Thank you Dr. Rachit Gulati for these important tips to manage Knee pain. In 1982, I had an Anterior Cruciate Ligament tear due to an injury in my RIGHT KNEE which was confirmed by Arthroscopy in 1985. I managed my pain by wearing a Double grip Tubi grip off and on. Now for the last six weeks or so I have been getting off-and-on pain in my LEFT KNEE in the Femur- Tibial joint mostly on the Medial. This is also tender at times. No history of any injury. I am managing with Paracetamol 500 mg + Tablet Diclofenac 50 mg on off and on basis (Per required necessary) Any suggestions? By the way, I am 82 years of age and have Diabetic Type 2 since 2000
