It wasn't a study at all. All those interviews were self selected, people who had a bad experience with veganism. Veganism is horrible. But anyone can see that this is NOT a study, at least not one with any scientific value.
I did enjoy the interviews by the way, but he's definitely logically challenged. Also, I don't remember any of the interviewees going raw.
Also, you can definitely get bacterial food poisoning and parasites from raw meet. He's definitely putting people at risk. There are ways to do it safely, but he doesn't bother to explain that.

@@neechee1 agree with you to a large extent, many of his views disallow for grey area or interpretation. His 'study' (we don't need to call it that) contained the richest first hand data you'll ever see on the disastrous effects of a deficient and evil 'diet'. You saw natural unadulterated insight into the damage done by a perverted agenda. The reason I called his work the 'best' was to echo what he alluded to in the video: that is, that not only were his qualitative interviews high in quality, but that he also reached vast numbers of people. I have a story. It wasn’t until my mid 20s that I learned that steak could actually taste good.
All growing up my mom , God bless her and all that, would cook every steak well done. I dreaded steak dinner. I would cut it up and use water to gulp it down as fast as I could. I would sneak parts of it into a napkin and into the garbage because I hated eating it that much.
And of course, in those days you can’t leave the table until you clean your plate because you know there are kids starving in Africa and somehow me eating. This food is going to prevent them from starving. That whole BS.
Then, one day I was at a company dinner. The boss took me and four other people out for dinner. Everyone was ordering rare steaks. I never had rare steak, because growing up. I was always told that if you don’t cook meat enough, there’s going to be bacteria that will make you sick.
But I figured I was in front of these people, and when in Rome do as the Romans do
That rare steak was the best thing I ever tasted and I loved never look back since

Problem with eating raw meat is that we are not living in nature anymore. The meat we are eating is produced in very unnatural circumstances. Basically all livestock have huge amount of disease. If you were to eat all meat raw everyday the chances of you contracting a disease is very high.
Also there is archeological evidence on the discovery of fire by humans (not sapiens) 2 million years ago. It is very likely that humans are in some way evolved or adapted to consuming cooked meat or other cooked food for that matter.
The argument of nature is a good one. We should indeed live like nature has foreseen for us to live the healthiest. You should just remind yourself that what you define as nature is very debatable. Archeologists, Antropologists are still debating on how our ancestors lived and ate.

I have been following this "raw carnivore diet" lifestyle for 4 years - actually, I eat some "raw" - that is, living - buigs, too - and never had any bad symptoms, on the contrary, it helped me a lot: I lost weight, my deep depression is gone, my energy skyrocketed and so on!
At first, of course, raw meat was unusual, it didn't taste good. However, now I consider cooked meat to be almost inedible, even disgusting. Obviously because my taste buds have healed...
My only problem is that I rarely have access to real raw meat, I'm mostly forced to make do with frozen. BUT EVEN THIS IS FAR BETTER than my previous SAD diet or cooked meat!
However, fresh, raw, not frozen is actually tastier. I don't know how many vitamins are in it, but I believe that it is more than in the frozen one. But again, even frozen raw meat is FAR, FAR better than any artificial food or any kind of weed.

Their digest system is totally different to us. A distinctive feature of the gorilla's digestive system that humans do not have is the presence of a structure called a large and complex cecal sac. This cecal sac is an extension of the large intestine that acts as a fermentation chamber where difficult-to-digest plant materials, such as cellulose, are broken down. That’s why Humans are technically carnivorous by nature.

My own local butcher was and is throwing in some powder blend in ground beef to stop discoloration, has rape seed oil in it among others. Have been buying that for weeks, He did not tell me that was in it! Now I pre order it ‘clean’ any time again. Wild chickens nowhere to be found. Only corn and soy fed. Cannot even eat those eggs. No my experience is, they’re more about selling and not charmed by my special demands.

Most salt in the market is fake artificial edulcorated salt that does more harm than good, so he isn't entirely wrong, sea salt, not salt falsely labeled as sea salt is the only good/healthy for animals salt, that helps cure and prevent joints problems, which is specially useful for elderly people, although sea salt isn't necessary to cook meat, since you can cook with animal fat as long as you dont use too much and have enough vile to get rid of it, I would only suggest consuming sea salt if you do sports, need to keep your hydration levels high and can either buy the real sea salt, or have a sea nearby were you can pick some sea water and craft the sea salt yourself.
