- Incorrect installation is one of the big mistakes that most new triple motor builders make. It's easy, but also easy to get wrong. And the cases have to be split again.
I finally have Part 2 up on setting the kickstart spring.

And probably the most comprehensive triples resource site in the world: kawtriple.com/mraxl
and my personal website: www.3cyl.com/mraxl/aylor/
And no "hate" posts about the Canadian "joke", it's just poking fun at my "Northern" buddies!
Always use a factory manual, use this video at your own discression....... - Авто та транспорт
Thank you very clear for H1 beginners , Manuel (Spain)
Thanks x 1000! Priceless and entertaining. I'm ready to put my 1971 H-1 back together this week. cheers, Homeskillet
Your website and videos are a fantastic resource. Keep up the good work!
Glad to help you guys! I wish I had something like this when I started working on triples.....
Thanks so much! And you are right manuals are very vague when it comes to being clear on what to do, I got stuck at the tang part on my Kawasaki f 6 and you cleared that right up for me! Much thanks!
You are welcome!
Thank you for posting H2 service videos. My H2 has always had an issue with the kickstarter. When I attempt to start the engine the kick starter does not engage and just swings to the bottom. The spring returns it just fine. I usually have to kick 3 or 4 times before it will catch and actually spin the motor. Any thoughts? I have the engine out now and thought this would be the right time to address this issue, if I have to split the case.
Any comments or insight would be appreciated. Thanks for all you do for H2 owners!
need video on how to install electric starter on a 150cc gy6
i have a 1998 kx250 and the kick starter shaft broke of with the kickstarter and it needs replaced. Does the engine have to come apart to do this? if so im screwed
I really don't know for sure. Look up your bike on Google and look for message boards. The information should be there. And the guys will probably walk you through the process.
Question, what kind of fluid do you put in your transmission cases?
regular hypoid oil for limited slip differentials. 80-90 wt. And no it's not thick.....
any idea how much it would cost to replace a kick start for a Kawasaki 125 kh?
Cheers
Not really, I believe the KH may just take, taking off the right case cover. A lot of shops won't touch old bikes. It shouldn't be that hard, just find a manual online, and go for it......
I want to made a bast einginyar
