- Our aura not only protects us from heavy energies, it also projects our true light so we can uplift the energy of any room we walk into. For this 10-minute kundalini yoga aura practice, I have cherry-picked some of the most powerful aura activations in the kundalini yoga toolkit. It's a mini warm-up kundalini yoga practice or for those days when you're short on time.
As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
