i do pure calisthenics so i stay lean all year...no added weights ...the more resistance you give your body the more it stimulates the muscle and as a result it will grow big up to your genetic potential...that's the science brother...as soon as i master all the calisthenics skills i will focus on muscle hypotrophy 🙂❤️
