I am 74. I have been in chronic pain since age 9. Being born 3 months early, I have always had cerebral palsy affecting my gait. Despite being driven and becoming an Rn and then ObGyn, I still fought with pain, wearing a tenz unit when I expected a long surgery. Insomnia was a given and how I became so well read! But alas, I could no longer stay sharp. I loved my job but quit it at age 50. Carnivore has nearly gotten rid of all my years of pain. I still have a difficult gait, but I am still walking and exercising regularly. Though, like many, I wish I had found this woe years ago, I feel very blessed and study daily, to help friends who don't want my help! Amazing interview!! So good. Dr. Padda described exactly what is going on with my knee. I was scared and my doctor just wanted to shoot me up with steroids but I declined. But didn’t know what to do. I just downloaded info from Dr. Padda’s website and think that will help, combined with everything I’ve learned from Dr. Chaffee 😁🙏🏻 Thank you so much to all these doctors sharing so much information and helping actually bring health and healing instead of destruction and addiction to meds ❤️🙏🏻
The metastatic growth of administrators in academia has been a serious problem for quite while. I wasn't aware medicine was having the same issue. Thanks for a great interview.
Knee surgery is what made me get really serious about the carnivore diet. The weight loss has been great for my knee, the extra protein, collagen, nutrients have been amazing for recovery and the disappearance of joint pain is life changing. After being told I'd never play football again, I'm close to making a return and I'm ecstatic!
Last week, my physiotherapist suggested amytriptiline or gabapentine for my hip and back pain thats been going on for about 10 months. I said no thanks, I watched my darling Dad suffer badly on both of those meds. Then she suggested ibruprofen or steroid injections. Once again no thanks. I’ve been Carnivore for 3 days, with 3 pieces of fruit, which I will drop soon. Already feeling a little less swollen. Pain still there but maybe a bit less. Praying carnivore helps, very grateful for this interview, very timely for me, thanks for this info. I feel the same way about pain, its an alert system, covering it up with drugs makes no sense. ❤
Thank you for this interview with Dr Padda. Amazing conversation, I loved his holistic approach using the supplements, along with, diet, psychotherapy, and animal therapy. What a great doctor and a human being. It also touched me that he works with a lot of people from poor backgrounds. ❤ Thank you for bringing him to us Dr Chaffee!

Started carnivore for weight loss, stayed for the incredible pain- free back! No longer known as the guy with a bad back. 4+ years eating meat, butter, eggs black coffee. One or two avocados a year if I get to them before the wild pigs eat them. A coconut if I can reach it😎
I am 69yo. I've been carnivore 13 months. I hsve noticed decreased metabolic inflammation, better emotional stability, better energy, less fatigue, improved sleep, more mental clarity and peace of mind, reduce anxiety, less body odors including bad breath and flatulence. I was vegetarian for many years, beforehand. I am not going to do that again!
Me too !! Similar age to you and also veggie most of my life with chronic inflammation health issues etc - please 🙏 if you have any tips HOW to get to like the taste of meat … I’m on week 3 but oh my hat !! I have celiac disease and have been Gluten Free for 15.5 years. A nutritionist told me I needed meat to thrive and I slowly started eating meat. For many years I followed a paleo diet. Recently I heard about the the carnivore diet and have reduced the plants that I eat. I focus on mainly meat and eggs and feel so much better. I am also a top producing luxury realtor here in Durango CO and being positive is essential for me. I find that eating plenty of grassfed beef and organs helps me stay positive for business. Thanks for the great content.

