He has a Hustler bar but both of your technologies employ delicate hammering with a multitude of tips etc. The finger tip control of the back of the panel in conjunction with the light bars reflecting off the panel certainly makes both YOU & The Man Of Steel highly watchable. My mate thought he could wave his induction hot rod over the dozens of hail damaged dents on his cars bonnet and roof. Your system in the right hands leaves the Hot Rod Wand for dead. But in hindsight him being a GP Doctor he didn't have any more knowledge than holding the coil over the dent...I emplored him to allow me to make a leverage tool...I'm a Toolmaker....to be gently rocked to allow it to pop out. No...the patient and the patience evaporated at the same time. Where do you get your kit. Is it a panel beater shop supplier. Are there courses in SYDNEY. I should Google that myself. Beautiful job but there’s no way anyone can do this job. Even with the right tools Maybe practice with a junk car first before tackling on the car itself.
I have been watching hundreds of different PDR videos on YT. So many using tools common on Amazon and Ebay where they keep commenting they are not expecting to perform a 100% repair but indicating they know their customer will still be happy. Then I find PDR videos like yours where tools I did not even know existed are incorporated and the details in the process is amazing. I bet your customers are convinced you must have replaced the whole panel as they look perfect. It is a treat to watch a master craftsman display his skills. Thanks for taking the time to make this videos.
Hi Craig. Wow thank you for your great comment! I have quite a few special tools and every one of those on my tool cart has a purpose. My customers are all very happy with the results….. it’s like a magic repair!! Take care and thanks again 🙏 Martin
“PERFECTO” Master craftsman and well done! One thing you forgot was breakdown on what you charged for this repair. Also provide itemized charge breakdown for each segment to viewers. I ask that because it would be very helpful for your subscribers to know in case we may need such services one day in the future. I understand prices and charge may vary in different locals and countries but a base price idea is better then going at it blindfolded. Hope you can help. Again great job you’re a true professional.
Thank you for your great feedback. I’ve tried this in the past and I get a lot of negative comments. People just see a large figure and think it’s a lot of money and don’t see the value in the work.
I wish we got expert people like you work near by where I live. I got two small dents on my car that are less serious than what you just repaired and shops around me making it sound impossible to fix. Much respect man🤘
Great video, I saw a video of someone do the same repair two years ago and I said you need to show where you leaver with the bar ,I got no reply .Waste of ten minutes that was ,your video is perfect !!!
That’s a fantastic way to repair paintlessly. I paid £280 for a big dent on my BMW door panel and the guy did a marvelous job. A bit expensive but perfect finish.
Hi Daniel, apologies for the late reply. Thanks for your comment and glad you got your repair done. Prices do vary but if the repair is done to an exceptional standard and it saves an expensive repaint then it’s worth it. Happy new year to you and family
If I was doing this myself on my car, would have been happy around the 8 or 9 min mark. But I love watching a professional who takes pride in their work.
Why would anyone “Thumbs Down” this video??? As a 22 year PDR Tech myself, I can say he did everything perfectly! The only thing I would have done differently is keep the heat gun on it constantly until the point where he changed to a sharper tip. Nice work my friend!!!
Hi Mark? Thanks and I really have no idea why I get the dislikes! But that’s UA-cam for you!…. I really appreciate your input and congratulations on doing it so long. Regards the heat gun to be fair I don’t use heat that often, only on deep stuff or dents where I think the paint is likely to crack. Winter time is a different story though! I hope I got your name right? (Mark) Thanks Martin
I must say PDR has come a long way in 25 years. Ive seen results back then that didnt come close to this and people were amazed. I havent been in body repair for 20 yrs and was pretty damn good at it, couldve easily worked that out, primed and paint with no filler. I had no idea that this finished result could be achieved paintless. Well done sir!!
