    Nice full body routine. I like the slower pace, allows us to really feel all the parts of the body involved in the movement. Peaceful. Thank you! I also enjoy seeing those two furry ears at the bottom of the screen in the beginning of the video.🐺

    Hello Kseny and Good morning from Ohio! I am So grateful that I found this video again, because it taught me "the fountain," I forgot how to do it and I was doing it wrong, but today is my lucky day! I also loved the second part, "the flower." You make learning and practicing Qigong very clear and understandable and also fun and enjoyable. I'm so grateful and I tell people about you and your videos and I encourage them to try Qigong with you!

    dear Kseny I follow the 30d qigong challenge on your website and I want to say it is great!. this is really what suits me.don't have to think what practice shall I do. they are there .every day a new one. no choice stress. the practices are just perfect from length.now after 21 I really feel the benefit what qigong does. I m aware that I m more positive and relaxed . glad you started it and this really makes me enjoy my membership.🙂
