- Good morning! ...and other times of day, and welcome to your new daily energizing morning flow stretch routine. Movement is medicine and starting the day with yoga is one of the best ways to keep your body healthy and your mind centered and calm.
This class was filmed at @luna_desol in the desert of Baja.

Hi Tim, yes, I'd love to see a series of short videos. These may perhaps not please your advanced followers but for us beginners with back problems, short and slow is very helpful because it takes several viewings to begin to complete the positions and changes well. Thanks!

YES PLEASE to more shorter morning flows. I had a hard time with the 30 day challenge, partially because I'm slow in the morning and end up running too late to do a 30 minute + routine, but more importantly as the 30 day challenge began to up the anti, I found them too strenuous to do for 30 minutes, and didn't want to loose my muscle condition by taking a recovery break. That said I love your stretches, as they're not the same old same old, and they go at a good pace for really feeling what's going on, and sometimes pausing to re-work the sticker side or spend a few extra beats where needed.

If the shorter videos work better for you I’ve got a number of short videos for those days you're not feeling quite up to it or you’re running short on time. Advanced or beginner, there is always a place for short classes. I love it for mornings when I needed a bit of extra sleep and am rushing to get ready for the office, but I want to fit in a quick session. I spent the weekend ice skating and cross country skiing and I feel like the Tin Man! I really needed this... thanks Tim

Hi Tim, I definitely like the shot videos. Personally 20 minutes is the perfect length for what I can do as part of a morning routine. A five day series of 20 minute classes would be amazing - so that over the course of the week you could have done a bit of everything: core, hip openers, quads, etc.

I love having a variety of options to choose from - it's wonderful to have longer videos for when I have the time, and shorter ones for when I don't - there can be no excuses not to do yoga!

I like the short approx 12 a 15 minutes videos aswell. Really nice to get some stretches and blood flowing before work 👍🏽
Tim, I'm relatively new to yoga. I've been recently diagnosed with two health conditions limiting my immune system. As a previous weightlifter I can no longer engage in that. Your videos are so beneficial and I look forward to new short flows and longer lessons.

I don't usually have time in the morning to do a full 40 minutes of yoga so I save that for after work, but I would love to get into the habit of 10 minutes in the morning before work!

Love these short flows. So great for keeping a daily yoga practice going even when you're crazy busy.
Also great for building back up postpartum. An hour long practice is just too intimidating after baby

Yep, really enjoyed the flow. Monday is a rest day and this was a great little stretch to get the work day started. If you can do some more 10-15 minute ones, especially for runners, that'd be great!

I love these 10 min videos! Using these videos I’ve become more consistent with yoga than ever before… I hope to build up to longer daily sessions some day for now I’m focused on consistency☺️

I loved this as it gets me into the correct mindset for the day; positive, clear and calm. I then achieve more and do my other exercises later. Thanks Tim, been doing the 30 days for 4 years nearly now and just starting to feel like a yogi, doing the 7 day beginner course again at the moment and learning new stuff every day as your body develops the same course offers more depth as you can focus on the smaller aspects of your great coaching without hearing the noise of the body straining to cope any more with the postures- love your tips and insight- one day I'm coming over for a lesson at your club. Good morning Tim from cold Michigan. These are really good for the "I have zero time" moments, or when I'm driving the tow truck for way to long and stop and can do one of these shorts.
