Update: I’ve been doing this workout for about 9 months now and the results are crazy. My arms slimed down soo much and my shoulders are toned. This workout is really good and I really recommend it. (Yes it does hurt but does get easier each day) GO FOR IT👍🏼👍🏼

doing this untill the end of summer (maybe longer?) Two ticks means i did it twice!! day 1: ✅ It wasnt too bad, did struggle but managed to do it without stopping!!! you can REALLY feel the burn, which is great!! Day 2: ✅ Wow, my arms were very sore from yesterday. I almost stopped on the last one because you can really feel the burn, Im happy that i got throught it AGAIN with out any stops!! I can lready tell that this workout is very good!! day 3:✅ Im surprised I did it again without stopping!! my arms did feel like they were about to fall off, but im sure its worth it!! anyways yay!! another day done day 4:✅ Honestly, i was very lazy today, and was sloppy while doing the 3rd excercise. My arms were really burning!! I do think i could do better, but im happy i still did it. No difference yet!! and thanks so much for all the likes!!! day 5:❌ sorry, today's gonna be my rest day, I've been busy all day and im exhausted!! Might do twice tomorrow to make up for it aha day 6:✅✅ Its always tough after a rest day, but i managed to get through it! Although I did notice myself being a wee bit sloppy on the 3rd excercise, but ill do again in a few minutes to make up for it!! It seems to be getting easier, but i had to stop on the last one as I was interrupted by my sister. day 8:✅I did have some sugar, sorry. But I still did it, wasn't too bad!! arms did burn abot but i still got through it. not much of a difference day 9:✅ I know i say this EVERY time but today was so hard, I got hardly any sleep and was so unmotivated, Im actually very surprised that i ended up doing it. The weather was also very hot so I feel abit sick, but ill just drink some water. I wish i measured when i started, but I do think i see a difference!! Day 13:✅ My arms are thinner and I have measured them and now they measure 27 centimeters. Day 14: ✅ Done I finish the routine on the 18th. I've been doing this for four days now once every day and my arms slimmed down a lot. My arms are my biggest insecurity because I feel like they are huge compared to the rest of my body and this workout has helped me slim them down without changing my diet. I'm happy with the rest of my body, it's just my arms so thank you so much!! I'll keep on doing this :)

trying this out to see if it works! (two ticks mean I did the workout twice) Day 1:✅✅My arms were so sore and I took a small pause as it burned a lot. I hope by the end of the one week I won't take any pauses and this workout will be slightly easier! Day 2:✅✅So much harder than yesterday, this left my arms so sore even from yesterday!! So my overall goal for this was to lose arm fat and tone my arms, and I can say this does work! I didn't get my goal arms at the end of the week (which is expected) but my arms toned down quite fast and I do see a difference. I think in order to get the ultimate goal arms, you need to stay consistent and do this for at least 1-2 months. It makes me incredibly happy that my small updates motivated so many of you guys and it makes me sososo excited seeing how people got results! Over the past year or two of me trying to lose weight and slim my body, I must say it was a crazy journey. I learnt a lot about myself, dieting, working out and having a healthy lifestyle in general! In that period of time when I was dieting, i fell into an eating disorder where i developed so many fear foods and I was having such a rough time struggling to see results. Here I am today after losing 30kg and feeling healthier and happier than ever!! It was a long and painful year but it was so worth it, I can wear sleeveless tops, dresses and tube tops without feeling insecure about my arms, I can finally wear all my pretty skirts and shorts without needing to hide my legs, i can wear my favourite fitted tops now and it is one of the best feelings ever. Ofcourse i still have more goals to achieve, but i know that eventually, if i stay consistent and take my time, results will follow! I'll do 2 sets a day and update on the last day! 🧸 current arms: 27.5cm goal: 20-24cm day 1: done 2x ✅ it was rlly tough to do but i pushed through and completed the whole workout without any breaks, felt burning sensations in my upper arms. the second set was tougher than the first one for some reason lol day 2: done 2x ✅ today my arms were rlly sore but i pushed through and completed the whole thing. all the exercises after the first one was rlly hard to do today, i stopped midway at the end of downward side punch day 3: done 2x ✅ went to a family gathering so i had to do the workout after i came back home at night. second set was so hard. the workout feels harder as time progresses. day 4: done 2x ✅ this time it was easier. but i was continuously interrupted by my family during the 2nd set (i still completed it nonetheless). so i'll do one more set in the evening to make up for it. okay so this is after i did the extra set and i ended up doing 2 sets instead of 1 (since i like the feeling of accomplishment lol) anyways it has become more easier. day 5: done 2x ✅ for some reason, the third exercise was rlly hard during the second set, my arms were LITERALLY crumbling. Idk why but i wanna do another set this evening (you can call me crazy but anyways 😃🔫) day 6: done 3x ✅ this time, the first two sets were arguably easy. In fact, it was a lil too easy. I did not even take the 5 sec break between each exercise and was still able to do it perfectly. So I ended up doing another set and BRO... i couldn't move my arms for a solid minute 😂😂 from now on, i'll be doing 3 sets a day cuz i like the pain after workouts (also bc 2 sets feel rlly easy now) . My arms still hurt as I'm typing this. day 7: done 3x ✅ Did the first 2 sets in the morning and another at night. I couldn't do all 3 sets together since i had to leave for school. also, FIRST WEEK DONE!! I also realized that i lost 1.5 cm, they're now 26 cm

