      HDL- 60
      LDL - 132
      HBA1C 8.8
      SGPT-45
      SGOT-34
      Uric Acid-5.7272
I just got the results earlier today for the repeat after 3 months..
And shown my results to my Cardiologist for scheduled follow up..
      Everything was perfect..
      Fatty liver gone..
      FASTING BS 81.09
      SGPT 26

I never told her i stopped taking the Diabetes and fatty liver meds when i started Carnivore..
And yeah..she gave me higher doses for the cholesterol..

      I started 72 kg..
Dropped to around 65 in less than 2 months... But after that scale kinda stays at 64-66 kg..
I actually dont care if scale isn't moving..
Whats important is i feel so much better.. Mind sharper..no more pain in my hands and fingers..
I breath thru my nose!!! With mouth closed!!
I dont sneeze non stop in the mornings... No bloating..
And muscles that i haven't seen in ages in my body are appearing..
Clothes are getting loose or fit better..
My 1200+ TRIG just baffles me 😞

This video was so helpful to me. I am really struggling with under eating and I am down to about 100 pounds 5‘2“ and I won’t even get on the scale anymore. I’m also 82 years old and have had to be on thyroid medication Since I was 20 years old. Fractured my hip a year ago so that has been additional stress. I tend to be a perfectionist and I have got to loosen up. You gave me so many ideas of things to work on so thank you so much. It is far easier to lose weight than to gain weight I have found. I am going to make some big changes. Really my only cheats have been yogurt and blueberries.
So thank you again Judy. I should have had a coach from the beginning.

    • @NutritionwithJudy
      @NutritionwithJudy  2 місяці тому +4

we all need coaches. ❤ The best way to eat more is to eat small meals multiple times. Think of the food as medicine and that you "have" to eat for healing... And as you find a rhythm, you can do what works for you long term. I hope you have more healing very soon. and Ps. Don't be hard on yourself. The blueberries isn't wholly the reason you're sick.❤

Hey there, Carnivore can absolutely do that but you have to make sure you are not under eating. As long as you're eating plenty that should give just enough insulin bump to help with your thyroid. Have you had your iodine levels tested?

I started Carnivore six years ago to gain better health and to lose weight as I was Class 2 obese... near morbid obesity.... So, I was not able to keep to more than about 95% Carnivore over these past six years. Now, finally have two weeks into 100% carnivore again. I did not lose one pound after eliminating sugar, grains, nuts, seeds, all vegetables and all fruits and dairy... Nope not one pound did I lose... On 100% carnivore I still do not lose anything. I did eliminate about 100 skin tags, I eliminated a lifetime of bleeding gums, I lost a huge growth on my leg that I had for 40 years, age spots faded, skin eruptions completely eliminated, as long as I kept away from dairy depression was much less. Also no more bloating or gas. I just am not able to lose one pound. Even after six years it is very challenging to avoid all carbs, but I am doing it! Not losing and being near morbidly obese even giving up so much, is very depressing. I have kept a food diary of every teaspoon of food I have eaten for about 15 years now... I only lose weight if I do an extended water-only fast but that seems to be beyond my strengths in the past couple of years. I eat mostly beef, & lamb, and a limited amount of chicken, bacon, pork, or seafoods. I do not do well with eggs, cheese or other dairy, so I limit those to very little. I am 79 years old.

I am pretty fit and athletic person, after having C0v1d in 2020 my health went down the drain. I couldn't breathe as normal, my endurance went down for about 70% so subsequently my workouts suffered as well. Also in this period i started to have gruesome wrist and back pains, hips problems, knees and ankles. I just pushed 4 years feeling like shit convincing myself that "TOMORROW WILL BE BETTER" story, but tomorrow never came...untill a month ago I saw a video on UA-cam about carnivore and I just went all in. No more pain, my lungs are better, my sinuses are no longer congested, my workouts are starting to be better and better, I have no longer problems with blood in my stool, no longer stomachaches, literally no bloating.I went from 90kgs down to 80kgs in about 24 days(without even tryingto lose weight). Oh yeah, I eat about 2-2.5kgs of beef a day plus 5 to 10 egss. This is frickinnnn awesome. LET'S GO!!

As a mom of a soon 6 year old, I’m trying to provide my son a healthy way of eating but the temptation a great in our world. Food provided by the school, the peers even the families are very confusing for him. Staying strictly with meat (primarily beef), eggs and (if you can handle it) dairy, is very easy if you prioritize your long term healthy and vitality over your short term sensory pleasure. Kick the habit of the short term view in favor of the long term plan and things get both easier and better. If it doesn't add to your nutrition, don't add it back in. Given that many detrimental effects take years (sometimes many) to manifest, why consume things based on the fact that there is a no negative effect in a day or two, if not more quickly? You have to think long term, not short term.

I’m willing to go very strict if it increases the chances of healing. Definitely need to get dental work done so I can chew food properly. Bought salmon a few days ago and cooked it in a cast iron skillet with butter and it was delicious. I’m a Pilot Vehicle Operator and steer the trailers behind the trucks carrying the wind turbine blades. I work and live in my van and have it set up with a Dometic refrigerator and a microwave as well as a toaster oven and electric burner. It’s pretty easy for me to find a grocery store often enough to get more salmon regularly and since I love it I’ll have it several times a week.

I have 3 men that like variety....Chris Cooking Nashville has so many recipes that are carnivore that add variety...carnivore pancakes, carnivore chicken fried steak, carnivore meatloaf. (We roll it with pepperoni in the middle!)..then Ketogenic woman has carnivore noodles...All still healing...so variety makes it easy to stay carnivore.

