      If you look at how most Humans live, as they get older, they fall out of their mode with almost everything, transforming themselves and giving up formerly held beliefs or understanding, losing their innocence, and generally gravitating towards negative traits and coping mechanisms that they did not engage in, during their youth. This ends up making someone become rigid, bitter, boring and dull, and that's why you notice most adults give up healthy habits, hobbies, and nearly everything they used to be. I used to be a strict carnivore. I then ate raw (mostly raw milk, eggs, bacon, liver, some partly cooked steaks just because I love the flavor of grilled steak) & finally conceived after having a miscarriage with twins. I still have raw milk & eggs daily. But I do eat fruits raw & if I do have any vegetables (very rarely), I do cook the crap out of them & top with raw butter. Idk if I could go back to carnivore or not, I did have multiple traumatic events happen when I was pregnant & after having my baby: while pregnant my body was apparently dumping a lot of stones & I got a bad UTI/kidney infection. My kidneys stopped functioning & water started to collect in my lungs, the doctors said it was the worse case they’ve ever seen. I’m lucky I didn’t go into septic shock, I think it’s also likely because I was sneaking raw bacon in the hospital, it was the only thing I could stand to eat. Then after conceiving I got calcium-acidosis (not to be confused with keto-acidosis, this happens when nursing & too much calcium is taken from your body, cows & other mammals can get this too & it’s referred to as milk fever), it’s horrible & can kill you. & I got this even though I was consuming between 1/2-1 gallon of raw cow’s milk or raw goats a day. Our bodies are so different from each other. My body doesn’t absorb things like others because of my previous gut damage.

      We are not so different - human physiology applies to all humans. Not all carbs are bad. Sugar in junk-food, cakes, bakery, grains, lentils etc., which people usually talk about, is really bad - it is gluten and antinutrients, too much of starch, toxic estrogenic and degenerative PUFAs along with emulgators, preservatives and other chemicals.
      But plain, simple sugar (sucrose = glucose+fructose) is the best fuel for ATP production, hormonal balance and long term health. Thus the best sources are (organic) fruit, fruit juices, honey, maple syrup, white sugar (plain sucrose) and organic/grass-fed milk...and for some people some cooked roots and white rice (little to no antinutrients). Of course you want to eat it in the context of pro-metabolic diet, where are also nutritious animal products (organic/grass-fed cow or goat milk and dairy, eggs, organs, muscle meat, white fish and shell-fish) and saturated fat (organic/grass-fed butter, coconut oil, animal fat) AND there should be absence of PUFAs, antinutrients, too much fiber, vac..ines, drugs, harmful supplements and xenoestrogens.
      I would recommend Ray Peat's work/atticles. You have typical estrogen dominance and low thyroid - based on your story.

    She does eat way better than the average person. Sadly, she still battles with some health issues. In my humble opinion, everybody should indeed listen to their body and according to how many of your health problems you still have, eat more naturally. Example: i fixed my psoriasis just by adding meat (i was a lifelong veggie and 5y vegan at that point). I slowly started to incorporate raw meats and felt my anxiety levels drop. I fel euphoric at times! But there are cravings, triggers, out there in society. Like a nice piece of bread with cooked chicken on it, a cup of freshly brewed Italian coffee, and for my fellow Dutchies, a cracker with hagelslag and lots of butter. 🤤
    As long as my anxiety is still non-existent and my psoriasis stays away, I will indulge in these taste pleasures. But first and foremost I will always eat meat, eggs, raw dairy, local honey and the likes. And yes, mostly raw. Usually I fry in tallow for one minute.

    I understand that eating raw meat is probably the most natural way. But I'm unable to find animals that are raised the right way to be healthy, so I can even attempt this without getting sick...
    If I had a farm and raise them myself, then definitely I would try this!
    I'm still trying to fix my surboreice dermathitis... Obviously, doctors gives no solutions and say that it's incurable, but I don't believe that! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciate it, thanks (I'm eating cooked meat, eggs and sometimes some fruits (I could do no fruits, but I doubt that would have an affect). I want to eat liver, but all the liver here is toxic as all cows are grain feed and full of antibiotics.

    tbh there is such thing as raw carnivore as well, I do this rn but I was doing raw primal like diet for 2 years before moving 2 months ago to raw high fat carnivore, though I am testing which makes me feel better rn. Either way I do agree that cooked meat isn't optimal for health compared to raw.

    • @denizkenger52
      @denizkenger52 2 місяці тому

      Oh and I started eating raw meat 4+ years ago, but was doing a raw primal like diet for 2 years. Not exactly raw primal though I would say, because I was having raw onion and raw spring onion, the rest was raw celery stick juice for the raw vegetables and sometimes raw fruits and rest was raw animal products, but I was very close to raw primal for 2 years though potentially not exactly due to minor difference regarding the onions which I wasn't juicing because I didn't have a juicer (I still don't), I had to chew on the celery stick then spit out the leftover body of it after getting all juice from it.
      Anyway, I don't think carnivore diet on cooked meat is optimal either, but I do think the diet Aajonus explains and raw carnivore are very similar, but I think raw carnivore should be done for shorter period then go back to raw primal for most people, just to cleanse body of possible antinutrient build-up from certain plant juices and also reduce carbs even from milk for about 1-2 months just to stop any possible cancer cells thriving off the glucose coming in from dairy and possibly honey if you have it frequently. I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with doing long term raw carnivore if you can control your vitamin, nutrients and minerals intake being at healthy values, but it's harder to sustain compared to raw primal diet, so using raw carnivore as a recovery diet for short time could be more optimal. Raw primal and raw carnivore combined as such with raw primal being the constant one and raw carnivore being a healing process is pretty good imo, and regarding the word "carnivore", both raw primal and raw carnivore are carnivore diets considering the primary food source is raw animal products, only difference is raw carnivore's exclusively animal products raw whereas raw primal is primarily animal products raw with some non animal products also raw as well.

    • @denizkenger52
      @denizkenger52 2 місяці тому

      and for people saying you need glucose. You can provide most your brain's energy needs with ketones and most your fuel would come from fat as well which converts to ketones. Of course, you do need some glucose even if your ketone level of lets say 2mmol/L which is rather optimal, and your liver can turn protein into the glucose needed after fat makes up for most needed energy.
      So you would need to get a decent amount of fats in of course but it is possible to sustain raw carnivore with high fat, though it may be harder for some people to get used to operating on fat over carbs for energy (ketones as primary energy source over glucose).
