When are intestines damaged you literally absorbing crap which should stay out to you blood stream. Guess what organ absorb most nutrients? Brains do. That way is very strong correlation between coeliac deseas and schizophrenia. You could use common sense and spread that on all vegetables to some degree and you have picture of mental deseases. Other example could be epilepsy. People with epilepsy can switch to Keto diet and in most cases they eliminate or lower episodes. Keto diet was developed for epileptic people. And it works.

The guy she was making fun of Dr Kilts is actually a very knowledgeable and successful fertility specialist and has helped a lot of women conceive when they haven't been able to otherwise and he uses a low carb meet based dietary approach to help many couples have children who once thought that it was otherwise hopeless. He's a very wonderful and kind and knowledgeable man yes he's a little extra but he is a very intelligent specialist doctor so I felt that she had no right to criticize him and she's just one of many people indoctrinated into feeling like plants can do no wrong when some people just can't handle them

    We are omnivores by necessity and carnivores by preference and it's only recently (about the last 70 years) that the reverse has been pushed (yay, social engineering!). I'll put it this way: no ancient culture EVER celebrated a rite of passage, cultural milestone, holiday, etc with a feast of vegetables; it's almost unilaterally been with the carcass of a hunted animal.
    EDIT: Finished watching the video and she quite literally made no arguments. Every one of her "points" that she thought was an argument was a logical fallacy, often arguing from authority, arguing from popularity or just a good ol' fashioned ad hominem where she takes out of context clips of carnivore diet promoters and frames them as being worthy of ridicule. She laughs as a social conditioning mechanism in order to get her audience to associate people promoting meat-based diets as "outsiders" whose ideas aren't even worthy of any consideration whatsoever.
    She's basically using (either consciously or subconsciously) an intelligence agency strategy meant to shut down critical thought.

    • @ambervanderhooft
      @ambervanderhooft Рік тому +4

      Depends on the type of bird and where the birds live. Birds that live in the cities and mainly eat human "food", are not so healthy at all. They don't get enough nutrients from all the processes foods like fries, donuts and bread they eat. This can result in a stunted growth, lack of pigmentation in the feathers and a shorter life span. In Dutch we sometimes refer to this phenomenon as "patatkraai" (fries/chips crow). Even seagulls fly long distances to get easy junk food from the cities instead of catching their own crawfish and fish. Seagulls from the Wadden Islands will literally fly to Amsterdam to eat junk. Over the years it has also become more clear that bread makes ducks sick, since it lacks nutrients. But even tho those processed grains are not good for the birds, it supposedly is still healthy for us😂. Really it should make people question eating all this junk food😬

    Hey Sverige, I think vision is super important and I found out about you years ago because of your sunstaring. How is your vision doing, what do you think of the effect that glasses, contacts, and various surgeries have on people, and what do you think of my view that eyesight strongly affects peoples' personalities? I seriously improved my vision just by spending a lot of time outside in strong sunlight. I also think exercise can improve vision, such as an obvious example like archery serving as eye muscle training.

She doesn't address the relief the carnivore diet provides for many people with serious illnesses both physical and mental. She also doesn't address the potential pitfalls of anti nutrients.
    What really bugs me is that on her advice, people could potentially dismiss something that could be really beneficial to them.
    Also one time she referred to bagels as a "healthy food" need I say more? 😂

      That's really the truth. Screw the studies. Try each for three or four months and see how you feel. I tried veganism first and suffered from depression, lethargy, loss of strength, sore teeth, bad skin, greasy thinning hair, and digestive issues like diarrhea. I finally decided to have a steak on a special occasion and I immediately felt better. I followed that up with cooked meat and then found sv3rige's videos to get me over to raw. It's been more than two years of raw meat and organs, raw chicken eggs, and raw cow's milk. I'm not going back. All of the problems above have been reversed. I am no longer depressed. I wake up ready to go as opposed to being sore. And so much more. I feel 20 years younger that my actual age of 54.

      Check out Delighted to Meat You UA-cam channel. She has som good videos in a series she calls “healthy or heart attack” where she reviews cholesterol levels of healthy carnivores and of heart attack patients. Basically, high cholesterol isn’t really the problem, the problem is whether you have high triglycerides. Pattern A or Pattern B cholesterol are better predictors of heart disease than LDL alone or total cholesterol. It’s also important to note that after statins were introduced, the recommended cholesterol levels went from total cholesterol at about 300 to under 200.
