Hi there, and thanks for watching! I haven't tested this recipe with a gluten-free all-purpose flour blend, so I can't guarantee the results. If you give it a try, omit the arrowroot flour. However, I do suggest the almond flour, if you're able to eat nuts. :)
Hi there! I haven't tested this banana bread with oat flour, but I suspect it would alter the texture (the almond flour gives this bread a lovely crumb while the oat flour would be more dense). However, let me know if you give it a go!
Have never been a big banana bread fan but after some recent news, I'll probably get good at making this after a while...good thing I stumbled across your channel a short while ago. (To put it briefly, I've climbed aboard the Chronic Dietary Issues Express. Please move over so I can sit down) As for adding stuff to it, that sounds lovely but I'll stick with cinnamon. I'm allergic to chocolate, & wheat, & other things...let's hope this banana bread recipe works out.
Oh man, it's always tough to climb on the "chronic dietary issues express." I'm with you! However, I promise it will get easier. This banana bread really doesn't need anything, but cinnamon would be fabulous.
Hi there! The honey brings out the sweetness of the bananas and helps create a moist texture, but for a less sweet bread you could try omitting it. However, I haven't tested it. Happy baking!
How much salt? How much oil? What's the temperature for baking? Too many things omitted. Wish there was a list of ingredients instead of trying to rush to write down everything while watching

Arrowroot powder is a starch that helps with the texture - you can use cornstarch instead!
From Scratch Fast thanks
What happen if I skip baking powder & baking soda?
Hi there, the banana bread will be much flatter and denser without the baking powder and soda (they allow the bread to rise). Happy baking!

Almond flour maybe contaminated with gluten from the factory?
She looks like Dani Spies from Clean and Delicious here 6:13
Now I have to go check that out! 😂
Bananas maybe sweet enough on their own without honey?
Hi there! The honey brings out the sweetness of the bananas and helps create a moist texture, but for a less sweet bread you could try omitting it. However, I haven't tested it. Happy baking!
