Hi Martin, I have been following you for a couple of years now and still amazed by what you achieve. I am a vehicle technician who learnt in an old school garage including body repairs, welding, painting ect. Recently I have tried casting from lead, aluminium, copper ect, what I learnt over the years is to respect the metals as they all react and respond differently. However what you do is absolutely amazing more like an art form by someone talented with an exceptional eye for detail taking pride in their work and most of all the overall finish. I have already started studying different videos, logging important information, metal temp, processes like the six C's. I've ordered a fair quality GPR kit and need to collect a door to practice on. If I can teach myself the basics learning by my own mistakes including how to rectify my mistakes only then will I take the course. Plus I have nothing better to do for the next year until I have my operation and recover. Big thanks to Martin for your excellent tutorial videos giving me something to focus on and a goal to aim for. Maybe one day I will have an opportunity to watch someone like Martin in person carry out one of these larger repairs.

Hi, sorry to hear about your hail. I can highly recommend Tactical Dent repair Or if you contact Anson Tools, mention Martin Sadler sent you and ask for a recommended Tech in your area and they will put you intouch with great Techs 🙌🏼
Words cannot describe your Tallent, getting into some of the bigger smash work is a goal I'm working towards. I have to ask tho if you were allowed a second go at this would would you still start on that same body line or would have you pulled some of rhe tension into the top dent and worked some of the outer areas before working that deep crease through the body line you started on?
Thanks JaKey! Big dent repairs take time but are very rewarding No o cont thin I would have started from the top, maybe I could have applied an LTS but as this panel had already been replaced and painted I didn’t want to risk the paint coming off. Also it’s a flimsy panel too. I can’t see why working the top would help more on this one because the impact point was at the bottom where I started. Maybe pulling the bottom then working the top a bit? I don’t know?! It’s all “rabbit in the headlights” with some large repairs and multiple ways of starting a repair- end of the day it worked out and I got the result which is the ultimate goal 😊🙏 good luck with your PDR journey Jakey

I wish you all the best and thank you so much for enjoying my content 😊

Excellent travail de maître ;)
My absolute pleasure! I don’t know it all but il happily show my work and explain it. I hope the subtitles for your language worked??
@@dentremover01Italian subtitles are ok! Thank great Martin!

