    My upper legs and buttocks are burning! After yesterday now they are done 😆 I’m hoping for upper body day very soon.
    Seriously: thank you for this challenge, the timing is perfect for me and I so appreciate being able to train at home for free with such an amazing instructor ❤ God bless you!

    Thank you very much for all your programs. I'm working with you since March. I have great results, and I feel amazing. Can you also include programs for fixing anterior pelvic tilt? 😊

    Oof this was tough! My left side definitely struggled with the scorpion lifts a lot more than my right side but I’m also dealing with hip pain on that side currently so it must just be my weaker side.
