One of my favourite cake recipes calls for green, unripe bananas. I've made it with bananas of every ''stage of ripening'' and yes, the green ones are better. So I completely agree.
@@LetThemEatGlutenFreeCake No, the green ones are much better! They give the banana taste that you are after without the overpowering sweetness of ripe bananas.
Ugh I always fall off the GF bandwagon but when it gets closer to Fall my thyroid starts acting up. So here I am back to your recipes because they are thee best!

Awe, thanks so much!!!
What do you think the connection to gluten is?
What does it ‘acting up’ consist of in your case, if I may ask? Curious for my own circumstances.
Your loaf looks so impressive--no area at the bottom with dense, uncooked batter. Looking forward to giving this a try!

Can eggs be replaced with Flex eggs or something like egg replacer from Bobs RM?
Could you replace the white sugar with coconut sugar?
I don't have any coconut oil, can I use canola oil instead?
Absolutely!
Can almond or coconut flour be used in place of the other flour you used? 🤔
Unfortunately, no it can't.
What is the name of the flour please ?
I use my own flour blend, the recipe for which is linked within this recipe and also on the main menu of my website.
Y isn't the recipe in the caption? It's hard to follow only cuz I gotta start over alot.
The recipe is always linked in the description box below the video
Hello, thanks for the amazing recipe 😊 just one thing it think you are missing the water measurements on your blog recipe
Why aren't we calling this cake? I mean, eggs, oil, sugar... It sure isn't a bread! 😅 Excuse my ignorance.
Haha! I agree, but for whatever reason, it's called bread.
