Nice video, I have a question, if in a dishwashing machine the mains filter is burnt can also other component get fried ? Like the "safety micro switch" (Brand: Candy).
If say a filter is rated at 800 k ohms on the badge, and it is reading in the mega ohms range, what would be the symptoms? And would it need replacing?
If I have power to some functions on the machine i.e. drain pump works, fill valves actuate, then is my EMI filter likely to be OK? What symptoms would be present so that you would you want to test this part? It looks like line power in, ‘filtered’ line power out, no? Same voltage reading on both incoming and outgoing. Seems like if I tested the part for voltage on the secondary side and it matches my primary line voltage, my filter would be OK, no?
I still get power to the machine the door locks but for some reason my drum doesn't move. could the emi filter be the issue why the drum no longer moves?

So you put on out put terminal or input or mix ...we 🤔 didn't know

Does it spin freely ? could be motor , bearings if its locked , if not it could be many things.
