Hey man, i so enjoyed that! That was just what my hips and back needed this morning, I feel really loosened up. I really enjoy CC's classes but it's so refreshing to have these long classes from a completely different perspective. Your doing a great job dude, keep it up!

I realized this morning doing a high lunge that my psoas muscles are in need of deep healing. Found this video after researching psoas involvement in kundalini awakening and need for stretching and elongating this beautiful muscle that stores a lifetime of emotional issues. Much gratitude for sharing this sequence. This is exactly what I needed. xo blessings
Is it normal for the first exercise with laying on the block to be EXTREMELY painful?

Awesome workout man, exactly what I needed. My hips and back have been wound pretty tight this last week from pulling up floorboards and rebuilding a floor frame. It was much needed relief. Feeling like I can take on the world again. Rock on man! Thanks again. I'll be keeping this one in my back pocket. Now time to rebuild from the floor up.... hum, a little apropos huh.
Wow. This belongs to my cardio playlist, not the yoga set. The block under lower back was killing me, especially when legs were not supposed to be engaged. I had to plant one feet at the time. It was too much for my back.

Awesome class, Teacher Christian .... One question, my friend .... In this and previous videos you exhale through the mouth.
I'm a beginner trying to work for intermediate 😁😁😁 .... But my first two years were with Hatha Yoga. I checked another videos of Vinyasa Yoga and always began inhaling and exhaling through the nose.
What are the benefits to exhale before your yoga session, through the mouth? 🙏🙏🙏 ... That depends of every yoga's style? ... Thanks in advance 😁😁😁🙏🙏🙏

Great class, have been trying many videos for hips/psoas when I struggled with recovery after a difficult pregnancy where my hips got ruined. Just stumbled upon this one because I like Yoga Dose, and this one is by far the best class I've seen so far for the hips with excellent cues. Thanks so much!

Thank you for this class. Great technical cues, I find your teaching of asana very measured and high quality. I notice you never jump back to chaturangha. I usually jump back but in this class I stepped like you did and I felt my transition was more mindful in the body. Is there any reason for no jump back?

Hi, great channel and classes! But can you let us know what is happening with the change? I loved CC's classes and I'm wondering if this is a new permanent direction or if the other classes are coming back
It looks like Christian will permanently be leading this channel. It was too difficult with CC being in Utah and the channel being in California. We love CC and hope she makes more appearances on this channel and Fightmaster Yoga in the future. Maybe she will even start her own channel one day and we will be glad to promote it for her. In the mean time give her some love on Instagram @yogabycc

When you say "lay" on you back, you should be saying "lie" on your back. Lie indicates resting. Your videos are wonderful!
