I love my oatmeal with milk and cinnamon powder
@dianafuentes9324 - Same here, have to add cinnamon and a sprinkle of brown sugar😊😊
And I add pulverized Ginger
Yes, real milk!
Looks yummy
Same. It hits every time. Often I'll also add apples 😋
Guys read this comment if u eat oats
There are three types of oats
1. Steel Cut oats
2. Rolled oats
3.instant oats
The steel cut oats look like sharp and are very less processed but they are expensive and take 30min to be ready
They also have less glycium level so steel cut oats are the best one to eat
Rolled oats are middle processed means not much but not that less proccessed
They are not expensive much and take 10min to eat and have mid level glycium
Instant oats are highly processed and contain high levels of glycium they are also very cheap and take 3to 5min to make them ready i prefer eat steel cut oats or rolled oats pls share this message to everyone
Eat healthy anf Stay safe
You forgot stoneground oats... the real Scottish porridge oats.
Love it , l eat oatmeal with berries peanut butter 1/2 grapefruit every morning so filling l add different fruit n nuts !

Chia seeds should always be used after soaking … otherwise it will absorb water from our stomach and that can lead to constipation issues …
Oh thanks for the tip. I just bought them for the first time and I didn't know how to use them....
Thanks
Thank-you for the info. on soaking the chia seeds, l didn't know they should be soaked first, l've been putting in my smoothie without soaking them, it makes sense to soak first
It’s so ironic though cause chia is commonly used to reduce constipation.
@@NathalyCampos-gj3ii he is right. Chia seeds can absorb and expand upto 28 times of their size. If not soaked and consumed. It can absorb water in your stomach and become sticky blobs, which further can block and create constipation and it is very risky too. So please avoid eating it directly and always soak them overnight for best results.
You can also chop a banana into your pan with a lil water and cinnamon, let that cook down, stirring occasionally. The bananas break down into a pudding of sorts and become a natural sweetener and flavor. You add a small amount of milk into it to make it creamer before going in with the rest of the oatmeal portions
❤❤❤
already cooked oats ?
ss
Banana cereal, made via pot or microwave
I love both ideas very much!! Thank you, oatmeal is one of my favorites bc it’s not only good for us, but it feels like I’m having a dessert too 😜💓
You’re gonna make me a hero with my husband! I’m going to make this tomorrow morning. Thank you!
Oh, my gosh, your oatmeal with the fixin’s is a hit! I’ll tell you a little secret: I hate oatmeal, right? Now, I LOVE this oatmeal. It’ll be our weekend breakfast/brunch from now on! Thank you again. P.S. My husband asked me to make breakfast for dinner tonight and wants more of your delicious oatmeal. Yay! You’re wonderful.
Great recipes, so cute and charming host ❤
You are amazing. Best recipes, hands down. You areca recipe/cooking/food genius!
I agree he’s the best 🎉
Thank you! I make whole oats with lowfat milk on the stovetop. It's delicious, nutritious, and has a low glycemic index, so the carbs and sugars will break down slowly and keep you full for hours without a sugar spike or sugar drop. It's already sweet, but I like to add cinnamon and either berries or bananas
If you're already putting in bananas why not just use normal fat milk? Why is everyone obsessed with low fat milk or plant milk. Lol
@@anastasiaokwuchi4035 I really just wanted to ask that. Like can we just put normal milf instead of plant based milk??
@@kpopmultistan143 someone gets it😂
I use milk, honey, peanut butter and boiled eggs in mine. Sometimes i even add strawberry jam cos strawberries aren't always available 😂.
And my BMI is 21 or 22, can't remember. Everybody should just chill abeg 😂
@anastasiaokwuchi4035 absolutely no hate, but if you’re gonna put boiled eggs in oatmeal can you not see that everyone likes different things 😂
@@ethanyeater-crosby4355 😂😂. It's really good though 😂
Thank you so much! I always struggle to use how much milk in my oatmeal, this helped me so much
ss
Wow, that's genius! It looks absolutely delectable.
Thank You. Doing it everyday. God bless you always.
I also recommend savory oatmeal. It’s so tasty!
He said “but not instant oats”
I say watch me
Proper Scottish Porridge - the original and the best - is unbelievably creamy, yet made only with water. The best oats are stoneground, if not available, use rolled oats.
For two people, overnight soak one cup of oats with two and a half cups of water... get to know your oats, it may take three cups of water. In the morning, bring to the boil, stirring constantly with a spirtle or wooden spoon. Then reduce to a very gentle simmer and cook for fifteen minutes. Before serving, add salt to taste... NO SUGAR, SYRUP OR ANYTHING SWEET!
Serve in large bowls then pour over your preferred milk, full cream milk is best. The porridge will float freely like an island in the bowl. For a special treat, cream may be added with a good Scottish (or local) honey.
Please do try real Scottish Porridge before you start adding fruit, peanut butter or anything else weird.
I also have a fantastic recipe for Scottish oatmeal soup.
Thank youuuuuu soooooooooo mucchhh for sharing the best and quick recipe 😊💫
The one with banana and dark chocolate will be mine this morning 😊
this looks so good!

Thank you. I just bought a few containers of oats and was looking for ways to fix em ❤🎉 Perfect
Always good ideas,Nico. Thanks❤
Good bowls of oatmeal! 💪🏽💪🏽
Yummm. Have you ever made savory oatmeal. I fix it in the microwave season it with garlic powder a little salt ginger a little hot sauce and if you’d like some Parmesan cheese. It is delicious I’ll fix it for dinner sometimes Season to taste
Omg! I’ve never heard of that but it sounds so interesting. Gonna try!
I agree. I make masala ( being india, spice mix is must).oats at home.
The spice mix is cinnamon powder, peppercorn powder, green chilly. Veggies are sauteed onion, tomato, peas, carrots. It looks too much work. But it tastes awesome
Ummm, Imma have to try that. Imma make my own invention. I can see how that would work. Why didn't I think of that?💜💜💜
I’ve been doing it wrong my whole life! The consistency I got by following this was much better!
Delicious 😋 😋
I love your recipes are awesome .
Hugs from Utah .❤❤
Wowwww!!! Thank you so much!!! Easy recipe!🙏✊🏼
that looks sooo good..
Please try to add flax seeds and cacao nibs...delicious and healthy.
chia seeds need to be soaked for 10 mins before serving to prevent constipation...
Fr?
@@ftjosephh1817idk about constipation but dry chia seeds sucks the water from my stomach and makes my stomach hurt like crazy. they just absorb a lot of water and u dont want it to do that to your insides believe me
Love this looks yummy easy recipe
I use flax seeds for a little crunch but I make it in my microwave. Thank you!
Thank you for sharing I will try those toppings
I’m loving the banana version😋😋
This giving me so much idea. Thanks!
He is so cute!!!!!
This a great recipe.
Its hard to find oats old fashioned way they all in instant packets.looks lovely.
Flax seeds cinnamon and real ginger yeeeyum!
The flax seeds would need to be ground,as the body can't digest them in seed form