I've been in pain management for twenty-five years for fibromyalgia. I've had different doctors and always wondered why the doctors keep giving me meds for pain, but nobody ever mentioned how to actually treat the cause of my pain. Loved this interview!
for someone who use to work with chronic pain clients this was really good interview!! I can see what he is saying is so true...if i could go back in time to implement metabolic strategies...so many on narcotics...not healthy!!
wow, this was incredibly informative and Dr Padda is the kind of Dr we need to not only train new and old Dr’s but also patient’s as well. What a fascinating man, i am amazed by his knowledge! Thank you Dr. Chaffee for another great informative and fascinating video ❤️
Glad to know Dr. Padda is changing treatment protocols in MO. First experience with a pain clinic was in MO. They wanted to do all invasive procedures to treat fibromyalgia but I got a second opinion with a neurosurgeon. He told me not to allow invasive spinal procedures to treat fibromyalgia. Most patients with chronic pain are desperate for relief but don't look for such second opinions. So glad there are changing norms happening. I was told that because I didn't tolerate the drugs they give for FMS all doctors could offer me was prescription pain meds. 20 yrs. before I titrated off them (2023) and then found carnivore. It is a blessing I never had addiction problems for myself or in my family but it's still rough coming off of opioids. I sympathize with those who have even more difficulty. I commented on your IG post yesterday about how going carnivore has given me back daily functionality. Thanks for putting this information out. Maybe today others won't have to wait decades to find better pain solutions.
Fatty Beef, Fatty Lamb, Fatty Fish AND pasture eggs. That is what heals bones and joints. That coupled with proper stretching and proper training can fix anything in your body.
There is a lot to that. I severely injured my right wrist in 1988. The pain became chronic. Not crippling but annoying as all get out. I finally went to a hand injury specialist, about ten years ago, who told me that the surgery to fix it would probably end up not really fixing it and might even make it worse. I used to joke that it was my alarm clock, the pain would always wake me up around 4:00 am or so. I got on the Carnivore Diet four years ago. With a couple of months, the pain in my wrist vanished and has not come back.
@ralphholiman7401- That's great! Happy for you! I've been on the carnivore diet for a few weeks. Excited to see some improvement in lower back and hip pain. 😊
I do the keto diet but I still have muscle pain, tiredness and depression. I do function, I work and do the basic necessary activities, but I don't enjoy life much, so I decided to start the carnivore diet on Monday. I'm getting ready. I will eat 1 pound of red meat and one stick of butter daily, salt and iodine, I will do the test and see if I need it. It's more of an elimination diet. I will do it for 2 to 4 weeks and see the results. Not easy for me, I love cheese, eggs, avocado etc. but I manage to get well I will slowly include some, always in ketosis though.
I just recommended to my boss to start carnivore. I pray he does take my recommendation seriously and starts. He is a very nice kind person and he needs his life back.
I really like that analogy of the Sherpa and the Troll(s). So incredibly true. I HAD lost all faith in Drs, strangely it was UA-cam and the genuine Drs within that restored my faith. Of course discerning which are genuine is required. I find Dr Chaffee of the highest caliber in this respect.
The fact that an alpha predator recognizes another alpha predator, thereby giving one another comfort in terms of the veterans and wolves is truly amazing. What more evidence do you need.
That's the best most informative interview I've seen in a long time. Thank you very much. We need more doctors to catchonto this and choose the path away from the system.
I’m 67 years old and have alway been in good shape, exercising regularly my entire life. But I suffered from IBS since my early twenties, often bad enough I could not go out on social occasions. Tried everything from plant based diets (made it much worse) to daily intake of psyllium to help calm my gut down, but nothing ever solved the problem. Couple that with age related joint pain, and an acceptance that this was inevitable in my senior years. 18 months ago I decided to give the carnivore diet a try. In a nutshell, all aches and pains, gone. Gut health, restored - no more IBS. Lost fifteen pounds, now have a six pack, and I can literally do more pull ups at 67 than I could do at 20 (38 pull ups ;-). I work out nearly everyday for a maximum of 20 minutes of high intensity calisthenics on odd days and weight training on even days. I have never felt better.
Such an informative interview. I feel I can handle my health without overuse of all medications thrown at you because of just nursing the pain and not looking for the source of the pain. Thank you ❤
@Dr. Anthony Chaffee What you spoke about at Timeshamp 1:00:00 is soo absolutely vital...Thank you for speaking out....we must start being advocates for ourselves.
