      jasle calculation garda pani 5 to 10 percent fluctuation huna janxa which is negligible amount. This happens due to the type of oil used during the preparation of foods and raw ingredients used. This is why we use approx. to mention calorie. :)

      nai nai hudaina you can have upto 100 gram 3 to 4 days a week every alternate days maa. Japan maa maximum soy products use hunxa but there's no any effects :)

      2 times a week is optimal. The science behind it is that our muscle needs minimum of 48 hours and maximum of 72 hours to fully recover for another session . That is why push pull leg is much more efficient.

      aha brother use gardina. Natural skin ho. I don't like face wash and other cosmetics items as it contains some harmful chemicals. If we eat healthy, workout 5 -6 times a week and sleep 7 hours+ sleep every night then our skin will glow naturally. No need to use any externalities :)

      kei farak pardaina ...fiber ko matra alik dherai hunxa so make sure to take some salad as well and it's incomplete source of protein as an essential amino acid out of 9 named methionine is absent so make sure to have other complete source such as Soy or Milk in your diet as well

      1 gram protein/ Carbohydrates = 4 calories
      1 gram fats = 9 calories
      by considering you can calculate macro profiles of any meal by using app such as my fitness pal or any other online calculator available :)

      Soya beans contains isoflavones called phytoestrogen ( plant estrogen ) which at some extent resembles human estrogen but the effect it has on hormone is negligible so It’s completely safe to consume soyabeans and related products ❤️🙏🏻
