There are a lot of great songs out there ,but this song is still probably the best song of all time. Just the production alone .plus the lyrics the singing the guitar the drums.
My brother passed away this week on the 5th of July. He was 60 , 12 years older than me. He was my best friend and the person who turned me onto the great music of his youth, which is the music I love and a big part of who I am today. He had Led Zeppelin albums and tapes ,among others but he told me, correctly, that Zeppelin were the top of the heap, as good as it gets. I spent so much time hanging out with him and partying and enjoying good times and good music. I'm going to miss you Mike. You were the best friend and brother a guy could ask for. I was about 13 the first time I ever heard this. I was with my father at Cedar Point amusement park in Sandusky Ohio waiting in an extremely long line for one of the rides. They had a DJ on site and I remember him making a comment that the next song was a little bit of a longer song since we had no where to be anyway. From the first note to the last, I don’t even remember being in line for that ride. Like I wasn’t even there. I just remember getting this feeling that I had never felt before over music.
