Hi @liliana2425-e6h! 👋 The frequency of your workouts depends on your fitness level and goals. For most people, doing these exercises 3-5 times a week is ideal to allow your muscles time to recover. If you're feeling great and want to do more, you could do them daily, but make sure to listen to your body and take rest days if needed. Rest and recovery are just as important for building strength and avoiding injury. ❤️ You're doing great, so keep it up, and remember, balance is key! 💪😊
Segundo dia haciendolos ...inicio con 141 libras...23.06.24....igualnestot siguiendo los consejos de Meredith con la.curcuma n l agua, la canela, l aguacate, gengibre con piña...veremos a la semana si perdí alguito de peso....igual lo mas importante se ve en la ropa....❤ gracias ..

Meaning when you are going down in a movement you feel the weight off your body go to your feet, so when someone say "push from the heel." you want to direct that weight to the heel of your foot and press off it on the way up !

Meaning when you are going down in a movement you feel the weight off your body go to your feet, so when someone say "push from the heel." you want to direct that weight to the heel of your foot and press off it on the way up !

It depends on your fitness level, @assuntaparente5942! 😊 If you feel like just one routine is not challenging enough, I recommend doing 2-4 sets. 💪😀