Thank you!
Your work looks like a mesmerizing master piece of William Shakspeare! liked your video as one of the the best tutorial on UA-cam! Thanks for sharing.
Great comment! Thank you so much!
Great job, looks great. I have a question: Does the metal piece regain its hardness, for example, if someone leans hard on it?
Great to see your repairs your a good trades man no question, something else I love the big United Jack spot on mate thanks for sharing
Thanks George! Yes I have more UJ now! One each side! Got
To fly the flag of the UK even if the Govt is trying to sink us
It was fun to watch and I learned a lot from someone with a lot of experience.
Good job mate, you are a skilled man without a doubt. Clever stuff!
Amazing work Martin! You are a true craftsman.
Thank you Kevin
What you do is really quite impressive! Do you happen to know of someone of equal caliber in the Austin, Texas area? My brand new truck got annihilated by hail recently.
Hi, sorry to hear about your hail.
I can highly recommend Tactical Dent repair
Or if you contact Anson Tools, mention Martin Sadler sent you and ask for a recommended Tech in your area and they will put you intouch with great Techs 🙌🏼
Great job Martin always amazes me how much flexibility the paint is keep up great work 👍👍
Thanks- it’s very flexible these days I’m surprised some times!
You are amazing you are a true craftsman thank you for showing us your art and your skill and talent.
Our Yeti could do with a visit to you, I'm amazed at how good you got that.
Fantastic work
Thank you! I can take a look if your close to me and want to send images through my website 🤗
Big dent repairs take time but are very rewarding
No o cont thin I would have started from the top, maybe I could have applied an LTS but as this panel had already been replaced and painted I didn’t want to risk the paint coming off.
I congratulate you for your work and the tools, I don't know if you bought them or made them but they are great, also thank you for sharing your knowledge and techniques, thank you very much
Wow you are the most patient guy ❤ doing that massive punch 👏👏👏
Haha thank you so much for your great comment
@@dentremover01 Hi, you are kind of inspiration to me, im starting in this business, and i feel this area is gonna be awesome. Thanks you for teach us.🤝🙏👏
Absolutely amazing artisan work, mate! Beautiful.
Thank you Federico
I have a small dent to repair in the same area as this one. Of course I don't have the tools but I will try. I started with suction cups. They helped some but do not stick well unless the surface is flat
Wow. Thats truly impressive. The patience and skill are off the charts. I would’ve smashed it with a sledgehammer after failing to fix it and then just bought a new panel 😂. I salute your craftsmanship and diligence. 🫡
Martin. What polish and pad combo do you use to get rid of the 2k sanding marks?
Hi Nav
So I first used a flex mini polisher on rotary with a 2” cutting pad and rupes blue coarse
Then rupes 750 with blue pad and coarse polish, then yellow pad and fine?
Then I quick detailed the panel with Garage Therapy QD 🙌🏼
@@dentremover01 niceeeeee yeah I noticed my self. Cutting is needed after blocking a dent. I picked up a single 2 in 1 cutting and polish compound but it don’t really work. Have to first cut then polish. 👍
@@NavdeepSingh-x8f which 2-1 polish is that?
@@dentremover01 it’s called “3D One Hybrid Compound and Polish” amazing stuff. I use to use it from my detailing days. I still use it on my own cars. Saves so much time.
Anything super deep you will need to use cutting and then polish compounds but this stuff is good never the less.
I been in the trade 35 year must be the best PDR remover ever seen
What temperature do you heat the panel to? Great results! Great video. You are a true artist.
Thanks Ken, I can’t give a true temp. I’d say if it’s too hot to touch then it’s hot enough
Toujours aussi plaisant et instructif à regarder merci Martin et bravo pour le résultat 💪🏼💪🏼
Thank you Francedsp for your kind comment and feedback 🤗
Yes, good job!During the Soviet era, we fixed dents in a completely different way.Either a volleyball or a car camera. Удачи, мира и добра!
You have a great way to get the latest tools to get the job done and the Wright way and professional
Amazing skill...I thought the metal might stretch when dented and resist going back to form ?
WTF superb vid!
How the paint can be so extensable?
This is art!
Thank you so much! You’re right it is an Art! I love my job!
The paints these days can withstand a lot of punishment. See my White Mokka door repair and you’ll see how much abuse I give that paint!!!
I am totally impressed - greetings from Germany
Thank you so much 🙌🏼 🇩🇪
As always great content Martin I watch all your vids you are very good at what you do
Amazing- thank you so much
Absolutely amazing work my friend!👍
Thank you so much
Fantastic work!
Absolutely amazing that Martin well done 🥳🥳
Thanks Jules
incredible job martin,,Thanks
Hey Craig thanks for
I live in australia and the heat outside in the driveway heats up the panels can this be ok to work on dents?
Yes sure! A lot better than scraping ice off the panel!!
That is one super job you've done there my friend 👍
Love these videos. So much learning. Thanks Martin 🫡👍
Thank you Nav 🙌🏼
How much would it typically cost to get this job done compared to traditional repair and paint methods? It’s incredible but very labour intensive!! True master
Magic again Martin!
Thanks Ant
Nice work, but is it actually cheaper and easier to replace the panel?
Hi, thanks for your comment
No not really, the pant cost would be the price of my repair alone
Then on top of this would be the labour to repair or replace the panel, and everything else involved
My repair is quicker, cost effective and keeps the vehicle original
I’ve been doing pdr for 9 years as a hobby /enthusiast with varied levels of success, I feel that I may need another 9 years and a lot more tools to get to this level, I have mastered many trades but this by far is the hardest.
Excellent attention to detail! Great job 👍
Thanks Martin excellent repair, nice job, great video 👌
Thank you
Wow that is an art in itself well done and awesome video
Thank you so much!
Hi mate just curious, how long did this repair take you ? I’ve been wanting to learn pdr for years and it’s inspiring to watch you repair that . Cheers
I’m curious what percentage of jobs are fixed in less a eg. 20 minutes , less complicating , more predictable dents ?
Hi, thanks for your comment. Simple dents with good access like 20mm shallow dents can be repaired within minutes.
Dents like this take upto a day to repair, mainly 3-5 hours to complete
Generally speaking most of my daily repairs are completed within 1-2 hours
Excelente trabajo. Y cuánto podemos cobrar por un trabajo como la reparación de esa pieza? Desde Guatemala city saludos
Martin where do you get the light board with so many lines in it and not fog ??
Hi Tyler the LED board is an Elim A Dent V3 board. They come with a fog lense. I put my own lines on using black coach lines which you can buy online or from most car repair shops (sticky black line decals or coach stripes. 3mm and 5mm)
@@dentremover01 thank you very much man