just letting you guys know i still do this 2-3 times a week and i started 8 months ago AND ITS THE BEST!! i’m so much slimmer in my collar home area, my arm pits have way less fat, and my arms are even getting toned with the help of this exercise. keep doing this. i got results in the first month and have fell in love with these arm workouts ❤

awesome! this really motivates me because i haven't seen that much progress with my arms considering the fact that i'm not very overweight. just means to show me that progress is slow but it'll definitely be worth it!
@@chaosness7684 my arms look huge compared to the rest of my body, so that's why i immediately noticed a difference! also make sure to do other full body exercises because you can't spot reduce :)
Y’all I did this for a week and it actually felt so good after doing it for seven days and it really made me feel so much more secure, it wasn’t a BIG difference but I definitely lost some arm weight. Keep going!!

@@oneandonlyolliI haven’t done it yet, but this will definitely help tone your arms. To lose fat in the arms, you have to lose overall body fat. Diet definitely helps!! You dont have to starve yourself, but make healthy choices, instead of cookies eat an apple or carrot. You can have cookies, but try to eat healthy. And try weight resistance workouts!!

Okay so yesterday I did Emi Wong's 10 minute arm workout and today when I found this out the comments seriously made me want to do it, I did it and I swear the burn I felt and still feeling is way more than the 10 minute workout. This 4 minute workout seriously puts utmost pressure on your arms and it's fat. I'll update my progress in a week. Starting arm- 15 inches.

Just letting you guys know that this workout really works, I’ve been doing it for a month now and sometimes along with some other core workouts but this is the only one I’ve stayed consistent in and my arms have slimmed down a lot, they’re less flabby and mind you I didn’t go on any diet or anything, have to mention I’m the skinny fat type but my arms and tummy were quite chubby but this workout had definitely helped me a lot
I came across this video today. By going through the comments, I decided to give it a go as I have gained a few pounds recently. Man, it hurts like hell. Somehow I completed all of them. Day 1: A pure success. Feels great. Day 2: I am in so much pain. Did it twice today. Once in the morning and once at night. I am proud of myself for doing it. Day 3: ✅ along with some other workouts. This is gonna make a huge change. My body is aching. Day 4: ✅ Day 5 : ✅ Day 6: ✅, arms look more toned than earlier with noticeable cuts.

I love this quick exercise! I always want to wear my pretty sleeveless shirts and dresses, but my arms are my biggest insecurity. My college graduation is next May and I want to wear a sleeveless dress with confidence. 💗 Day 1: Did it at night and my arms burn nice and good! 💙 Day 2: Did it twice today, once in the morning after waking up and again at night. This is my second day I've been doing this workout (3 times each day) and omggg......my arms slimmed down more than I expected like omgg . Having arm fat was my BIGGEST insecurity the whole time and this video changed my life so much I'm not kidding my confidence went 📈. I love this sooo much and I'll continue until I get my desired results
I’m on my third day (I do this three times a day) and I’ve noticed I’ve built up a lot of strength. I used to have to take a couple breaks throughout the exercises but now I can do them all and only take the breaks that are provided. No physical results yet but I am so proud of myself.

