2024, I remember my brother with this song, he loved this. He died 12 years ago. I miss my brother. Brings back my memories of him. He had a sad life with his marriage, had no child, left by his wife.😢
This song brings back a lot of memories. It was my girlfriend at the time and my song. We were 16, I had just bought the album and played it for her. She said this is our song! I always remembered that. I’m 45 now and we somewhat had stayed friends and in touch but not often. Tonight she died of cancer. I feel for her husband and kids. I played this tonight loud in my living room as tribute to her. RIP Sarah.

Púšťali tam túto skladbu od big Bon Joviho. Uvedomil som si, aká je vlastne dlhá, ale aj to, ako dobre sa pri nej nakupuje - v kľude. Aká je pekná, jemná, nežná. A teraz aj počujem, ako fantasticky mu tam spieva druhý hlas, pomáha ťahať refrén ten jeho gitarista z tej Manituovskej skaly - už v štúdiu. No to sa Bon Jovimu ale spieva pri takýchto talentoch. Však ten ťahá jak vyškolený hartzský kanár kultivovaného spevu. MOje ucho zvoní už 10 rokov, ale zaslechne všechno. I was past my teens when I start listening Bon Jovi and at the time I felt old, but here I am in 2024. Lol. I like all his songs.
I use to play this on repeat back in 2000-2001 in my high school days. The lyrics take a whole different tune now that I'm older and have gone through my fair share of breakups. Such a beautiful but depressing song. Perfect.
All these years later in 2018 and this is still one of his most powerful songs. Thumbs up if your still rockin it in 2018!!
