Love this! These advanced movements are really helping me get to where I need to be. My diastasis was sooo severe so the changes are very slow for me after 3 babies but you are helping me get there! Thanks for the support 😊

This was great! I am seven months postpartum, and this was perfect for getting back into working out. This workout felt challenging, but as I talked myself through it, it was very achievable! Thank you!

Love it, thank you. Request: I would love to start safely getting into pushups if you could integrate that? Thanks again!

Glad you enjoyed it! That’s a great suggestion! If you haven’t, I recommend my “return to planks” workout which will also help you rebuild strength for pushups ❤

Great workout! You have amazing arms. What do you do for strength? Weights, Pilates, etc?

This will help! It is related to core function and posture, as well as how you breathe and move in everyday life. I also recommend any of my posture and back workouts! ❤