Starting at ab 32cm ✅ Day 1: complete! Harder than expected! ✅ Day 2: complete! Going to try it again tonight! ✅ Day 3: complete! Haven’t started doing it twice a day yet because I get busy but I will do it tonight! Completed it a second time tonight woohoo! ✅ Day 4: complete! It is getting easier but I am noticing some stiffness in my shoulder muscles which slows me down. Hoping to do it again before bed!

I've been doing this for almost one week and I would say the 1st to 3rd day makes me pause hahaha. Tips for beginners, not because it's easy for her means it's easy to do. Take your time when doing this one don't speed up with her pace when you start, you can still feel the burn in your arms. As you go day by day you won't notice how easy it gets. This made my arms toned a bit by just doing this once a day. This has been the best workout I've seen that you can see and feel the actual result! ❤

Measurements: - Right arm (11.8 inches) - Left arm (11.8 inches) Day 1: ✔️ - i could feel the burn really good, I did it twice in a row, and I felt really happy! I hope I could do it more as the days go on. Day two: ✔️ it is honestly a bit easier, but the thumbs down pulse HURTS. My upper arm feels tight and a bit sore
Just started this workout as a stepping stone to exercising regularly. I am a complete begginer, have never exercised in my entire life. Day 1 - Felt a little pain but overall, i feel fine Day 2 - Starting to feel the burn on my shoulders, i need to take 3 sec break for each exercise since it's starting to hurt. Day 3 - I started using a mirror, exercising became a little easier compared to Day 2 cuz I don't need a lot of breaks in between exercises. But it still burns 😭 Day 4 - It hurts so much!!! The first 2 exercises were good but the last 2 exercises was hell. I literally needed a 2 sec. Break in between session Day 5 - woke up late, so I did my workout late. It burns so much more compared to the previous days. Be reminded that my posture for some of the exercise is not 100% perfect, yet it still burns. Day 5 - It still burns but the exercises are getting easier to do Day 6 - took a rest cuz I got a cold Day 7 - The exercises got a little easier except exercise #3. I can feel burns on other parts of my arm that previously did not. It might be caused by proper execution, since the exercises became a little easier and more familiar, my posture executing the exercises became better. Result so far: I lost .10 inches from both my arms

I'll be doing this workout once a day Day 1: did it twice the exercises look easy but are so damn hard. I can definitely feel the burn in my arms. It was difficult today but I pushed through these exercises. Day 2: done twice! It was harder today because my arms were sore so I took breaks in between. The burn is real guys. Day 3: done! I started this a month ago. This exercise is really effective. Before I started this exercise, my arm was 31 cm, but after a month, it's 29cm. I do this one time a day. I know I have a long way to go because my goal arm is around 24-25 cm, but I'm fighting! No pain, no gain. Update: Guyssss!!!!! After several months of exercising, finally, from 31 cm to 27 cm huhu can't believe it 😭 my hard work for this exercise everyday has finally paid off

This really works guys. I didn’t measure my arms before, but it looks slimmer now! My friends and family told me i look less bigger than before, and i asked what specific body part became slim/small, and they said it’s my arms! 😊 Do this consistently! I usually do it at morning and night alternatively. I am still doing this. Keep going! ❤️

Have tried many 10 - 20 min arm workouts but this one definitely hits in a more efficient way. The 60 second intervals and the very exercise movement hits all the main muscle groups works well and is only 4 min. Highly recommended!

I was on a hip hop team a few years ago, and these exercises are very similar to what we did to condition and train. I can attest that they are very effective and I'll use this video to jump start getting back into them

