Man I wish i could go back to these days, like seriously here. music back then was just fantastic and not like most of the music today and so were the tv shows and programs as well. TV shows and programs back then was wonderful to watch, unlike today.
Nothing today will ever impact anyone like the 80's and 90's did, it was and always will be the best time on this earth to have grown up in. Very sad what this world is today 😢
Crying for the 90's with everything that's been happening with this pandemic 😥. So comforting to find 80's and 90's music again, nothing compares to those years 😪
This song is perfect. He wrote this song for one girl to show her how much love he had in his heart. How do you talk to an angel? Women of today don't have to do anything, but listen. Men will tell them everything that is on their minds. I have listened to this song for so many years and it still speaks to me.
I remember seeing him at a shopping mall shortly after this song came out. I got his autograph and a kiss on the cheek! Talk about being in heaven at a young age. I will never forget that!
it reached number one on the US Billboard Hot 100 on November 14, 1992. In 1993, the song was nominated for an Emmy Award for "Outstanding Individual Achievement in Music and Lyrics".
There is almost None of the songs in this era that makes you feel as good as this song and other from the 80's and 90's did and still do. Remember this show and this song. Still love it.
It's September 2023. This song still has the feelings it encapsulated when it came out all those years ago. So few of these are made anymore. The 70's 80's and 90's were truly the days of creation for music.
Man...only if we could go back to those days!! It’s SAD what this world is turning out to be...! I’m thankful to have grown up before technology took over completely!!
This song reminds me of laying on the floor in my bedroom listening to the mix tapes I recorded by holding the recorder close to the radio. I loved the 90's!
Growing up early 90’s, trying to understand this world. Going through good times and bad times, this song got me through it all. Brings back a lot of memories.
Never understood why his singing career didn't really take off, I have his first album from the 90's and I still play it to this day one of my favorite CD's
The answer is : From most ppl is that when he played the abusive boyfriend to Donna on 90210. PPl couldn't seperate the two - the person and the character.
Oh wow, I completely forgot about this song! I'm glad i looked it up; I forgot how much it made me cry. Jamie Walters had an unbelievable voice! And I forgot how much of a babe he was lol

Hard to believe it’s been that long ago. Absolutely love this song, so pure & his voice just suits it so well. Awww memories ♥️Also he’s really easy on the eyes Lol!
as i sit here with the love of my life writing this it was back when i was in school and i met this wonderful person and this song was stuck in my head when i saw her
When I was around 20 years old, I worked in a drug store and there was a delivery guy who would come in, smile at me, and say hello. He wouldn't ever say anything else. Then one day, he came in and laid a mix tape(back when people made mix tapes) on the counter. The only song on it was this one. May have been cheesy, but it's the best pick up line I ever got. Sadly it did not work out. But it's still a great memory
If nothing else we are forever grateful for all of those irreplaceable memories we have of that time period!! It was a remarkable time of unity and hope...the music captures that relentless pursuit of a better human experience. How do you talk to an angel?😂😂
This group had it all. Kenny G on guitar, girl next door on guitar, The Fonz on drums, a tom boy on sax, Balki from Perfect Strangers on keyboard and the token black guy.
When ever I hear this I miss my mom that much more we used to watch the heights and 90210 and dance around the living room happy mother's day mom I will forever miss you 1/18/07

Jamie was on 90210 for a few seasons after this show failed after 1 season. The song has stood the test of time. Still great. Arron Spelling had his finger on the pulse of the 90s
90210 stayed on the air from 1990-2000. Jamie was only on for a few episodes. He was dating Donna and they portrayed his character weird. He got obsessive with Donna (tori spelling). But I do remember this song from 90210 not the Heights. He did a concert in 90210.
My husband and I had been married for 34 years when he passed away. This was one of our songs, as he always called me his angel. Now he's mine
I'm so sorry for your loss. Blessing, little girl❤

Your still his angel ❤️

You said it! Thrash and no class nowadays.
I have to agree because I would rather listen to this and some of the 80's music I grew up on then the stuff they play today

it reached number one on the US Billboard Hot 100 on November 14, 1992. In 1993, the song was nominated for an Emmy Award for "Outstanding Individual Achievement in Music and Lyrics".
And the sad irony, the show was cancelled the week it did hit #1.

His voice is truly amazing. All I can think about when I hear the vocals begin is that voice. Reminds me of Bryan Adams so much.

This song will never get old. 2023 and i still blast it. Jamie Walters should have gotten more credit he had one hell of a voice.
As soon as he sang the chorus, I started crying thinking of my wife who passed away last year. She was only 28. I always called her, "angel".
I'm sorry for you. Wish you all the best. Your Angel will be with you from up above!
Thank you and God bless you, Shwizzy.

I'm so sorry,Matt. Hang on to the good times with your angel. You'll see her again. Take care
