I definitely enjoyed this class. I can feel my heart rate increased a bit. Just as I was about to go into sun salutation B, there was an abrupt transition into a sitting pose. I think it was a seismic shift. Thanks, Tim! I hope all is well with you and Ollie. Namaste.
Sweet Sunday Side bends:) just what I needed for my rest day, thanks Tim! There was one slightly clunky transition from the final downdog to dandasana twist, where the cue got swallowed in the editing which knocked me out of the flow just a bit as I wasn’t sure if the video had glitched Really love when we flow. Nice to do these lil 20 min dips. Have a wonderful Sunday!
I really like the seated leg stretches and how you focused on keeping a straight spine. Yoga instructors always seem to think I should be able to forward fold easily, but I need lots of strength just to sit upright with straight legs!

I got a phone call mid practise and I thought: well, that’s my practice ruined. Then I remembered your oft-repeated phrase of ‘non-judgement’, so instead of abandoning this routine I continued after I had put the phone down. Thank you for today’s challenge and for the mental adjustment. Maybe we should rename the butterfly effect as the Tim effect.

Humans are asymmetrical. That’s part of it, looking for symmetry even though it won’t ever come fully