Just what I need to hear. Going through 3 operation Nurses, and the doctors keep asking me why i don’t have any medication par osteo Panadol when i need it. Thats how much Carnivore is helping me with my pain management. Thanks for this amazing informative interview.
I would love to find a doctor like this. I've lived with Chronic Pain over 40 years and I've never been able to get a doc to take me seriously and gave up years ago. They only want to throw pills at me and those don't help. At all.
At my job with a state health department, I came to know a hospital administrator of a hospital in a rural county of under 5,000 people. He made $800,000/year. The one “full-time” physician there often took the afternoon off to go fishing, lol, for lack of patients. The small hospital lacks specialty services such as oncology and obgyn, so many patients were serviced elsewhere. Attempts were made to have this hospital merge with one in the next county, but there was a huge uproar. Politics stepped in and the idea was abandoned. Talking about the high cost of health care…
The brokenness you're describing in the medical system is the same problem in our education system and is also the same problem we have on every single level. It's a bureaucrat class. An administrative class, that gets paid enormous sums for contributing literally nothing. While the actual productive people are being extracted, and used and abused and then accused of making too much money. It's sick.

This is fantastic. This man should be an advisor to RFK Jr's. new healthcare team.
Thank you for this interview with Dr Padda. Amazing conversation, I loved his holistic approach using the supplements, along with, diet, psychotherapy, and animal therapy. What a great doctor and a human being.
It also touched me that he works with a lot of people from poor backgrounds. ❤
Thank you for bringing him to us Dr Chaffee!
I’m from Ohio where is dr. singh padda from ? He said he went to Ohio I wonder where ? And I love this content brother much appreciated ! I switched to carnivore been on it for 2 weeks now I was already in shape but had fat I couldn’t get rid of and had a stomach issue that no doctor found . I think was ibs or something but eating all steak , beef , butter , and eggs has healed it in about 2 weeks 🙏🏻😇❤️💪🏽
Most important information that every human should know !
If you read book called "The 23 Former Doctor Truths", you will know exactly what is Doc talking about there!
That book is banned on Amazon, which makes me wonder if it's telling too much truth for them?
To find ways of how and which meat etc … that it tastes a little nice ? ( being the vegetarian before ) thank you
@bonnitabee903 what if you fasted so become more hungry and want the meat more?
Fantastic work Anthony and Gurpreet

I have celiac disease and have been Gluten Free for 15.5 years. A nutritionist told me I needed meat to thrive and I slowly started eating meat. For many years I followed a paleo diet. Recently I heard about the the carnivore diet and have reduced the plants that I eat. I focus on mainly meat and eggs and feel so much better. I am also a top producing luxury realtor here in Durango CO and being positive is essential for me. I find that eating plenty of grassfed beef and organs helps me stay positive for business. Thanks for the great content.
This guy is wise. What a great way to do the dishes and listen!! I’m more aware and going to work on my diet and routine thanks
@huntingpoker
😂😂😂..............a great way to do the dishes. The holistic approach is the only way to find root cause/cause. Thank you for dottors of this calibre.........were there more 😢
I've been in pain management for twenty-five years for fibromyalgia.
I’m excited for this!! Came at a perfect time! 😁🙏🏻
wow, this was incredibly informative and Dr Padda is the kind of Dr we need to not only train new and old Dr’s but also patient’s as well.
Great discussion! Thank you Drs.
Fatty Beef, Fatty Lamb, Fatty Fish AND pasture eggs. That is what heals bones and joints. That coupled with proper stretching and proper training can fix anything in your body.
Yes!
I agree my joint pain is gone and I can go on 6 hour hikes and my roll my ankle hundreds of times without any sprains.
@@murraymcgregor7829 yep, that is the way it works fat is full of nutrients that your body otherwise can never get from toxic plants.
Amen
Fantastic guest!