My turn!! I'm doing this workout, and like 3 others to focus on my waist, arms, legs, and chin. I'll post updates every day, but I may forget, so please help me remember! My arms are 27 cm, and my goal is 20! I also don't know my waste/leg measurements... :/ Please keep in mind that I've been fasting from 10 PM to around 5 PM. I also run a mile and a half every morning. Day 1: AHHH the painnnnn 😢This workout is killer, especially after I did a different one involving side planks and all. Like, owww. Had to pause halfway through. Let's do better tomorrow! Day 2: Made it through without pausing hardly at all! Who would've thought that a 4-minute workout would burn so bad? Until tomorrow! Day 3: Still hurts like crazy. But it has been getting a little easier, so that's good! Day 4: I haven't seen much change yet, but I definitely feel it every day. I'm shaky even writing this. This burned so much and I just got started, I am gonna do this for 1 week! 04/08/23 (Started on 4th of August) Day 1 : ✅ The burn was so intense doing this workout and I feel the burn, it's unreal. Day 2 : ✅ I did this in the morning and it burns so much but is much better than yesterday. Day 3: ✅ My arms feel more toned and I noticed a slight change after doing this for 3 days Day 4: ✅ I did this 2x in the morning and my arms feel so much burn but we're getting through this. 👏 Day 5: ✅ I finished the workout and I noticed a visible change but my arms slimmed down a bit!! Day 6: ✅ I got results from doing this workout and people said that my arms look thin!! Is it just my imagination, or do my lower arms already feel tighter?! Day 2 💓: Still a bit loose, but soon I will have to get in more pain to gain! Felt the same as yesterday, if not easier. Day 3 💓: Felt much easier! Even after pushing my limits today, I was surprised with how I still felt energized afterwards! You can do this! Day 4 💓: My most challenging one yet! Did my all without any breaks, feels amazing! While I still have arm fat, I can feel the muscle growing underneath it! You’re doing wonderful! Day 5 💓: As per usual! Nothing noteworthy today. No pain, no gain! Day 6 💓: feels like a breeze 💘 Day 7 💓: I never really tracked my specific arm size before this workout, but I do feel like there has been a difference. I’ll probably have to do this for a few more months to really see a difference, but this workout is a great burn! I totally recommend it; it’s short, simple, yet packs such a punch to your arms!

i’m gonna document this for myself so i can remember my progress day 1 ✅ first time- very hard my shoulders burn more than my arms and the time moved so so slow but i’m focusing on how much i don’t like my arms rn 😁👍 second time- i bailed on the last one after 30 seconds but only because my arms were burning like i’ve never felt them, i do think that later on i’ll get used to the burn and not have to bail day 2 ✅ first time- i was fitting it between things so i only finished half but better than nothing!! second time- very hard but worth it, i felt the burn so much but i was happy to be done with the whole thing! third time- it’s starting to be a little easier! and obviously on not seeing the fat loss yet but i am feeling the muscle usage!! fourth time- very tiring, im starting to dread those side punches day three ✅ first time- i felt really sore when i woke up but this is still the easiest it’s been so far second time- i was really sore all day but these are getting so easy!! third time- done
Honestly out of all of the arms workouts I this burn the most. If you do it for 2 weeks then it won’t burn as much as the first time. So I started adding in some of my own arm workout as I get stronger. I think this workout is great. 💪🏼💕
I have benefitted this exercise a few months ago and now I'm doing it again to get more lean arm, before i used to weight 10kg more than my current weight and this exercise really help me, that's why i always added to my workout list cause it's effective yet doesn't consume so much time especially for a person like me who doesn't have much time to exercise ❤ thanks for this workout
doing this for one week or so current: 29 cm goal: 27-26 cm - i do water breaks in between! - i only do it once a day, during the afternoon - friendly reminder to stretch before and after you exercise so it won't sore and won't damage your ligaments. day 1: ✔ | the burn is giving day 2: ✔ | felt more tired as my arms were sore from yesterday, but managed to do it somehow day 3: ✔ | almost didn't do it today but no pain, no gain day 4: day 5: day 6: day 7: disclaimer: i also exercise (since last week) with yuuka sagawa's 8 min beginner friendly workout, hailey C's 15min and 10min bingo arms workout, emi wong's 10min exercise for a more defined shoulder and collarbone, and gloria song's short workout for a more feminine collarbone. some workouts i do are not related to slimming down the arms.
Been doing this for around two weeks now and the results are showing!!! Highly recommend ! It was hard for the first few days, but after a while it was a breeze to get through! Recommend doing this and then finding another exercise for your shoulders and neck to maximise the results :]

