Yet another gem of podcast. a big big salute to you Dr Pal. Even though its past 10pm here in India..I could not stop watching until i fully completed it. I was really happy in knowing all interconnected with gut mind etc. Now heading off to sleep as in podcast doctor said 2 hours Break between 10pm to 4am 25 days in a year will do enough damage. 😂 I don't want that to happen.. just kidding... Every tip every discussion i made as a pointer in my book to review often to follow. Loads of love to your insights and the help you are doing to the mankind. ❤

Had pcod since puberty but no doctor explained what it is or how bad it can be and what consequences it could lead to nd kept on giving meds without explaining the prob not till I aged 23yrs.. Then I came across a good doctor who explained me abt the problem but yes I was on metformin nd pills till age 27 nd got married, quit meds nd fortunately got my periods naturally, a bit irregular but it was without meds and that's what was imp for me...
Never imagined that I would conceive naturally nd had told my husband as well but to our utter surprise I conceived naturally in February..

Hi Dr. Pal. Thank you for this podcast with Dr. Anjali.
I am commenting here as I went through infertility (unexplained infertility) from 2014-2020. IUI- 2014 and IVF - 2016-2020. I was having many transfer failures. There was no Dr. PAL’s UA-cam channel back then, now listening to this video, I totally agree that I got pregnant at age 35+, by eating from sunrise to sunset method(circadian rhythm) by not being aware of it at that time. I had to do it as my personal trainer was available only at 6.30am(2 days a week) . In turn becomes a habit every day. Please, just make this simple change, sleep. Listen at 18.11mins of this video.. this is the magic. Now I wish, I knew about it when I was younger.

1:43:10 vasectomy is a very must topic dr.pal you should have a separate episode please. Even i cannot make it happen in my family after explaining myself how hard I'm going through with kids, household chores, emotional dramas from family side and no postpartum care after both my delivery I was all alone without any knowledge to take care of me and baby. In India they will just send you home after delivery nothing is thought in hospital. I was suffering to breastfeeding baby and so much of mental pressure this that. But leaving all this behind my body don't want any more of it. But still I cannot convince him for a vasectomy. So please do an episode on it and atleast some change you bring in this society and any single woman get benefitted is a great achievement.

Thank you, Dr. Pal, for bringing a very insightful podcast on women’s health and discussing everything about ovaries. It would have been even better if Dr. Anjali Kumar could have talked about ovarian cancer, which is often referred to as a silent killer.
I am a cancer survivor myself. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with advanced stage 2 ovarian cancer during my 4th month of pregnancy when I was just 24 years old. It was an incredibly tough journey-I underwent surgeries and chemotherapy both during and after pregnancy. With complete trust in our doctors and by God’s grace, both my child (now 13 years old) and I are doing great.
Dr. Pal, if you happen to see my comment, I kindly request you to consider discussing
ovarian cancer in more detail-its stages,
    Cancer during pregnancy,
the safety of continuing pregnancy, chemotherapy during pregnancy, and baby growth during cancer treatment in general.
I truly believe that being aware of these issues is crucial and could help many people who might find themselves in similar situations. I might have lost my child if I hadn’t been in the hands of the right doctors.

#1 early marriage in early 20s, taking household works seriously, and exercising
Result of which would be healthy body, healthy pregnancy, no or least problems, and no worry of loss of money...etc etc
#2 don't delay marriage which can lead to vice versa of #1
#3 suppose you choose career over all this , then u are actually earning money to treat your problems created by yourself ... (career doesn't mean to delay marriage, both can go hand to hand and better is choose natural life)
    #4 choose wisely

    2.TOFI-Thin outside and fat inside

    3.FET-Frozen Embryo Transfer
4.AMH-Anti Mullerian Hormone marker for testing ovarian Reserve'.
i just loved Dr.Anjali's quote "cooking is a life saving skill".
it was very informative and i bet there are very few Doctors who explains the pros and cons of the treatments.you both are doing justice to your profession.

And today I am used to that type of lifestyle. So from my experience I can say that PCOD is the result of today's lifestyle which we call as modern. Stress is the worst thing for PCOD.
Ofcourse I added fennel, fenugreek seeds, jaggery to my morning sip of warm water empty stomach.
So women empowerment has wrongly impacted the health of Women, we started ignoring our health over the secondary needs and wants.

I had 2 normal delivery and almost after 5yrs of my second delivery we as a family decided we don’t want 3child and was discussing about permanent contraception and as a physiotherapist I was aware about both male and female permanent contraception done and the advantages & disadvantages of both . So I explained it to my husband, he decided to go for vasectomy as it was the best option for our family.
And the urologist of the medical college hospital which we consulted for the same was quite happily surprised and was like very rarely people come to do this procedure.
So I think if we introduce the option of vasectomy to the couple as a best option for them evaluating there situations, any supportive husband will come forward to do it.

I want to share my top 2 learnings from this podcast:
    1. I have had a history of miscarriages and I kept questioning why it happens to me so many times (inspite of having all parameters in place and no specific medical cause detected). From this podcast, I learnt about "Reproductive Destiny" and that somethings happen just like that and are beyond our control.
    2. The line "you should be selfish when it comes to self-care". I am motivated to start strength training twice every week.

I as an oncologist who is also undergoing IVF (due to male factor infertility), sadly knew about all these aspects discussed about infertility... but still felt good to refresh my knowledge and hear them from such an established clinician. All aspects were touched upon which are relevant for women today... fertility... bone health... pcos... cancers... reproductive autonomy... wow...

HI Dr. Pal. Great Podcast and insight from Dr. Anjali. This is the first time I am subscribing to any channel/podcast and have become a fan of your talks and interviews. You are doing a great and a noble deed of giving health insights on various topics through various known doctors. SO many new things we learnt from mam. One thing I want to highlight is the male sterilization which I wasnt aware of until this podcast. I think lack of awareness among Indians and even doctors do not advise or let know of this factor (even my doctor didnt gave me this option and I have wait till 6 months for this procedure). Doctors should encourage and advise male partner on this aspect due to minimalistic procedure as compared to done for women. Thanks Dr. Anjali mam.
