Serving: 6
Ingredients:
3 chicken breast washed, dried, and chopped
1 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of paprika
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of pepper
4 ounces of Cream cheese softened
2 ounces of mayonnaise
2 ounces of sour cream
½ tablespoons of dried parsley
½ tablespoons of Garlic Powder
½ tablespoons of Onion Powder
1 cup fiesta blend or any shredded cheese
6 to 8 bacon strips cooked and chopped
Directions:
Preheat to 375 F
Wash and dry chicken
Toss in the olive oil then seasoned with paprika
Lay in baking dish
Melt cream cheese and add sour cream, mayo, and the remaining spices.
Cook bacon and add half to the cream mixture
Spread on top of layered chicken
Sprinkle cheese and then the rest of the bacon
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes ]

@@hannaduong8299 yes. And because the chicken was already cooked, it didn't need to be in the oven as long; just enough for the cheese and sauce to melt and flow into the chicken.

We made this tonight and it was so good. We made a few changes to the recipe. I added the cheese for the last 10 minites of baking so that it was more melty and gooey. It was very rich so I added sone scallions to the top of the casserole. That worked like a charm. Next time Im going to add them to the sauce as well and maybe more red pepper flakes.