hi guys! I really like looking at some of these updates but because many don’t keep up with it I’m hoping to! I will be doing this exercise 2-3 times a day as a warm up and cool down between my workout😄 For comparison my arms are very similar to the first picture in the thumbnail 🤍 Day 1: definitely felt it nearing the end of my workout! Did it twice! My arms were very sore the next day ✅ Day 2 felt tight but no change obviously! I’ll be back with more to update Felt the burn immensely ✅ Day 3: Hi everyone i finally wasn’t dying and sore your comment and likes gave me so much support to keep going. I noticed my endurance starting to build up as I near the end! My arms themselves are feeling the burn still 🔥 🎉 ✅ Day 4: my arm looks to be a slight bit more toned. The arm work burn is only there for a few minutes after. There’s no big changes obviously but at this point you can see the direction of which your arms will continue to burn fat, ✅ Day 5: change in comparison to day 1 but nothing new since day 4 everything from day 4 is still applicable ✅ Day 6: I will be measuring my arms as I forgot to on day 1 when I wake up 🤍 be back for more IMPORTANT UPDATE❗️❗️DAY 5 I NOTICED ARMPIT FAT WAS SLIMMING DOWN. i'll be doing this for a week! day 1 - IT BURNNSSS, but i can definitely tell that this will work! remember no pain no gain! day 2 - mostly felt pain in my shoulders! almost gave up day 3- done day 4- done! its getting easier, but the burn is still there.

Day 1: 10 may 2020. I never felt this much pain in my hands before. I couldn't even 30 seconds of each. Definitely doing this everyday and updating it.

Мерять не буду, потому что потеряла метр. 7день будет выходной, потому что мыщцы должны отдохнуть 1день(вчера):✅руки очень болели, 3ое упражнение даётся мне очень сложно. Сделала дважды 2день:✅Руки с самого утра болели(у меня слабые руки и они не привыкли к нагрузкам, похоже из-за этого). Сделала 2подхода, решила что через 7ой день буду по 3подхода делать, мыщцы должны привыкнуть. 3день:❌ЗАБЫЛААА 4день:❌весь день провела с семьёй и поэтому не было времени 5день:✅сделала по 2подхода утром и вечером(чтобы компенсировать лни в которые не сделала). В 6 и 7день также выполню, чтобы результат был эффективнее 6день:✅ 7день:✅сделала по 2подхода Результаты:результат заметный, лично я очень даже довольна. Решила что буду делать другое упражнение для рук. Желаю чтобы добились результата как хотели, удачи

Update: I’ve been doing this workout for about 9 months now and the results are crazy. My arms slimed down soo much and my shoulders are toned. This workout is really good and I really recommend it. (Yes it does hurt but does get easier each day) GO FOR IT👍🏼👍🏼

I've been doing this for four days now once every day and my arms slimmed down a lot. My arms are my biggest insecurity because I feel like they are huge compared to the rest of my body and this workout has helped me slim them down without changing my diet. I'm happy with the rest of my body, it's just my arms so thank you so much!! I'll keep on doing this :)

Day 7:✅✅Woo, I finished the challenge!! So my overall goal for this was to lose arm fat and tone my arms, and I can say this does work! I didn't get my goal arms at the end of the week (which is expected) but my arms toned down quite fast and I do see a difference. I think in order to get the ultimate goal arms, you need to stay consistent and do this for at least 1-2 months. I will be trying that and I will update you if I do manage to complete a month or more!
I recommend this workout and I will be trying to continue it for another month or two!

It is just hard to update every day without forgetting but trust me I'm still doing this and she is not lying when she says guaranteed results!! Hi guys!!!! It has officially been around 2-3 months of me consistently doing this workout!!! I am so happy I have almost reached my goal arms. The other day I was at the shops and I bought a dress in such a long time, as I used to be so insecure that I would never wear dresses because of my body and especially my arms. ahhh!! hi guys!! it has been over a year since I updated you guys from this arm workout and I've seen sooo many new people trying this out!!! It makes me incredibly happy that my small updates motivated so many of you guys and it makes me sososo excited seeing how people got results! Over the past year or two of me trying to lose weight and slim my body, I must say it was a crazy journey. I learnt a lot about myself, dieting, working out and having a healthy lifestyle in general! In that period of time when I was dieting, i fell into an eating disorder where i developed so many fear foods and I was having such a rough time struggling to see results. Here I am today after losing 30kg and feeling healthier and happier than ever!! It was a long and painful year but it was so worth it, I can wear sleeveless tops, dresses and tube tops without feeling insecure about my arms, I can finally wear all my pretty skirts and shorts without needing to hide my legs, i can wear my favourite fitted tops now and it is one of the best feelings ever. Ofcourse i still have more goals to achieve, but i know that eventually, if i stay consistent and take my time, results will follow! I wish you all luck on your fitness journeys or your weight loss journeys! It is a crazy experience but it is very very worth it in the end! Have a beautiful day! :)

