I will start this walk video after my Scripture Rosary on UA-cam and the walk will be perfect for circulation, balance, and flexibility. Aging can be so refreshing when you take care of your body and your soul. Meet y'all in my home gym.
@msscorpio3889 I'm on thyroid meds but only the lowest dose. I tripped twice last year and had no broken bones. I try to go for a long walk every day. I take vit d3 + k3 and magnesium citrate to help me sleep and that's it. If you are really worried you should talk to your doctor.
This is my new favorite! Would love for u to do a 30 minute workout with the warm up and cool down included. I do your 5 minute ones but on those rush days would love to have an all-in-one ......go to ....one. Thank you for the hard work that u put in for all of us❤
I agree, i love my 30 minutes in the mornings but not alway can dedicate more without being late to work or cutting more into my sleep. Warm up and stretch additions built-in will be nice.
I like it but I stay with your old one. I worked out with you for 2 and half years every day with pleasure and lost 40 lbs. Now I just maintain my weight. I still love all old exercises. They are more cozy, and I feel like you are exercising with me in a hommy atmosphere. Something about your new place is cold and strange for me. I can't relax, and I get funny feelings (creepy). Something is missing there, I see it, I feel it. Even music is not making me comfortable. Probably it is something wrong with me, but it is how I feel about it. Thank you for your wonderful work. I started jogging again, which caused a ton of painful injuries ...I got depressed and ate like it and gained 20 back...So here I am again. This vid makes me feel like I can get healthy again and stay that way. I realize my joints need low impact, and this is perfect for me. I got nice and sweaty but my my joints don't hurt. These vid has great ballerina positioning to protect knees and joints. I love you Shelly, you always look so beautiful ! I LOVED the music in this ! I used to be childcare provider, chased two year old children. Now I am retired. ❤First time doing this, I worked up a sweat! My medications make me tired, not sleepy and give me heartburn. I feel like this can give me a workout and not be lazy. I’ll be 59 soon.❤️

I broke my leg and missed working out! So when the doctor said I could start my routine, I went for it! 10 mins yesterday. 30 today. Used to be lady farmer. :) Now it's just Cindy! 😊

I’m 62 and did two hours on the rebounder. That’s right I’m still bouncing 😁. Seriously who knew that by doing a mini bounce, I mean that your feet don’t even leave the matt, you simply concentrate on keeping your legs, abs, glutes flexed the entire time. The way this works your muscles is astonishing. Really really good stuff. This video by Schellea is perfect on the mini trampoline. My morning is off to a great start. 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 thank you Schellea ❤
I am almost 64 and recently discovered your videos. I love them. I get a great workout. I also walk on my treadmill and alternate days with your videos. I have lost over 30 pounds and feel great.

Thank YOU, thank you, thank you for doing these work outs. I'm 54 and overweight. I've had 2 knee replacements and one of them went poorly. I can do these work outs without hurting my bad knee worse. I still get my heart rate up and believe I'm strengthening some muscles too. I can't thank you enough!!! : )

I'm 54 and I find your workouts ideal, active enough to for me to manage while being challenged, but not so vigorous as to leave me exhausted, a perfect balance really. I've only been doing them for a couple of weeks now but I'm already starting to feel fitter and toned, I can't wait to see where I'll be in a few months! But best of all, I do your workout soon after I get up in the morning, and I'm feeling great, so energized and motivated as I go ahead with the rest of my day! Thank you! ☺🧡
