Over the weekend I did three workputs back to back to back. Lol The batwing, muffin top and inner thighs and glutts. All great and I'm going to keep it going. It's amazing how in as little as 7 minutes you can feel the burn and get a great work out. I have been a gym rat most of my adult life and I would spend an hour working out. During Covid I cancelled my gym membership and I have worked out at home. I find the content on youtube excellent and I enjoy your quick workouts. Looking forward to more from you!!!!

If you aren’t getting your 7-9 hours of sleep, this can have an impact on your hormones, which becomes a factor in blocking weight loss. I wouldn’t recommend it regularly, and if you do need to have it during the Metaboost plan, wait a few days with no added sweeteners and unsweetened almond or coconut milk if you need it! 😊

That's great! I would recommend at most three times a week and possibly adding it with another one of our "arm workouts" to add to it if you'd like.