day 1: done 2x ✅ it was rlly tough to do but i pushed through and completed the whole workout without any breaks, felt burning sensations in my upper arms. the second set was tougher than the first one for some reason lol
day 2: done 2x ✅ today my arms were rlly sore but i pushed through and completed the whole thing. all the exercises after the first one was rlly hard to do today, i stopped midway at the end of downward side punch
day 3: done 2x ✅ went to a family gathering so i had to do the workout after i came back home at night. second set was so hard. the workout feels harder as time progresses.
day 4: done 2x ✅ this time it was easier. but i was continuously interrupted by my family during the 2nd set (i still completed it nonetheless). so i'll do one more set in the evening to make up for it.
okay so this is after i did the extra set and i ended up doing 2 sets instead of 1 (since i like the feeling of accomplishment lol) anyways it has become more easier.
day 5: done 2x ✅ for some reason, the third exercise was rlly hard during the second set, my arms were LITERALLY crumbling. Idk why but i wanna do another set this evening (you can call me crazy but anyways 😃🔫)
day 6: done 3x ✅ this time, the first two sets were arguably easy. In fact, it was a lil too easy. I did not even take the 5 sec break between each exercise and was still able to do it perfectly. So I ended up doing another set and BRO... i couldn't move my arms for a solid minute 😂😂 from now on, i'll be doing 3 sets a day cuz i like the pain after workouts (also bc 2 sets feel rlly easy now) . My arms still hurt as I'm typing this.
day 7: done 3x ✅ Did the first 2 sets in the morning and another at night. I couldn't do all 3 sets together since i had to leave for school. also, FIRST WEEK DONE!! I also realized that i lost 1.5 cm, they're now 26 cm

Okay I did this for 1 week since I was bored and had covid and MY ARMS WENT FROM 33CM TO 29CM IN ONE WEEK ! my diet was mostly junk as well since I didn’t feel like cooking because of covid! I recommend this work out so much!

just letting you guys know i still do this 2-3 times a week and i started 8 months ago AND ITS THE BEST!! i’m so much slimmer in my collar home area, my arm pits have way less fat, and my arms are even getting toned with the help of this exercise. keep doing this. i got results in the first month and have fell in love with these arm workouts ❤

@@oneandonlyolliI haven’t done it yet, but this will definitely help tone your arms. To lose fat in the arms, you have to lose overall body fat. Diet definitely helps!! You dont have to starve yourself, but make healthy choices, instead of cookies eat an apple or carrot. You can have cookies, but try to eat healthy. And try weight resistance workouts!!

Okay so yesterday I did Emi Wong's 10 minute arm workout and today when I found this out the comments seriously made me want to do it, I did it and I swear the burn I felt and still feeling is way more than the 10 minute workout. This 4 minute workout seriously puts utmost pressure on your arms and it's fat. I'll update my progress in a week.

Just letting you guys know that this workout really works, I’ve been doing it for a month now and sometimes along with some other core workouts but this is the only one I’ve stayed consistent in and my arms have slimmed down a lot, they’re less flabby and mind you I didn’t go on any diet or anything, have to mention I’m the skinny fat type but my arms and tummy were quite chubby but this workout had definitely helped me a lot

I’m on my third day (I do this three times a day) and I’ve noticed I’ve built up a lot of strength. I used to have to take a couple breaks throughout the exercises but now I can do them all and only take the breaks that are provided. No physical results yet but I am so proud of myself.

