      @@onlinerando-xfr9kd44 A lot of people get discomfort in stomach after eating egg whites especially for prolonged time and studies say that avidin binds to biotin so it doesn't absorb properly. It's up to you whether you believe these studies or not. You can just google it straight up.
      Personally I've eaten raw eggs for years and if I eat too many egg whites in a short time it feels like they feel like they are "sitting" in my stomach. So, these days I pretty much eat the yolks raw in a primal smoothie and save up the egg whites in a container and when I have enough of them, I make scrambled eggs and add few whole eggs with the egg whites I've saved up. For me, that seems to be the best way but you should experiment on yourself how you feel. But honestly, I feel like some people are too dogmatic about eating a little bit of cooked food, some tougher parts of animals for example.

    Are you familiar with the work of Dan Lieberman? He s a evolutionary biologist who basically made the same observations as you:
    - the concept of exercise doesn't exist in nature
    - humans are sedentary most of the time awake
    - large muscles are not beneficial in nature
    But his recommendation is to do some exercise in order to prevent degeneration. At this point he contradicts himself as he says that walking is the best exercise for humans but high intensity training is also good for you.
    A fun fact I have learned from him: the modern treadmill was invented as a torture device for prisoners

      @@oranges557 of course it depends on where in the world you are (because marine animals have way more fat than antilopes for example) and the time of the year, but a lot of wild animals are very lean. The brain and the tongue are great sources for fat. Of course there is also some subcutaneous fat, fat around organs and in the marrow, but after harsh winters that can really almost completely be depleted (and often not much to begin with). Most anthropologists that lived with hunter-gatherers I have talked to, including family of mine - that has lived with hunter-gatherers for decades - all claim that organs are consumed, as well as the fat sources, while the muscle meat is often thrown to the dogs (if they have any) and less desireable. Besides that, a lot of putrified or "high" meat and organs are consumed, but that also, again, depends on where in the world you are and the HG group.

    So what specific daily diet should one eat? Can anyone share their daily carnivore diet

    • @GrislyAtoms12
      @GrislyAtoms12 3 місяці тому

      Believe it or not, you could actually thrive just on ground beef and eggs. Seriously.
      But there is a principle called "like for like", or some such. This is where you eat organ meat to address any health problems you might have with your own organs. So if you are having liver problems, eat beef or chicken liver. If you have brain problems, eat brain (I think sheep brain is popular but I'm not certain). Etcetera.
      Personally I love liver, either chicken or beef. I've also eaten liverwurst (made from pig liver) and it's good too. Liver is full of micronutrients. Forget Kale - liver is the real superfood.

    Bananas are insanely high in sugar and by that fructose, fiber is also a concern. Probably one of the worst fruit he could have chosen. I saw him having strawberries he should have used them instead, they are also man made of course but they at least somewhat resemble the natural berries(aside from their huge size). Of course he would have felt the best with only eating meat and a few fruits here and there not those massive amounts. As for the raw milk cheese, it's fine I think he didn't eat tons of it but why eat it when you already have medium raw steak, just eat another steak instead.

    Are modern humans meant to eat raw meat or cooked meat? This is an important question. Who knows? Some will passionately cling to their opinions and views, either way. Wasn’t the ability to harness fire (cooking) a huge leap in man’s evolution? Should humans be eating foods which are prepared in a variety of cooking methods; like blanched, boiled, baked, fermented, raw, pickled, deep fried, steamed, fried, etc. ?

    if plants aren't meant to be eaten, then why do herbivore animals eat them?

    • @riksaa96
      @riksaa96 3 місяці тому

      The idea is that plant wants you to eat their fruit, so they can spread their seeds. Plants don't want you to eat the plant in itself, that will lead to the plant dying or getting damaged. Plant losing leaves will hurt how much photosynthesis it can do

    • @yasoumain3902
      @yasoumain3902 2 місяці тому

      Even herbivores can't digest the plants. That's why they have to ferment for a very long time through multiple stomachs and long intestines. They have bacteria that ferments the plants and converts it to protein. So funnily enough herbivores are in constant ketosis.
