    Love the workout! Love how you rotate so we can see exactly what is happening. That’s important and makes me want to do the work out even more when I can visualize what body part it is working.

    Glad I found this workout, my partner is very cruel to me. My shirt fit lose and comfortable for the past couple months then this week it has been tight, shirts are supposed to move have flexibility not be filled out with fat so it doesnt move however strangely back fat has surfaced on me and my shiet does not move. So although i alreqdy worked hard over five hundred days of effort every single day not giving up and i already had a good back and was maintaining it now i have to start again and work the fat that shouldnt be there in the first place except for the abuse i am receiving where i live, its ok because i have a great coach like you. i will return in 30 days to share my winning progress. Thank you for you.

      You need to talk to your partner or get rid of them. You should workout for your health, not to please anyone else. Plus stress is very unhealthy.

    Mere! Help! I have underarm pockets of fat that are so weird and gross. Not triceps, but the part of skin that’s directly under the underarm. Like elder great-grandma type flab. I’d rather exercise than go to cool sculpting. Please help! You’re the best!

    I’m surprised that light dumbbells aren’t being used for the exercises.

    Xq en los ejercicios muestra mancuernas? Eso me confunde y me pregunto si entonces necesito mancuernas para tener un cuerpo así?

      No necesitas mancuernas para obtener grandes resultados. Son sólo una opción en los ejercicios, pero los movimientos con el peso corporal pueden ser igual de eficaces para aumentar la fuerza y la definición. 💪❤️