Hi M Davis thanks for your great comment..... PDR is amazing and every repair I carry out I get great satisfaction from it. The boundaries ad capabilities have certainly been pushed over the years. I still use my panel beating methods when using PDR but in a controlled manner so not to damage the paint work. I’m very happy you enjoyed the video, hope you subscribed and also check my other big repairs in the future Take care, Martin
Hi Steve thank you for your great comment and for watching my repair video! Yes it can take time to repair a dent to a high quality finish. But the results are amazing and the paint is kept factory which is great for the resale value

Thank you so much. I would defo ask your local tech first and get their opinion on it. Or buy a panel and practice on it first before attempting your car
Well I just finally was able to watch this and I must say what an outstanding video Martin. Finally someone showing exactly what's going on behind the panel as well that is extremely important to beginning text... Outstanding sir
Thanks Bobby! I’ve had a few requests for this camera footage in the past so when ever I can get a camera in the panel il do my best to show you guys! Take care Martin
This was absolutely fantastic! But you made it seem a LOT simpler than it probably is. I bet it takes a LOT of experience! I learned what good workmanship is!
Hi Goutam thanks, yes I’ve been doing this every day for quite a few years. I suppose it does look quite easy, it’s all about pressure so if you push slightly too hard then the paint would crack, again when tapping the panel down, if you do this too hard then you’ll put lots of dents back in. It’s like any other skills, making clay pots on a spinning wheel, painting art…. Really appreciate your comment and I’m happy to have shown you a great repair Take care, Martin
Fantastic work well impressed. I did a course of pdr around 7years ago with zero support after the course providers I decided to back down from the craft. Anyway I'm very interested in doing a full time course if your the teacher. Let me know. All the best and keep up the amazing videos 👍👍
Hi Haroon thanks for your comment and apologies for my delay in replying. I hope you started practicing again? I’m not teaching at the moment but I plan to one day. There’s many good teachers out there though Thanks Martin
Patience and know-how... Even if the kid has no interest in body repair, this is a great video to show him/her what can happen when you really work at something methodically and with dedication.
I had one of these guys come ace dent. The dent was the size of a golf ball he put loads of pin pricks all over the wing then tapped back gently it was perfect just like this chap. Lovely knowledge to have. And no filler true masters.
Here in the states, a high quality repair like this, using the measurements and factors he wrote on the panel it would be between $625-650 US dollars. Even if it was the same or a little more the a conventional repair with body work and repaint it is a much better, cleaner, faster, greener repair.
Thanks Colin, Paul and Mark at advanced Dent Repair for answering the question. Ok the price mentioned was a very decent price and certainly reflects the expertise of the repair. There’s a lot of thought that a pdr repair is half the price of a conventional repair as it’s quick etc, but if a professional carries out a repair to an exeptional standard meaning no flaws etc, then realistically a pdr repair is worth more than a filler and repaint repair. As the skill which goes into magic’in a dent out, keeping the vehicle totally original and maintaining any warranties is priceless really. That’s what I think anyway, my price was less and in £, but that’s my customers business. Thanks for watching and indeed commenting Martin
@@dentremover01 This video got flagged again because someone else replied. The reason I queried price was to see how it might compare to a typical bodyshop. You say it was less, but being transparent could lead to a lot more work for you rather than bodyshops. I'm not in need of a repair at the moment but wanted an idea if I did.
Ive been using PDR since it was invented in the 90s and it has come a long way. Your work is exemplary. The dents thar can be pulled today are stàggering. Back 20 years ago no one would touch a a swage line dent. Great video. Cheers from Australia
Absolutely amazing skills and craftsmanship, I’m a student in vehicle accident repair, going into my level 3 in September and video like are really inspiring. I’m a car man and petrolhead. This is the industry for me. Skills mate, skills. Do you have links for the tools and kits you’re using as I’m about to begin buying my toolset.
I've just taken my Kia Ceed to a car repair shop with a slight dent in the rear door with a slightly raised crease in the middle of the dent. He told me that PDR was not possible because the dent straddles a reinforcing member in the door which is causing the crease line. Does this sound plausible? Thanks
Thank you!!! That’s an amazing comment and I’m stoked you found our repair method interesting. Thanks for subscribing too it means a lot Take care, Martin
This is incredible thank you for sharing. I'd never seen this done, being raised in two body shops I always wanted to see this. Whoever came up with this concept was a genius! Can you tell me labor time wise what went into this? And how long did it take you to learn this skill? also, I take it that when the repair finished the light lines are all straight?
Question: what would/could you do for a dent that has caused paint damage, such as a rock striking the sheet metal? Is there a method you would use to perhaps mix and match up a small amount of paint to add to the area to lessen the look of the paint defect? Great work!