Hello everyone! I did not document my progress but I know you’re looking for motivation to work out and this is it. It’s been a week since I started this and man can I say that this is a life changer. My arms are absolutely slimmer, I feel more confident in myself. I pushed through this intense work out and I got the best results. I do like an hour of cardio so that also contributed

@@alexsyy i am so sorry for the late reply! But yes I did. The excess fat in my arm lessened and I gained more muscle mass. But not a shit ton, just enough to be toned!

si alguien habla español, les recomiendo que utilicen peso ya sea 5 kilos como máximo para empezar, solo así veras resultado ya que tonificaras y tus brazos se verán mas firmes, estos ejercicios te ayudaran levemente y en algunos casos no, ademas la grasa acumulada debajo de los brazos es grasa localizado. se elimina solo con déficit calórico, si lo ven en el video la chica bajo de peso por eso sus brazos también adelgazaron, comparto esto porque tenia mucha inseguridad con mis brazo y nada me funciono hasta que lo hice de esta forma por eso lo comparto

I've been doing this for almost one week and I would say the 1st to 3rd day makes me pause hahaha.
Tips for beginners, not because it's easy for her means it's easy to do. Take your time when doing this one don't speed up with her pace when you start, you can still feel the burn in your arms. As you go day by day you won't notice how easy it gets. This made my arms toned a bit by just doing this once a day. This has been the best workout I've seen that you can see and feel the actual result! ❤

короче я забила на это и продолжила только через три недели, итак пробуем по новой:
1 день: пыталась не делать остановок максимум на 3,4 упражнении могла убрать руки на 1/2 секунды

Just started this workout as a stepping stone to exercising regularly. I am a complete begginer, have never exercised in my entire life.
Day 1 - Felt a little pain but overall, i feel fine
Day 2 - Starting to feel the burn on my shoulders, i need to take 3 sec break for each exercise since it's starting to hurt.
Day 3 - I started using a mirror, exercising became a little easier compared to Day 2 cuz I don't need a lot of breaks in between exercises. But it still burns 😭
Day 4 - It hurts so much!!! The first 2 exercises were good but the last 2 exercises was hell. I literally needed a 2 sec. Break in between session
Day 5 - woke up late, so I did my workout late. It burns so much more compared to the previous days. Be reminded that my posture for some of the exercise is not 100% perfect, yet it still burns.
Day 5 - It still burns but the exercises are getting easier to do
Day 6 - took a rest cuz I got a cold
Day 7 - The exercises got a little easier except exercise #3. I can feel burns on other parts of my arm that previously did not. It might be caused by proper execution, since the exercises became a little easier and more familiar, my posture executing the exercises became better.
Result so far:
I lost .10 inches from both my arms

I started this a month ago. This exercise is really effective. Before I started this exercise, my arm was 31 cm, but after a month, it's 29cm. I do this one time a day. I know I have a long way to go because my goal arm is around 24-25 cm, but I'm fighting! No pain, no gain.
Update: Guyssss!!!!! After several months of exercising, finally, from 31 cm to 27 cm huhu can't believe it 😭 my hard work for this exercise everyday has finally paid off

Have tried many 10 - 20 min arm workouts but this one definitely hits in a more efficient way.
The 60 second intervals and the very exercise movement hits all the main muscle groups works well and is only 4 min.

I took measurements before but I kinda forgot the exact spot of my arm, so I am not quite sure whether I actually lost 0.9 cm of fat or not, I will go on for another week to make sure tho!

Day 8 : ✅ (i have a bio final tmw and it's 2:30 am but I didn't wanna break my workout streak so I did it on bed)

Please keep in mind that I've been fasting from 10 PM to around 5 PM. I also run a mile and a half every morning.

Day 1 💓:Did this a bit looser than usual since I’d tried doing this by itself in the past and flopped out afterwards. this one was definitely more upper-arm heavy than my usual arm exercise! Is it just my imagination, or do my lower arms already feel tighter?!
Day 2 💓: Still a bit loose, but soon I will have to get in more pain to gain! Felt the same as yesterday, if not easier.
Day 3 💓: Felt much easier! Even after pushing my limits today, I was surprised with how I still felt energized afterwards! You can do this!
Day 4 💓: My most challenging one yet! Did my all without any breaks, feels amazing! While I still have arm fat, I can feel the muscle growing underneath it! You’re doing wonderful!
Day 5 💓: As per usual! Nothing noteworthy today. No pain, no gain!
Day 6 💓: feels like a breeze 💘
Day 7 💓: I never really tracked my specific arm size before this workout, but I do feel like there has been a difference. I’ll probably have to do this for a few more months to really see a difference, but this workout is a great burn! I totally recommend it; it’s short, simple, yet packs such a punch to your arms!
I like the fact that how she feels the pain tho, many UA-camrs make it look easy and No pain… but she’s so realistic. I’m gotta do this regularly

