    I drink tea twice once in the morning after having my 1st meal i.e. soaked raisins.. what i would like to ask is can i have my breakfast with a cup of tea? As well as my wholesome meal between 4 to 6 with a cup of tea?

    Hello Rutuja, I have problem of acne rosacea especially with white pus filled acne, can you please suggest a good diet to me, I am getting lot of hair fall as well. Its said that milk is not good for such case, in that case what can be done. Can you suggest any replacement of tea? Do you recommend coffee? I am asking because I want to keep my self active for regular studies, to get more interested in learning for hours, everyday.

      Pranayaam early morning n lots of water .if not early morning atleast first thing in d morning.3 asanas are more than enough . I do it n can c d change within a week