Hi Tim thanks for your question. Yes we will touch up the damaged paint area if requested We don’t have all the colours but if a customer was to supply a touch up we’d touch it in for free no problem. It’s not a perfect finish though but would certainly seal the panel from the elements and take your eye off it Thanks Martin
I have a fender dent very similiar in almost the exact same location - and this was fascinating to watch. Unfortunately I have neither the skill, expertise or equipment to DIY (although I have a heatgun, lol)...so it's off to the bodyshop I go. I only hope they're as skilled as you are. A true craftsman. Thanks for sharing the insight.
Had bonnet repair done on my Audi A3 by Martin after being struck from part of an engine undershield that was picked up from an oncoming car. Left with a crease that no other local dent remover would be willing to try and would have to be a fill repair & repaint to bonnet. Contacted Martin sending him photos & video of damage for which he was prepared to carry out repair. Spent the morning in the lovely town of Beverley where he is located whilst he did the repair. When finished the bonnet looked like it had never been struck in the first place. Amazing, flawless work carried out by a top & decent gent. Also the cost of repair was a fraction of the price to having a fill & complete bonnet spray that would never have matched perfectly anyway.
Wow thank you for a super review I’m really happy I could get your Audi looking like new again and that the overall pdr experience was a good one. If you ever get anymore damage just pop in and mention you left a comment on UA-cam and we will give you a 15% discount All the best Martin
The dent wants to go back to factory, just needs a little help doing it. Excellent work! I just saw another video that makes this look like kindergarten. The entire quarter was smashed in like the hulk hit it, the guy pulled it out. I've never done body work before the skill involved in this is just incredible! Years and years!! Way to go.
Hi Nightwolf thank you for your great comment very kind of you. I’m really happy you enjoyed the repair, I have a new one out today if you want to see a glue pull repair step by step ? Thanks Martin

Hi Haroon thanks for your comment and apologies for my delay in replying. I hope you started practicing again? I’m not teaching at the moment but I plan to one day. There’s many good teachers out there though
Thanks Martin
Patience and know-how... Even if the kid has no interest in body repair, this is a great video to show him/her what can happen when you really work at something methodically and with dedication.
Amazing thank you so much for your great feedback
Unbelievable I could watch this all day long
Well done 👍
Thank you Baz it’s very satisfying to do and to watch!
I hope you subscribed! Thanks Martin
I had one of these guys come ace dent. The dent was the size of a golf ball he put loads of pin pricks all over the wing then tapped back gently it was perfect just like this chap. Lovely knowledge to have. And no filler true masters.
Hi Mark thanks for your message and glad you had a good experience with PDR
wow this is more than professional work.
Amazing thank you so much
Amazing job, with one thing missing : the price!
I’m curious too ? I assume up to half the cost of traditional bodywork etc
Thanks for watching and indeed commenting
Martin
Ekipmanlar çok güzel harika
@@dentremover01 This video got flagged again because someone else replied. The reason I queried price was to see how it might compare to a typical bodyshop. You say it was less, but being transparent could lead to a lot more work for you rather than bodyshops. I'm not in need of a repair at the moment but wanted an idea if I did.
Ive been using PDR since it was invented in the 90s and it has come a long way. Your work is exemplary. The dents thar can be pulled today are stàggering. Back 20 years ago no one would touch a a swage line dent. Great video. Cheers from Australia
Thank you very much! Yes the boundary’s are being pushed all the time
Absolutely amazing skills and craftsmanship, I’m a student in vehicle accident repair, going into my level 3 in September and video like are really inspiring. I’m a car man and petrolhead. This is the industry for me. Skills mate, skills. Do you have links for the tools and kits you’re using as I’m about to begin buying my toolset.
A true craftsman. You should be on TV. 👏
Thank you JnV C I really appreciate your kind words! Maybe next year for TV!
I've just taken my Kia Ceed to a car repair shop with a slight dent in the rear door with a slightly raised crease in the middle of the dent. He told me that PDR was not possible because the dent straddles a reinforcing member in the door which is causing the crease line.
Does this sound plausible?
Thanks
That's incredible! An art form unto itself, Great Job!!
