have a new fan, and I enjoy variation, which means both curtains and without is really great. Your videos are so cool, because you `re so calm, there is no distraction, and your vibe is just inspiring. Namaste
I love the new setup and I really enjoyed this workout. I always want to go to hot yoga but I can't justify the drop in rates and I'm always nervous to start up again.
Loved this one! I took your advice and did the weight-loss video right before - SUCH a good combo. The hour practice felt really balancing. Thank you for all of your wonderful content!
Another great class! I like the length of this one - just over half an hour is perfect for me. The backdrop isn’t super important for me, as I’m often just listening to the instructions and glancing at the screen to check occasionally. I did enjoy some of the previous videos you did outdoors or in a room with furniture and accessories around, though. Your new set is ultra minimalist!
This was tough one! I don't think I'll be able to club this one with other video for more than a week. :P And about the curtains, honestly I didn't even notice until you brought it up. So I went back and compared to the video without curtain. I think I like it without curtain more.
Thanks Tim! I'm just getting back into longer practices after a sciatic nerve injury and this one was great! Not too much for my nerve but strenuous enough for everything else!
always love my time on the mat with you, tim. thank you so much. i like the softer look w the curtains tho, honestly, i'm mostly just listening while practicing so either way is fine.
thank you tim .....i feel good after this practice its just having difficulty in my balancing after having neck surgery ...thanks u! i feel energized again,
This was a great one...especially for hamstrings and having been a bit sick for a few days and getting back to it. As for the background, it's cool that it changes. Sometimes it's an outside view, curtains, maybe a wetsuit. All of them are good :) Thank you!
I preferred seeing the outside a bit as it isn't as flooded with light. I think a good example of the outside view was in this video from 10/16: ua-cam.com/video/_6t0ykUWHGM/v-deo.html
Wonderful, after a busy week of holiday eating and get togethers, this was a lovely practice after a week hiatus from yoga. Just what I needed, thank you!
Tim the workout was great! I will try for sure to do this one with the last week's video because both of them made me much invigorated and relaxed! Thank you! Have a great day!
Thank you very much Tim I prefer the view behind, and thank you very much for this, I have a tight hamstring after my lower body strength that I did yesterday, so it's much needed to prepare me for tomorrow!
Hey Tim, i enjoyed it a lot, thank you for taking time and making this video (and all the rest). I have a tiny question, some time ago after a session my knee felt funny at the end in lotus. Now i have slight pain, like tight sensation in my knee when bending or stretching is, i though maybe too much effort , do you think its safe to continue with practice or take a break? thax again
Nice video Tim! Thanks again :) love the dog walking by! I am wondering, will you post some times more challenging video's, like level 2/3? With more challenging core and arm balances? I love all the latest video's but they feel pretty mellow for me ;)
Another great video! It's taken me about 5 months of doing yoga, but somehow today I just realized that if i really concentrate on tightening my core I'm much more successful with the balancing poses. I think I like the other set better. The bright white curtain makes it look like you're in heaven. lol
Hi Tim I tried last week's video first then this video and I love how good I feel, (thank you I feel great totally stretched and toned all over), I will be doing these two together again this week. I like both sets it is nice to change it up 💖💙💚🌞💚💙💖
Good feeling practice, love that you move mindfully through the salutations as well. Nice with some strong standing poses, balance and twist..feels great. Always lovely with the savasana at the end. Looks nice with the curtains, while the view is really nice as well. Maybe use the curtains when doing restorative/rejuvinate/yin/bedtime yoga and the view when the class is more active... either way it looks good and you always have good sound quality as well, which makes it a pleasant practice experience. :)
Hi Tim. You are my favorite on UA-cam . Thanks!!! Since your videos are in different length, I wonder how much time to practice per day per week will be sufficient to keep healthy? I stopped going to gym since it's so easy practise at home with you. But do you think it's sufficient to keep healthy only doing your joga videos?
I love the soft, almost all white, set! It keeps me from getting distracted by anything else.
Excellent Flow sequence Tim!
You can tell that you have significant time both practicing and teaching yoga. The timing and flow of your instructions are clear and very helpful! Thanks so much!

More surfboards and a view- and more Ollie! Thanks, nice flow. Herniated a disc in my thoracic spine trampolining- so all the lengthening feels good.
Very nice well rounded flow Tim! Namaste! Don't mind the background, whatever you in the mood for is great for me.... I try to concentrate in the poses, some of them are quite challenging but the work out was great today and I am so pleased and greatful for the practice!

Awesome. Loved all the hamstring stretches!
Hello Tim, loved the video, though I prefer the garden view!
Thanks Tim, great practice. I like the curtains better, more focused on your postures!
I enjoy both sets....curtains soft, surf board inspiring ;) Awesome practice, good to get back to basics in a slower flow. As always, cueing rocks! Sending tons of gratitude your way for all you do and share. Namaste....