second time- i bailed on the last one after 30 seconds but only because my arms were burning like i’ve never felt them, i do think that later on i’ll get used to the burn and not have to bail

Honestly out of all of the arms workouts I this burn the most. If you do it for 2 weeks then it won’t burn as much as the first time. So I started adding in some of my own arm workout as I get stronger. I think this workout is great. 💪🏼💕

I have benefitted this exercise a few months ago and now I'm doing it again to get more lean arm, before i used to weight 10kg more than my current weight and this exercise really help me, that's why i always added to my workout list cause it's effective yet doesn't consume so much time especially for a person like me who doesn't have much time to exercise ❤ thanks for this workout

disclaimer: i also exercise (since last week) with yuuka sagawa's 8 min beginner friendly workout, hailey C's 15min and 10min bingo arms workout, emi wong's 10min exercise for a more defined shoulder and collarbone, and gloria song's short workout for a more feminine collarbone. some workouts i do are not related to slimming down the arms.
Been doing this for around two weeks now and the results are showing!!! Highly recommend ! It was hard for the first few days, but after a while it was a breeze to get through! Recommend doing this and then finding another exercise for your shoulders and neck to maximise the results :]

hi guys! I really like looking at some of these updates but because many don’t keep up with it I’m hoping to! I will be doing this exercise 2-3 times a day as a warm up and cool down between my workout😄
For comparison my arms are very similar to the first picture in the thumbnail 🤍
Day 1: definitely felt it nearing the end of my workout! Did it twice! My arms were very sore the next day

Day 3: Hi everyone i finally wasn’t dying and sore your comment and likes gave me so much support to keep going. I noticed my endurance starting to build up as I near the end! My arms themselves are feeling the burn still 🔥 🎉 ✅
Day 4: my arm looks to be a slight bit more toned. The arm work burn is only there for a few minutes after. There’s no big changes obviously but at this point you can see the direction of which your arms will continue to burn fat, ✅
Day 5: change in comparison to day 1 but nothing new since day 4 everything from day 4 is still applicable ✅
Day 6: I will be measuring my arms as I forgot to on day 1 when I wake up 🤍 be back for more
IMPORTANT UPDATE❗️❗️DAY 5 I NOTICED ARMPIT FAT WAS SLIMMING DOWN. I wasn’t completely aware since I wear a T-Shirt however I now noticed how powerful this workout really is at targeting that❗️❗️

Day 1: 10 may 2020. I never felt this much pain in my hands before. I couldn't even 30 seconds of each.

Вчера начала делать эти упражнение. Буду обновляться. Сделаю это упражнение в течении 2недели по 2-3подхода. Мерять не буду, потому что потеряла метр. 7день будет выходной, потому что мыщцы должны отдохнуть
1день(вчера):✅руки очень болели, 3ое упражнение даётся мне очень сложно. Сделала дважды
2день:✅Руки с самого утра болели(у меня слабые руки и они не привыкли к нагрузкам, похоже из-за этого). Сделала 2подхода, решила что через 7ой день буду по 3подхода делать, мыщцы должны привыкнуть.
3день:❌ЗАБЫЛААА
4день:❌весь день провела с семьёй и поэтому не было времени
5день:✅сделала по 2подхода утром и вечером(чтобы компенсировать лни в которые не сделала). В 6 и 7день также выполню, чтобы результат был эффективнее
6день:✅
7день:✅сделала по 2подхода
Результаты:результат заметный, лично я очень даже довольна. Решила что буду делать другое упражнение для рук. Желаю чтобы добились результата как хотели, удачи

Day 3: ✅ got through it with no breaks!! it became a lot easier all of a sudden, and I found a way to make the time go faster by distracting myself with other things.