Thank you Speeddemon3 🙌🏼
I have my a panel like this. I hope I can find someone as skillful as you to fix it.
excellent explanation Martin, very well explained, great job, congratulations !!!
Very top that lever lever on the tire. Big hug!!
PDR guys make great money. I enjoy doing this almost as much as refinishing
Great work! How long did it take in real time and how much did it cost for this dent?
Great skills so how much did it cost ?
Very satisfying to watch !
Glad you think so!
This was really interesting, didn't know you could remove a dent like this and your attention to detail and care is top shelf !!!
Thank you Dev Guy 🙌🏼
Wow what an artist and professional.
Thank you Faruk 🙌🏼
Wow! I have no interest in dent removal, but I'm subscribing. Based solely on that slick job 👍🏴
Thank you!!! That’s an amazing comment and I’m stoked you found our repair method interesting.
Thanks for subscribing too it means a lot
Take care, Martin

@@dentremover01 Благодарю, мой заморский коллега!!! Be carefull you too!
Have a great day
This is incredible thank you for sharing. I'd never seen this done, being raised in two body shops I always wanted to see this. Whoever came up with this concept was a genius! Can you tell me labor time wise what went into this? And how long did it take you to learn this skill? also, I take it that when the repair finished the light lines are all straight?
Never seen this done before. Wow!
A pleasure to watch a true craftsman in action 👍🏻
Thanks for clicking on my video Gareth and enjoying it! I have a really big dent video going live in the next few days
Question: what would/could you do for a dent that has caused paint damage, such as a rock striking the sheet metal? Is there a method you would use to perhaps mix and match up a small amount of paint to add to the area to lessen the look of the paint defect? Great work!
Hi Tim thanks for your question. Yes we will touch up the damaged paint area if requested
We don’t have all the colours but if a customer was to supply a touch up we’d touch it in for free no problem.
It’s not a perfect finish though but would certainly seal the panel from the elements and take your eye off it
Thanks Martin
SO NICE TO SEE A PROFESSIONAL AT WORK. GREAT JOB DONE WITH PRIDE.
Bardzo dobra robota 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Thank you Lukasz 🔥🙌🏼
Well done real pro.... thanks for the vid..
Wow, such a PDR masterclass. In a way - it looks unreal, with an outstanding result.
Thank you so much
Nice Craftsmanship, truly artistic.
Absolute magician mate, makes it seem so easy haha
Thank you Chris!
Fantastic job, and a flawless repair you’d never have known the wing panel has been dented so severely especially around the body crease area. 10/10
Thank you very much 😀
Love your approach to your work,
Thank you
Absolute master craftsmanship 😮
You're an artist mate!
Thank you ☺️
Had bonnet repair done on my Audi A3 by Martin after being struck from part of an engine undershield that was picked up from an oncoming car.
If you ever get anymore damage just pop in and mention you left a comment on UA-cam and we will give you a 15% discount
All the best Martin
I don’t know what you just did but it was amazing
Thanks H !
best work I have seen so far!
Thank you Sadik O 🙌🏼
The dent wants to go back to factory, just needs a little help doing it. Excellent work! I just saw another video that makes this look like kindergarten. The entire quarter was smashed in like the hulk hit it, the guy pulled it out. I've never done body work before the skill involved in this is just incredible! Years and years!! Way to go.
Thank you JF and your right. It isn’t easy by any means but with practice comes the Skill 😊
Crazy result, congratulations 👍👍
Super doué se Monsieur ❤ extraordinaire 😊
Thank you
You have perfected the great one job that you were assigned to do. That's amazing! 😎

Outdone yourself again...!!
Terrific work if only we can find more craftsmanship just like yourself.
Thank you for your kind comment
From the introduction, you hooked us with a quick glimpse of the result before showing us the process.
The results were in fact pristine, & the process had heart & focus. I salute you sir & your work. Subscribed🤙🏽
This is just incredible. I have been living with a crease in my car for 5 years. We have a specialist in the area and I will see him in the morning! Wonderful vid!
Hi Joycie that’s great I’m really happy to have entertained and hope you can have your crease repaired by the specialist. Make sure to mention where you saw the repair method 🙏
Good luck Martin
