    thanks for the information, i dont forget never these words: THE FOOD IS THE BEST SOURCE OF OMEGA 3. i have the alaska salmon oil, of 1000mg based on 400mg of dha and epa concentrate. any tip for me..? get a better fish oil suplement source ? if i am drinking this pills i can eat fish normally?

      Hi JhonVoice, you are right. If people can eat fish 2-3 time a week, most of them do not need fish oil. But it is 100% fine to take fish oil supplement even you already eat enough fish. 😀 Fish oil has pretty good safety profile.
      400 mg DHA-EPA in 1000 mg is not bad. But you can also check the supplement fact label of your fish oil and find out what is the other 600 mg. The fish oil I am taking now is "Pure Alaska Omega-3 500 mg. EPA+DHA, 180 Softgels" from Costco. It is small capsule (625 mg) and provide 500 mg EPA/DHA

    I take krill oil because it has no trygiserides. It has phitolipides
