The table sugar is generally a simple sugar which can increase your blood glucose level in long term and cam make you a patient of diabetes. Whereas when you add milk in tea then it can be disastrous to your gastrointestinal system if you have weak digestive system or gastric problems . So better not to drink milk tea or please do limitize the number of cups you drink. If not use as less sugar as possible in your tea :)
if you have good genetics and your goal is only functional fitness then home workout is better where as if you have bad genetics( ectomorph ) you really need enough external weights as resistance to grow muscles so gym workout can be a good choice :) make sure to have good nutrition and enough sleep ( 7 to 8 hours per night ) along with exercise :)

ofcourse.. it's the best alternative for whey protein...being a liquid drink it is absorbed by the body quickly and easily and full of calories with enough protein :)
