      no but I have to it it anyhow to gain weight otherwise I can't complete my caloric surplus state which is necessary to build muscle and increase weight ( I'm an ectomorph. Therefore, eating is relatively harder than training for me )

      ma calorie count gardina brother ..lastai jyau lagxa each and every food ko details linu parxa so...i know my body type rw kati khanda thik hunxa ma estimate garera khanxu and it works for me...fitness is all about experimenting and listening your body..no need to count calories...but for beginners they may need to count🙂

      i do pure calisthenics so i stay lean all year...no added weights ...the more resistance you give your body the more it stimulates the muscle and as a result it will grow big up to your genetic potential...that's the science brother...as soon as i master all the calisthenics skills i will focus on muscle hypotrophy 🙂❤️
