Yes our appetite fluctuates, but in households jahan gin kar ke roti banti hai, maap kar ke baki khana banta hai, wahan is tarah ke fluctuation se wastage hota hai ya khana Kam padta hai, how to balance?
Hi, I don't know exact solution kya ho sakta hai hai! But hamare yahaan hum most of the khana use kar hi lete hein bacha hua - roti ke khakhre, Sabji ki pudi the next morning, Raat ki khichdi or chawal mein tadka lagakar subah kha lete hein, daal ke bhi parathe bana sakte hein (Daal toh hum katori mein pee jaate hein sab, bachne hi nhi dete jyada or bas iss tarah wastage se bach jaate hein, phir bhi kuchh bachta hai toh gaay ko dete hein yaaa green dustbin mein daal dete hein - newspaper mein daal kar.
Over time, I think you begin to make the right numbers/portions. Also, it is better to eat how much you really want rather than try to finish a given number/portion. By and large, my portions are fixed. I only eat that much. I am so happy that my wife gives me just the right amount. Saving in the fridge or repurposing left-overs is another good solution.
Eating 32 times is to tell you to chew properly and thoroughly. The food has to be broken down into its smallest bits for its goodness to be absorbed. For that, two places help... 1) The mouth: act of chewing breaks larger morsels into smaller bits for salivary enzymes to act on it. The digestive enzymes which breaks down carbs.. 2) the stomach... It will also break down the smaller bits of food and stomach acid and few enzymes into kind of a slurry... Which all then moves into your next part of your digestive tract, the small intestine where maximum absorption of nutrients takes place. If you didn't chew your food properly, the absorption of nutrients is not proper.. you get more gases, and feel bloated. And you may be eating a lot but not all nutrients are well absorbed.

A lot of people are facing the same problem. This is one BIGG problem when following Rujuta. But she says don't see the scale, see how many inches you have lost and what are your energy levels through the day. If you haven't lost inches from your waist then it's a problem.
