Glad I found this workout, my partner is very cruel to me. My shirt fit lose and comfortable for the past couple months then this week it has been tight, shirts are supposed to move have flexibility not be filled out with fat so it doesnt move however strangely back fat has surfaced on me and my shiet does not move. So although i alreqdy worked hard over five hundred days of effort every single day not giving up and i already had a good back and was maintaining it now i have to start again and work the fat that shouldnt be there in the first place except for the abuse i am receiving where i live, its ok because i have a great coach like you. i will return in 30 days to share my winning progress. Thank you for you.

You need to talk to your partner or get rid of them. You should workout for your health, not to please anyone else. Plus stress is very unhealthy.
