- This CHICKEN BACON RANCH CASSEROLE With CHEESY POTATOES is my go to meal when I want something hearty, delicious and simple. I love the flavor of my ALL AROUND SEASONING combined with the flavor of the Ranch dressing and cheese, it's one if those meals that I can have atleast once a week. Children love it and it's easy to put together with your favorite ingredients if you choose to make it your own.
● OVEN HEAT SET AT 350° (bake 1 hour or till chicken and potatoes are well cooked)
INGREDIENTS----------------
5 Slices thin cut bacon (diced 1 inch)
2 med/large potatoes (cubed 1 inch)
1 1/4 lb. Chicken thighs (cubed)
3 tsp ALL AROUND SEASONING • MY ALL AROUND SEASONING
3/4 C. Half & Half (you can adjust it)
1/3 C. Ranch dressing
3/4 lb. freshly grated Colby Jack Cheese (or as needed)
3 to 4 green onions (chopped)
1/4 C. diced red bell pepper
Salt and Pepper as needed
2 Tbsp melted butter
Non Stick Spray

HI EVERYBODY, I'M SO SORRY I FORGOT TO MENTION THE OVEN TEMPERATURE IN THE VIDEO, I SET IT AT 350° FOR 1 HOUR OR TILL CHICKEN AND POTATOES ARE WELL COOKED...THIS DISH IS ALSO DELICIOUS WITHOUT THE CHICKEN.❤

I made a few of the beef and bean cheesy burritos this afternoon. I'm going to freeze them and maybe fry them up like chimichangas at a later time.

I bought a cast iron wok over the weekend. Can't wait to get it seasoned well. In the summer I never turn on the stove. I do everything on the grill. This should be great out there.

350 for 1 hour. It right at the top of the recipe
I forgot to mention it, I'm so sorry. I set it at 350° fir 1 hour or till chicken and potatoes are well cooked.❤
If ever any doubt 350° is always your go to oven temp.

I noticed when you cooked the second batch of chicken the fond was gone did you add more bacon grease! Somehow the pan got deglazed. Love you seasoning mix, I used chupacabra seasoning and Tucson gold potatoes. I also used smoked Gouda and served with zucchini cooked in diced tomatoes it was Delicious 😋
Yes, I removed the fond because I didn't need it, but I didn't deglaze the skillet I just added the second batch. Thank you so much for your comment and support of my channel my friend. ❤
