    Meredith is the best fitness woman on UA-cam! She has the best most easygoing personality, perfect workouts that don’t make me feel like I’m in strange yoga poses. I will only workout with Meredith and her crew from now on.

    @MeredithShirkandSvelteTraining , criss cross applesauce is a commonly used phrase in a school environment. It helps the children understand to sit on, the butt with the legs crossed underneath them.

    Hi Meredith! “Cross cross applesauce” is a saying early childhood educators use to call their students to come sit on the carpet. They sit on their bottoms with their legs crossed for a group time.😃
    You could use it with Cruz! 🐶Thanks for the bat wing work out.

    I absolutely love Coach Mere's explanations! Push through the heels is my all time revelation! I'm seeing NOW so much result by doing old exercises with the correct posture and form.       Over the weekend I did three workputs back to back to back. Lol The batwing, muffin top and inner thighs and glutts. All great and I'm going to keep it going. It's amazing how in as little as 7 minutes you can feel the burn and get a great work out. I have been a gym rat most of my adult life and I would spend an hour working out. During Covid I cancelled my gym membership and I have worked out at home. I find the content on youtube excellent and I enjoy your quick workouts. Looking forward to more from you!!!!

      Hi @HanaHammond! ❤️ While coffee can boost your metabolism, caffeine can have a negative impact on your sleep. If you aren’t getting your 7-9 hours of sleep, this can have an impact on your hormones, which becomes a factor in blocking weight loss. I wouldn’t recommend it regularly, and if you do need to have it during the Metaboost plan, wait a few days with no added sweeteners and unsweetened almond or coconut milk if you need it! 😊

    I think it's working cause I have a jacket that was almost impossible for me to put on and today I was able to wear it so I recommend y'all to try Meredith's arm workout 😊

      That's great! I would recommend at most three times a week and possibly adding it with another one of our "arm workouts" to add to it if you'd like.

      Hi @KarenRoth-MI! 👋 If you strayed away from the plan for just 1 day, you can re-do it then start back at the day you left off. If it was more than 1 day, I recommend starting from the beginning 👍

      Hi @mommiller3252! It really depends on your fitness goals. Weights can definitely add challenge and help build strength, but there are plenty of workouts you can do without them, too. If you're just starting out, you might wanna try both and see what you enjoy more. 💪🔥