Want to address my high blood pressure, keep my weight down, and cortisol levels, and sleep apnea. Ive been having some carbs like Kimchi and sourdough bread here and there, but I want to go full carnivore. I feel my best eating red meat and eggs. I quit dairy in May instill dring decaf.

Eating out; call ahead to the restaurant & ask them how they cook their food. If it’s a seed oil let them know you have reactions to seed oils if they could cook their food in tallow, or its own grease or real butter.

Hi, Judy, I have one question needed to confirm with you: just a day ago I watched Dr Boz video mentioning about the presence of maltodextrin in the lmnt packets which haven’t been mentioned in the list of ingredients on the pack which got me little scared of using this. It’s true about LMNT? So scary!

    Hello Judy,
I have been eating meat for 33 weeks. In addition to normal meat, all three meals are supplemented with butter.
Before eating meat, I was on a low-carb diet. When eating meat, I started to get rashes on my body and it was very itchy at night.
Three days ago, I took a kiwi fruit supplement a day and felt much better. Have you ever encountered a patient in this situation?
    thank you!

Third attempt on the Carnivore diet. I’m on day 60. I feel really good as long as I’m lying down. That’s no joke. I’ve been trapped on a couch for 2 months. The second I stand up my body says oh No!!! I can’t stand for more than 10 minutes without very hard heavy pounding heartbeat breathlessness and extreme muscle tension that is unbearable. I use Redmond’s, Nu-Salt (for potassium) and I take magnesium. My energy and stamina are non existent and I can’t get rid of this debilitating muscle tension. Why is this happening? I began adding one serving of fruit back in four days ago; out of desperation, in an attempt to get rid of the muscle tension and it has only provided a very slight improvement. I don’t know why I’m not losing any weight or how to stop the muscle tightness or get my energy and stamina back. Any suggestions or insight would be so appreciated. I was relieved to see one other person say she’d been on carnivore for 3 months and literally can not get out of bed. It was truly comforting to know I’m not just imagining things. I was told to add more salt but it didn’t provide any improvements, unfortunately.

I’m not sure if you are here just to scare people so they won’t try carnivore, I look on your profile and you only have cats and dogs in there, so you might be a vegan.
Very suspicious that you’re so hill that you would stay on it and not go see a doctor, it doesn’t make sense at all.

Start eating a variety of foods, not just meat. Perhaps you have vitamin C deficiency, or you have consumed way too much vitamin A. Just eat like normal person. And if doesn't help, go to a doctor, who is not on the internet.

I have been carnivore 11 months I have not cheated. I have recently added some olives.. I have tried, and hoped that I would omit my many many immune deficiencies. So far my stomach issues are gone. I was hoping for my neuropathy in my feet and also, restless leg syndrome, insomnia would be better, but they are not. Did not have any type of sugar or caffeine, but I do have my coffee with heavy cream, 3 cups a day max decaffeinated. I hate giving that up thinking to do the lions diet that’s so strict for me anyway not gonna change anything I’m still gonna stay carnivore I love it

Look up oxalate and if you’re eating anything with high oxalate, then that may be causing you a problem. It was a major factor for me and meat does not have that nor does the salt or the butter. Good luck.

Truth is carnivore diet is a lifestyle and tool to help, but sometimes especially with mental health, evaluate what you are still struggling with, stress and weight can contribute. My sleep apnea improved, my anxiety and depression improved but I had to lose 30 pounds before I started to see results. Everyone is different bit it looks like healing is still happening

I've had restless leg and tingling in my extremities. My Chiropractor and Dr Berg recommends the fat soluble version of b1, benfotiamine. I also have regular spinal adjustments. These have helped quite a bit (in addition to carnivore) Remember coffee has the anti nutrient tannins, so like all anti nutrients can inhibit nutrient uptake

@@angieobes9835 yeah I already use that. I’m like a walking UA-cam video I love Dr. Berg, and all the others and I follow them right to the t. I had oxalate dumping when I first started carnivore was pretty bad I don’t eat any food with oxalate as I am carnivore but I did have a few olives here and there is I love them. It didn’t seem to bother my stomach but otherwise, I am caffeine, free sugar, free for 11 months now.

@@donnapope2058 well, I went through oxalate dumping in the first two months of carnivore. I have been sugar free three years, maybe more. No caffeine. I am sure there are no oxalates in my body right now from food. A few olives will not cause high oxalate. I actually am a U tube walking video, I am constantly educating myself continually. I am pretty close to 100% carnivore 11 months now I feel great but it has not dissolve my auto immune issues only my stomach issues so I’m hoping.

Hi Judy! love your channel but, I don't agree with the your recommendation for water consumption. The more you drink, the more electrolytes you flush out. Many native people barely drink any, and when you are truly fat adapted you will make your own metabolic water. I drink no water during the day and I only get thirsty after my Omad in the evening, and will drink 1-3 glasses of water with some added salt, then I'm good for the next 22-23 hours. I do not cramp up anymore, unlike when I first started carnivore when it was awful. I did the standard recommendation of drinking more water and adding electrolytes, which I tried numerous brands differing amounts etc etc for over a year. Nothing helped till I cut waaaay back on my water intake with some added Redmonds salt.

Judy i watched your videos with Dr. Brownstein and I remember his saying that he has a hard time getting fluoride out of the body of his patients, can you research Tamarind and fluoride excretion and pass it on to Dr. Brownstein if he doesn't already know about it. It apparently helps to detox it out a lot better.

Judy. Can you look up pastor Dennis he does blood glucose test. Have him on. He made a muffin in cup receipe that actually lowered his blood glucose 1-2 hours in by 20 points. What is causing this? I would think stable glucose readings but a drop. I would make this muffin for hamburger bun or egg sandwich. Have Dennis on and like to understand why the drop as that's huge.