Great video. Really enjoy how mellow and thought out it is. Btw my favourite settings are when your surfboard is in the background :) that board looks like a lot of fun.
Great morning practice. Great detailed instruction. THe white is very nice. Thank you
Really nice flow and l liked the curtains. Thank you!
I haven't done this one for a a while but it was fantastic after a difficult day at work with way too much sitting. Lovely and gentle, hands on blocks and vinyasa on knees. You are such an inspiring and gentle teacher.
Thanks for a great morning session Tim

Carol Brassard awe that’s so kind of you to say. Thank tou
I like how you used the blocks as a starting point in this video. It was something I hadn't thought of and using the blocks was very helpful in getting warmed up.
Great practice as usual. I like how you make the arms and abs work hard. I prefer the curtains because they're less distracting. Keep it up :)
Love the flow and new setting, please add more of that dog!
After a month hiatus, this was a great workout - the intensity, pace and length. Felt a lot more energized after this practice! Thank you - you are so awesome!
Thanks, Tim, Please create a total body toning/Weight loss/ Strengthening yoga sequence for a mid-twenty glaucoma patient.
Thanks in advance
i like seeing the puppy!
There was a dog in the video?! I totally missed him/her as well as the new curtains, I guess it's pretty obvious I just listen most of the time. :) This was another great practice, thank you, Tim!

Amaaaaziiing!!!! Thank you Tim
Good like always. you the best! Thanks Tim.
Awesome Tim! Liking the new set, though it was entertaining seeing your dog in the garden during middle of a set 👍🏽
Thank you for all that you do, Tim. It is becoming the go-to for online yoga for me. It's not the easiest at home exercise to get motivated to do. You have so many offerings and such a welcoming honest style, it helps.
Thank you. That was awesome.
Wonderful training, Tim. Thank you for providing great teaching. I like the background nature, instead of the curtain.
The curtains work Tim ! Good job
Was that Olly I saw doing a quick downward dog ? :/)
Tim greatly appreciated that you take time out to do these videos. They have helped me. Bless you!
Thanks Tim, havent done yoga in a long time, instead, running and lifting weights. Now when i really have a high workload at work i feel sometimes it is hard to breath easily. Nice. This background 👍. Those two thumbdowns, I wonder. I wish they would explain
Thanks so much!!!
Great session for just before bed :)
Hi Tim. Lovely class, thank you🙏🏻 I love the floaty curtains in the background, very peaceful. Namaste from the UK 💕
Can't wait to do this practice after work today. Love your teaching, as always. Thanks for what you are sharing!
I really enjoyed this yoga workout. I have been struggling with upper back tension from my stressful job. This video helped me a ton. Thank you Tim!
Thank you Tim!
Your a good teacher.
Namaste!
I love the new setup and I really enjoyed this workout. I always want to go to hot yoga but I can't justify the drop in rates and I'm always nervous to start up again.
Awesome class!! Thank You...
Excellent work out Tim! Thank you so much!
Came back to do this one again after the 11/5 yoga for weight loss. Great combo recommendation. Thanks as always!
Thanks Tim, Always good sequence 😄
Loved this one! I took your advice and did the weight-loss video right before - SUCH a good combo. The hour practice felt really balancing. Thank you for all of your wonderful content!
Thank you tim, waiting for next video

Lovely flow! To start my day with all the poses that I need after a long Thanksgiving weekend. Thank you Tim. Namaste
Thank you for another amazing video. I like the set either way. This one gives a very peaceful feel :)
Hey Tim, great practice as always, really enjoyed it. On the back ground i prefer to see the view........keep up the great work!

(I like this scene better than the others)
That was amazing! Thank you very much Tim!

Loving the softer feel. As always a great way to start my Sunday. Thanks Tim!
Red XIV Rugby :) you’re welcome
This was a lovely sequence, thank you! I needed a mental lift, and this helped me focus. Your voice is also quite soothing.
Wonderful how this practice changed my mood - went from feeling depri sluggish to feeling calm and open.. Thanks Tim !
Jo Vannieuwenburg oh that’s so cool! Thanks for your comment
Great practice Tim, I really like the new set, it's easier to focus on the practice with such a minimalist background :)
Šimon Podrazil ok cool, thanks for the feedback
I love this class - its pace and sequence :):) Thank you, Tim, for your sessions!
Loved this! Thank you =)
Good flow and curtains are good but switching it up from time to time could be cool to.:)
Nice video Tim! Thanks again :) love the dog walking by! I am wondering, will you post some times more challenging video's, like level 2/3? With more challenging core and arm balances? I love all the latest video's but they feel pretty mellow for me ;)

Dustin Lawson haha! Thanks, heaven :) glad you found a little hint to balance
Thanks for this one :) and I prefer with the window view :)

zhen Li I️ would also incorporate some cardio a few days a week, and try practicing at least 30 minutes a day.
Thanks Tim. You are the best.. yeeee
Morenita Garsia thank you :)
