Hi friends! All of these flavors are amazing...but I can't wait to hear which one is your favorite? Let me know! And PS - yes to more meal prep!! 😉xo - Lisa
Marinating tonight!! Can’t wait to try this tomorrow afternoon 😁 I already tried your overnight oats recipe and girl let me tell you, it’s changing my life for the better! Thank you 🙏❤
I love these marinade ideas. This video popped up just in time as I have chicken in the fridge that needs to be prepped for the freezer. Thank you, Lisa!
These are amazing! I love making these for my meal prep and have been using chicken tenderloins for them, instead of breasts. My favorite right now is the honey mustard marinade, but the greek lemon I'm using for gyros for work! Sitting in fridge now, soaking up the marinade. So excited and thanks a bunch for these amazing flavors!!
Those all look amazing, I can't wait to try them! I do a lot of freezer meal prep with marinated chicken and my current favorite is your Greek sheet pan recipe (so basically the Greek lemon in this video)! Meal prepping marinating meats makes some pretty great variety in a quick amount of time. Another super good combo is thinly Sliced beef in the Teriyaki sauce!
I've only just found your channel, looking for meal prep ideas AND YOU ARE WONDERFUL! You have a really calm and relaxed attitude. Whilst I am not a bad cook, I have been away and feel a bit deflated. You are inspiring me, I am binge watching and looking forward to cooking! Thank you! From Oz - 🥳👏👏👏👏🐝🐝🌼🌻
I’m glad you and your channel exist! Absolutely LOVE every single recipe; you inspire falling in love with food, and even grocery shopping for ingredients (which I used to hate) but am excited about now just to complete the recipes you share with us. Hope you have a wonderful week ❤️
This is literally one of my favorite recipe videos for chicken. I am on a high protein diet right now because I’m working out and I really appreciate this. Thanks so much.
I have an immersion circulator, and totally cook chicken with it in my stasher bags, so these are so fun ideas of ways to flavor it for easy sous vide dinner.
Did you know that there at least 26 qurans out there? Also without water there is no people, without people there is no civilization and without civilization there is no history? This is Mecca in the 5, 6, 7, 8th century until recently (So it’s not the beautiful oasis it is made to look like 🤔). It makes the quran a lie. I’m sorry but most likely Muhammad didn’t live there at the time. His existance is questionable since his first mention was until the 9th century. Too far off. But Yeshuah! He is the real deal. There is evidence of his existence written about him within thirty years of his crucification/resurrection. Within the first century. Come to him. He loves you.
UA-cam recommended one of your videos about a month or so ago, and this is one of the videos that was really inspirational. My family now has one of your recipes at least once/week in our rotation, and the Greek sheet pan chicken is probably my favorite right now (fajita is a close second). I really can't get enough of that recipe. I can't wait to try the cilantro lime next (that and honey mustard are the only 2 I haven't had yet. The teriyaki is delicious & pretty heavy in rotation, and I didn't let the Italian marinate long enough so I'm going to give it another shot soon, too). ETA I added artichoke hearts to the sheet pan recipe last night & I highly recommend trying it out.
@@HarrDarr Chicken is a lean meat. Fat in marinades carries flavor. You aren't consuming most of the marinade, only what sticks to the chicken is what you end up consuming. I made the Honey Mustard one with chicken thighs tonite. Absolutely delicious! Very balanced flavors. I’ll definitely try the other marinades in the coming weeks. Thanks for the recipes!
I made the cilantro marinate. Is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. So I decided to make extra, put in a bottle and use it as a salad dressing. Salad is deliciously fun too. Thanks . Love your videos, the way you present and explain.
Thanks so much for the video, Lisa! We tried the teriyaki chicken, loved it, and can't wait to test the other marinades out! It's been really helpful trying to make easy, quick meals on a keto diet. Your videos and recipes are the best and so easy to follow.
These recipes are a game changer! I prefer to dice the chicken before marinating it then I cook and serve it with rice tossed in. Currently trying to body build and getting chicken in my diet has never been this easy. Thank you!
These look really great and easy! I hate cooking so I'm always looking for recipes that can be prepped ahead and ones that freeze well. Thanks for the recipes!
Ate the honey/mustard chicken yesterday. It was delicious. Next time I will double the marinade and cook some down a bit to dress the chicken after baking. Love this way of meal prepping. I’m making all 6 to stash in my freezer. I’m also making several for my daughter.
Hi Lisa … I love your channel! I have just made the Italian marinade with chicken thighs and the honey mustard with chicken breasts as they were the ingredients I had on hand. Thank you for your easy to follow recipes 💕
This is the way to go, to freeze. These r all good ideas I will try. I do what I call Sriracha chicken. Ketchup, mustard, soy sauce, little brown sugar, splash of vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper, and Sriracha.
Love this video! Love the recipes, especially the "Italian" seasoning. I have never had the "courage" to use vinegars unless it's for pickles. Thank you.
I tried the fajita marinade today and the chicken came out soooooo good, my whole family loved it. I will try the other marinades in the future! And I love the idea of making them ahead of time and freezing it. Thank you for sharing these marinades and ideas, when I grow up, I want to cook like you! 😊
This is so good. I made it twice already and replaced chicken breast with thighs and porck chop too. The cilantro, greek Italian are our favorites. Oh and I pair them with rice, added it to sandwiches or tacos. Thanks for sharing
I have a small vacuum sealing machine. Along with a freezer, best team for time saving in the kitchen. My mother used to put a plate over the bowl and keep it in the fridge until next morning. Now I put it into the bag, vacuum seal it and keep it in the freezer until the day I need it. Almost as good
It all looks amazing! Quick enough to do before leaving the house in the morning. My husband doesn't like thick chicken breasts so I usually slice the breasts in two, or just butterfly them if they're small. Thank you for these great flavor options.

Hi Lisa, thanks for your amazing videos and ideas :) Just one question: what size stasher bag do you use for these marinated chickens? And do you only have one size in your kitchen or do you have more different sizes for different things? Thank you in advance!

I'm a stay at home mom, and I'm also homeschooling both my 2 kids (both in 4th grade). This is going to be such a lifesaver and make it much easier to still find the time for healthy meals and chores. Thanks a ton 😊
Hope you and the kiddos love these marinades Vanessa! They will surely save you time in the kitchen 😊
These all look absolutely delicious, thank you for sharing! I accidentally ordered a family pack of chicken breasts that my husband and I won't be able to go through, so I'll have to divvy them up and store some (marinated) in the freezer for another day. Thanks!
From someone who has no idea what they’re doing in the kitchen thank you very much for posting this information ma’am it helped me a lot! 😊
This is what I need to keep on track. In buying the Stasher bags tomorrow and meal prep all of these for the week. Thanks Lisa!

Hello, i'm a college student from Indonesia and im soooo gratefull i found your video, i ran out of ideas on what chicken dish i have to cook for everyday and i get bored easily. I tried the italian chicken and it was amazing. Keep on making great videos👍👍👍😁😁😁😁
Now this one was awesome! I've always needed to break it up and these recipes have done this for me.
Shared with the family already! I think some of these are some you've featured before - or a variation - that I've saved and use often. I'm so excited you put them in 1 video. And I'd like to point out that a few of your marinades I've used with thick cut pork chops, cheap!!! London broil in the crock pot as well as pork roast cut into chunks. They are SO VERSATILE! Not just for chicken. Your teriyaki is nice for beef flank for stir fry and when I buy meatballs - THANK YOU!!!
Thanks so much for sharing! I haven't tried these marinades yet with other meats, but good to know 😉
