I used your workout videos throughout my pregnancy and now I'm using them postpartum to stay active and healthy. They are so easy and so good. I appreciate how you talk though the movements you're doing and have instrumental music playing.
The timing couldn’t be better! This past week, I’ve really struggled to get myself motivated to work out in the evenings after putting the kids to bed. I’ve been consistently using your videos (4-5 times a week) since my second child was born in early 2023. I’ve always had poor body awareness and found it hard to do exercises correctly just by watching them being demonstrated. But your explanations have helped me actually understand how to activate my body the right way. And it’s made a world of difference. I no longer feel hopeless after every workout-except for the videos where you have to stretch your legs straight up in the air. My hamstrings are still terribly tight, although even that’s gotten better!
I'm 20months postpartum and I started following your workouts since a week. My main problem is being consistent and your videos especially the challenge has motivated me to get up and do the exercises. Your explanation during the workouts is what sets you apart from many fitness videos out there. You clearly explain how to do each workout. Hope I stick to your routines and achieve my fitness goals
I’m not postpartum (6 years postpartum 😂) but these videos are really great with my hypermobility issues, especially considering my core is weaker than it should be. This is something I can commit to. Thank you!
6 months postpartum here - I was working out consistently, then we all got sick and it's been weeks of lost routines. Trying to get back to it and a challenge like this will be great!!
This was a great workout! I love that I can make this longer when I have the time, but that it’s perfect for those days when baby isn’t giving me the extra time.
Just completed. Almost 10 months PP and 3 weeks from last pumping session. Ready to get back in shape without getting sore for the first week then turns to unmotivated. Great session and fast. Definitely in for the challenge.
Starting today, I’m 7 months postpartum and experiencing a lot of back and hip pain - partly from extra weight I’m carrying in my body I feel. Looking so forward to this challenge and seeing my progress throughout.
Just finished the c section workout series and now starting this challenge! I have a c section shelf thats slowly been getting smaller. Goals is to get stronger (my ten month is over 30 pounds so I really need it) and to reduce my shelf ❤❤❤ THANK YOU LAUREN
I’m 15 lbs away from the weight I was post partum my stomach still protrudes after weight lifting and doing a month of diastasis recti workouts.. what else can be done ?
Give it time-it took me over a year to completely heal my core and lose the last bit of my pregnancy weight. My Lose Your Mommy Pooch plan and Postpartum Ab Program are great for healing and rebuilding strength in your core and can even be repeated. Stay consistent and give it time, results will come ❤

I’m so glad I can be a resource for you during this season! Congratulations! 🤍

Wonderful! IT was short but I worked out!
👏🏻👏🏻
Starting this at almost 2 months postpartum. Excited for some shorter workouts I can do while he is napping.
Glad you’re here! I also have more postpartum workouts on my playlists! ❤
2 weeks post partum and just completed day 1 🎉🎉 feels good to get the body moving again!
Glad you’re here! ❤
I would like to start this challenge (3 weeks postpartum). Are all of them suitable for diastasis?
Wow this was a lot harder than I thought it would be. Humbling to realise how unfit I am at 7 months post partum hahaha! Loved it though!
It was hard for me and I’m 2 years PP! 😅
Day one
👏🏻👏🏻
you just hit 100l 😮🎉🎉
Yes, I’m so excited! Thanks for being a part of it!🎉
After the kick-ass Progressive strength series, this felt lighter but with heavier weight and repetitions it does the job 😅
Yes, it’s a little shorter too… glad you’re enjoying it! ❤

From karachi
What can I use if I don’t have a step or bench or books I have a yoga bolster would that work
I would think a bolster would be to soft/unstable. Anything with a firm surface will work. ❤
@@laurenfitterfitness ok thank you
Is this workout safe for Diastasis recti ??
Yes, just be mindful of the pushups to make sure you core is engaged ❤
