Reminds me of why Twitch tried to loosen the rules in the first place - everybody felt they were being applied in an arbitrary way. You had VTubers getting banned for drawing their characters in full-body swim suits while you also had women wearing pasties in the hot tub section without any disciplinary action.
Twitch management has wholly lost control of their own site. Their could shut down all the controversial streams with a few simple moves. First being implement a standard of dress, I am pretty sure Twitch has one for all people working in office so they can just enforce that on all streamers. Second only allow a small portion, twenty percent or less, of the screen to display content other than the game being played. Third eliminate all pool, beach, and body painting, completely.

Literally any game with a dedicated modding community will see at least one NSFW mod, if not dozens. Binding of Isaac has them, all of Mihoyo's games have them, the Resident Evil remakes have them, every Bethesda game has them.
Also the absurd idea that Skyrim has only maintained relevance because of sex mods, and not the thousands of other mods that make up 99% of all Skyrim mods.

It isn't just about the sex mods but the idea you can port combat, clothing, armor into your play-through from other games because this game has a romance/sex aspect that is missing in other games. Sex/Romance are as important as combat...or other systems...something that is actually quite bad in Skyrim. Vanilla skyrim has very poor story, quests, immersion, combat relative to newer titles.

If Twitch as a company wants to have some respect back they should ban links to adult content platform like they did with the gambling thing when all that drama started. Honestly, i dont know why an advertiser would pay to be shown on Twitch instead on UA-cam
They do ban that. You cant link directly to an only fans or whatever. You can however link to a personal blog, link tree, etc that happens to have links to your only fans on it.
They dont want to ban them. They want to create a separate section for them on Twitch but it takes time to figure out how to do that in a somewhat fair way that still pulls in money and they cant just blanket ban them until thats finished because that risks them never coming back.

I think Twitch only cares enough to keep their platform from being seen as a porn site. How many advertisers might pull? How many kids might not be allowed to use twitch anymore because their parents heard it's full of 18+ pornography? BUT, they want engagement, they want traffic, gifted subs, donations. So as long as channels like this are surfing that grey but very lucrative line, I don't think Twitch will ever have any issue with ignoring it.