Always top top interviews, I watch all of them! Thanks!
Great interview. So happy to hear things are changing and at least some physicians are treating the whole person !!
Great discussion, guys! Men like you are our heroes with passion for truth and life. Thank you and many blessings.
Inspirational comments and amazing conversation. Thank you to this wonderful community - I love what you are doing, Dr. Chafee!
So grateful to find your channel. Thank you.
This was an amazing interview. Thanks so much!
I live in the St Louis MO area and so glad to know that this physician is making difference to the “inner city “ community
We need more and more of this mindset and philosophy for our Doctors! 🙏Thank you for both of you! 🫶
Dr. Padda is amazing ! I wish we had a Dr. like him where I live ! Dont we all deserve a Dr. like Dr. Padda !?
Thanks for everything Anthony, keep it up! :)
Hooray!

Thank you!! I have had pain in my feet for 45 years
What a fabulous conversation.
Awesome podcast Docs.. keeping rising 🤜
I cannot tell you what a lifesaving gift your videos are. Thank you for all you do. God bless you in the days ahead.
I can't unsee it now!
Great interview
Has anyone not watched Callie and Cassie Means on Joe Rogan? It is about Medical Capture.
Such an informative interview. I feel I can handle my health without overuse of all medications thrown at you because of just nursing the pain and not looking for the source of the pain. Thank you ❤
Very helpful. Love the system worked out by Dr. Singh Padda. It’s comprehensive and effective individual approach. May more join in the movement!
@Dr. Gurpreet Padda Soo great to hear all the wisdom you poured forth. Thank you soo much. 💥
Fine Job Gurpreet
This was one of the best videos that I listened to. Love this information. What an incredible doctor. 👏👏
Great information, love this doc!
@Dr. Anthony Chaffee What you spoke about at Timeshamp 1:00:00 is soo absolutely vital...Thank you for speaking out....we must start being advocates for ourselves.
Thank you!
Wow, this doctor is so well balanced in his approach. Love his integrity!
Just what I need to hear. Going through 3 operation
Nurses, and the doctors keep asking me why i don’t have any medication par osteo Panadol when i need it. Thats how much Carnivore is helping me with my pain management.
Thanks for this amazing informative interview.
Great video! Appreciate the outlook. Drs Have a tendency to treat the diagnosis rather than the symptoms, so this is quite refreshing.
Just started carnivore. Love to hear talks like this, thank you 🙏✨
This was a fabulous source. Thank you for so much information.
So much truth , pay attention people
I def shared this on my socials. So many things you highlighted have validated a lot of my thoughts and habits.
Awesome interview! Thank you!
Wow!!! Its mind blowing information!! Thank you❤
Awesome interview ❤
I would love to find a doctor like this. I've lived with Chronic Pain over 40 years and I've never been able to get a doc to take me seriously and gave up years ago. They only want to throw pills at me and those don't help. At all.
Just start carnivore diet

Wow! What a wonderfull doctor. Thankyou doc you are helping me a great deal blessings.
Thank you Dr Chaffee
At my job with a state health department, I came to know a hospital administrator of a hospital in a rural county of under 5,000 people. He made $800,000/year. The one “full-time” physician there often took the afternoon off to go fishing, lol, for lack of patients. The small hospital lacks specialty services such as oncology and obgyn, so many patients were serviced elsewhere. Attempts were made to have this hospital merge with one in the next county, but there was a huge uproar. Politics stepped in and the idea was abandoned. Talking about the high cost of health care…
Oof! They are reaping a hell of a harvest off of us!
It's sick.
I did this diet before and reversed diabetes. I also lost 48 pounds . I have decided to go back on it but this time I’m going to stay on it . Been on it for only a short time and already arthritis pain is gone and I have lost loads of weight . I am full of energy and I am going to start the gym for weight lifting to give muscle tone . So much energy
Love this Dr !!! Chaffee your fckn awesome dude both Dr’s are first class
