Hi I had Kenmore front load washer I had replace control board pic 56348a cpu the motor not turn . My other board it turn someone told me pic meant need program before use. Does it correct Thank

pic means Peripheral Interface Controller, and yes if the program is corrupted it could need a new program to run the motor.

Not good sale pitch for selling universal controller boards for washing machines, now is it ? Purchasing a board which is faulty is not goods and to have to return is even more hassle.

Well I am not selling it, I bought one, which did not worked. So I though to test it out. I had a bad experience with this companies universal circuit board, I like the one from YMCPCB
