I’m 66 and 5 weeks post-hip replacement. I found, with a few small adjustments, that this programme is just what I need to combine with the exercises I’ve been given by my physio. Brilliant, I’ll do it every day to monitor my progress back to full mobility.
I need to do something about my weight. I also need to move and get some exercise into my day. I just turned 61 in June and I don't want to stay the way I am...very overweight. This looks like the perfect place to start. Your puppy dog is so adorable.
You can do it Wendy. I'm 67 and for 2 years I've been exercising. At first it was 3 days a week, just 20 minutes a day. But now it's everyday and for about 45-50 minutes. I actually look forward to it! You've got this, you're young! 😉

I love this workout first thing in the morning. Gives me the jumpstart I need. I’m insulin resistant and this helps set the tone for the day. It also makes it easier to workout again later in the day. These 15 minute workouts a few times a day are perfect for keeping my glucose steady.

I absolutely LOVE working out with you. I laugh when your sweet fur baby comes into the picture lol. My little guy CeeLo does also. He jumps us and kisses me when he can lol~ This is an amazing workout. I was searching for HIIT exercises, NO MATTER IF YOUR 50 or NOT this gets you sweating. I am absolutely LOVING your workouts!!! I do the 15 minutes in the morning and then supplement later in the day with walking, cycling, or whatever else strikes my fancy! I prefer the 15 minute workouts that are 45 sec exercise and 15 sec walking so I keep looking for those ones!

Wow. I just did this workout for tge first time this morning ❤. This past year presented a series of challenges and I really got out of shape. I’ve been doing 30 minute walking routines for the past three weeks and thought this one looks like fun. That it was, but it pointed out specific areas of my body that needed more work. This will really help me as I add increasing levels of difficulty to my routines in an attempt to get back in shape. I have watched your videos and added them into my routine once or twice a week for variety over the years. Thank you so much! You are a true inspiration.
I had no energy to workout but this isn't one of my slacker days so this was perfect as a medium intensity for me but actually made me sweat and I could feel each workout effectively. Thanks for making my day complete and packing a good punch in these 15 mins!

I've been saying (to myself) for ages that I need to exercise more, and thought about the gym (for about 2 years!) But it's too costly and I'm too self conscious, oh and a car accident that left me needing shoulder surgery April 22 and I'm still having physio so I guess the gym is not the best plan lol. This video was my starting point, and I really enjoyed it, and my shoulder felt okay (although my knees creaked 😅 ) 6 your little dog sat staring right at me, judging me as I lost my balance! 🤣 Love this, I have set my alarm to do this again each night and once I'm getting better ill try something else. Thank you 💝

I've just seen a FB ad from Walkfit Daily walking Plan and think it would be great if you could do some like that with similar moves and rythym. 🙂
I loved that routine. The only thing is I have a problem with my knees so find the lunges and squats almost impossible, is there any other exercise that would allow me to strengthen my legs without compromising my knees. Thank you so much for your efforts, it is so doable, as you say. 🙏🏻👍🏻❤️😀
